I put mt 2019 Pacifica in for service and it was the typical cash grab. They called me and said the air filter and cabin filters were in bad condition and needed to be replace at considerable cost . I had just replaced them to test their honesty. They failed . Don't ever let a repair shop charge you for this. Go to you tube and see how easy it is to do it yourself and save well over $100. I'm going to focus my review mainly on the parts department, but I will also touch on my experiences with the sales staff as well. I mainly go to Scarsview although extremely far for me, mainly due to the amazing prices they have for motor oil. I tend to do my own oil changes and use premium synthetics and Rocky in the parts department at Scarsview always has the right prices. If I need a couple of cases or even 1 or 2 bottles, Rocky will put them aside for me and even have them at reception if he's not going to be there or is out for the day. The prices can't be beat and that's what keeps me coming back here. On to the service department, the cars they carry in the lot are mainly Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep obviously, but they also have a few exotics and rare cars in their used lot. I believe the owner of the dealership is a big fan of high performance cars and always has something special in the lot. I've seen various M5's, AMG's, SRT's, GTR's just to name a few and their prices on those cars seem pretty competitive. The sales department are friendly even when you're just inquiring on them and are always willing to show you around the car or suggest a test drive. Overall I'll keep coming back here for their parts department, but if I ever decide to purchase a vehicle in their used lot, I would feel comfortable that they would take care of me. read more

Had occasion to visit the dealership to look at new Jeeps. Thought it strange that there were no window stickers on any of the vehicles in the lot. Got pounced on quickly by a salesperson who wanted badly to have my wife and I venture into the office to talk. Then he grabbed the sales manager to come out. Heavy pressure. The salesman could not offer the most basic of questions about the Grand Cherokee. I had researched online what they had in their inventory for a couple of weeks before visiting. Although I found no vehicles in those searches the Sales Manager told me: "We just sold one." Will not ever return there. read more

Be careful dealing with the service department - they will try and convince you that you need work done that's not required. Every time we bring our vehicle in for an oil change something else needs to be fixed. This time it was the brakes. Fortunately I know vehicles and I insisted on looking at the brake pads - lots of life left in them. As soon as the warranty is over I'll be gone! Don't believe what they tell you - if you're not sure get a second opinion! read more

My husband and I own a Dodge minivan we purchased from Kristen at Scarsview in 2010, and have been nothing but pleased with their sales and service. Back in 2010, of course, Dodge had an excellent deal on the entry-model Grand Caravans and Journeys and we took advantage of it. My service experience with them was excellent. Our vehicle was not a problematic one, and Suresh communicated very clearly the services it required over the 6 years we owned it. I was able to go back into the service bay to speak with the technicians to see exactly what parts needed replacing and why, for instance, and never found the service team tried to make me pay too much or replace parts that still had viable life in them. We're now in the process of trading in our minivan for another Dodge vehicle. read more

I would like to share my experience at Scarsview Chrysler servicing at Milner Avenue, Scarborough. I believe the mechanics at scarsview are inexperienced or under training.The staff advertise themselves as they are experienced in fixing up high-end cars, but in fact, they don't know the basics about high-end cars. Moreover, to attract the customers they make promises which they will not fulfil. I have been to scarsview Chrysler the first time for servicing my 2007 BMW 328 XI in October 2015 after being recommended by a relative for servicing. The mechanic flooded my oil tank with oil beyond the recommended level. when I found it out that will damage the car from BMW I have to go back to empty some of it. I did not bother much about it as mistakes might happen with anyone. The next time, I went there again as my car vibrating and for oil leakage. They promised me that they will inspect the car, clean the engine and replace the valve cover gasket. They did not wash the car engine as they have no idea how to wrap up the sensors before washing. Furthermore, they could not able to figure out what was wrong with my car on inspection. They simply make false promises and convince you later with many stupid reasons.This place is highly NOT recommended as they rip you off by advertising low prices. Be careful with these guys before handing your car to them as they won't let you see what they are doing with your car inside. read more
