I went in for the first annual maintenance service on my 2026 Audi, and it was one of the worst…read moreservice experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I booked my appointment a week in advance and dropped off my vehicle as scheduled at 8:15 a.m. The service itself should have taken approximately 1-1.5 hours. By 3:30 p.m., after hearing absolutely nothing from the dealership all day, I finally called for an update. The service advisor, Ajun, told me they were finishing up and that my vehicle would be ready in approximately 15-20 minutes, at which point he would call me back. Another hour passed with no call. At approximately 4:45 p.m., after trying unsuccessfully to reach him again and leaving a message that was not returned, I called the dealership's main number and spoke with reception. I was told Ajun was with another customer and would call me back. I finally heard from him around 5:00 p.m., when he told me he would arrange an Uber to bring me back to the dealership. What made the experience even worse was what happened when I arrived. After keeping my vehicle for essentially the entire business day and providing virtually no communication, Ajun simply handed me the paperwork and keys and told me my car was parked outside. There was no explanation for the delay, no acknowledgment of the lack of communication, and not even a basic apology for the inconvenience or disregard for my time. What I find particularly disappointing is that this was a complimentary scheduled service included as part of my lease package. Given that I was among the first customers to drop off a vehicle that morning and apparently one of the last to receive it back at the end of the day, I was left with the distinct impression that because there was no revenue attached to my service, my appointment simply wasn't a priority. I leased a 2026 Audi expecting a premium level of customer service to accompany a premium vehicle. Instead, I felt like a second-class customer whose time and business were of little importance. I will make a point of not purchasing or leasing another vehicle from this location. If Audi wants an example of what excellent dealership service looks like, I suggest looking at Martin Volkswagen. My experiences with their service department have been impeccable, and the difference in customer care is remarkable.

We purchased our car from Audi Vaughan 8 years ago and have had our car serviced at the same…read morelocation since then, including changing the winter tires. In the spring we had our winter tires changed back to the regular tires at Audi Vaughan. Since winter is here again, we needed to get the winter tires back on, but have moved far away so went to a nearby Canadian Tire. At Canadian Tire, the mechanic said they tried one tire but couldn't get the locks off because it was stripped and we'd have to go back to the dealer to get the locks removed. Yesterday we had an appointment at Audi Vaughan and had a horrible experience. We explained the situation to Alessandra, who kept changing her story and gaslighting us. We explained that no one had touched the tires since Audi Vaughan changed the tires in the spring (until we took it to Canadian Tire), so the stripping must have happened by the staff at Audi Vaughan. Alessandra initially said all 4 locks were stripped, and quoted us approximately ~$600 to have the locks removed, and another ~$200 to change the tires. We asked for a manager and spoke with Romana, explaining that the only way this could have happened is by Audi Vaughan in the spring. Alessandra said there was "100% NO WAY" the team here could have caused it because they are "licensed" and always "tighten the wheels BY HAND" and if they had stripped the locks they would have said they did it at the time. Obviously the mechanic needs to use TOOLS to tighten the wheels and of course could have caused the damage. Our appointment was at 9:30am. At ~1pm the story changes and Alessandra says there were 3 locks that were stripped and asked if we want to get the tires changed too. We declined getting the tires changed. The work was completed around 1:30pm and I asked for the stripped locks. Then the story becomes 1 lock was stripped and 2 were seized and the seizing was caused by rust/corrosion and again could not be Audi Vaughan's fault. This is nonsensical - a very simple Google search advises that a common cause of both stripping and seizing is OVERTIGHTENING. Audi Vaughan refused to take accountability for their error, but "as a courtesy" and "out of the goodness of their hearts" (direct quotes) did not charge for changing the tires and applied a 15% discount. To get our car back we had to pay $631.05, nevermind all the time lost. If they didn't screw up our wheels we could have had the tires changed elsewhere for $150! Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY from Audi Vaughan! They only care about protecting themselves, not about the customer.

It's a one way street. It took 4 months for our new tire and rim to come in, good thing we have winter tires on at the time or else we would be out one less car to drive. 4 months down the road, we get a call from the assistant service manager that the warranty claim department needs a photo of our car with the wrecked tire/rim on the vehicle hoisted up on the lift. So we had to make another trip back to the dealership just so they can take a picture and proceed with the claim 4 months later - which had me thinking, what have you been doing this last 4 months? We received a call to book for an swap appointment a week after the photo was taken.... so that 4 months of wait and extra appointment was unnecessary and could be avoided if the people hired knew what they should be doing. FINALLY, On the day of our booked service, we were quoted that the tire/rim swap would be done by the end of the day. Coming to end of day, we get no update on our vehicle so we called and left 2 voice mails. No one got back to us. We called on the second day throughout the day and our service advisor answers the phone and told us our car will HOPEFULLY be ready by tomorrow.... So it takes 3 days on a booked appointment for tire/rim swap. On the 3rd day, we came by to pick up the vehicle on the agreed time with our service advisor, we came to the dealership, she was no where to be seen, we waited around, about half an hour later the service advisor manager Mike comes over to assist us with no idea where our service advisor is - great on Mike for stepping in and assist while every other staff just carried on with their life and didn't offer help. Apparently, according to our service advisor, the technicians also did not realize during our first appointment which was booked to analyze if our tire and rim needed replacement that our tires also needed to be swapped out. Hence why it took 3 days for our third appointment 4 months later. Lots of incompetent people and horrible customer service at this location. It's such a shame that the staff are causing such an inconvenience to the customers and no one cares
