Budget ballin' at it again. Came here with a few co-workers. I had already eaten lunch, but sometimes you just need tobuild comradery when you are the new guy in the office. My order, just a cheeseburger. It was under $6. Taste: This burger was pretty good. I wish the meat was a bit thicker, but you get what you pay for. The bread was nice. The sauce was tremendous. Veggies were fresh. Usually when my last bite has no meat, I'll just leave it. But...I finished my last bites sans meat because the bread, cheese, sauce combo was so nice. Will definitely get a double cheeseburger next time. Service: I mean...people were working. It didn't take very long to get my food. No horror stories like the others I've seen. Health: Nah. It's a burger place. Value: B+. I mean...$6 is like the price of a Big Mac nowadays right? This was definitely better than a Big Mac. This place is a straight up circus. I pull up a few minutes after they closed, genuinely didn't even realize they were shut down, just trying to get a milkshake. These idiots hit me with a curse word through the speaker like I ruined their whole night. Then they go completely silent like cowards. The meal was satisfying but the prices were steep. I got a cheeseburger combo. I even chose the cheapest burger on the menu so it only went up from there. I did appreciate that I saw sweet potato fries, zucchini and fried mushrooms on the menu since I had not seen that on others. I think I will go back to Apollo only for the friend zucchini and mushroom options in the future since those are my fave foods. BTW-- I went thru the Drive Thru. Upon arriving home and seeing the receipt, that's when I noticed the extra charge! Since I asked for for the apollo sauce to be on the side instead of on the burger -- if I had not asked for the receipt-- I would not have known there was charged an EXTRA 50 cents to get sauce. There were 2 in the bag so Im guessing one was free? If I had known the 50cent charge I would have asked only for the 1. Employee tricked me into this hidden charge which was definitely not appreciated. One more thing to add: when I inquired about a Military Discount, they stated it was only when the soldier came in in Uniform! So basically, when they were on their lunch break and not while enjoying a night out with family. That sucks! No one is minding the store! It dirty, overpriced and a total dud. Floors and tables needed a good cleaning even though the restaurant was empty. There was one clean table. worse, to charge more than $8 for their flagship Apollo Burger is outrageous. It's nothing more than an overcooked QUARTER POUNDER. Dry and tasteless. Honestly this place is not half as bad or good I would've gaven it a 3 BUT. Nobody was at the Cash register place looked like a ghost town no people and barely any workers. And when me and my mom came in to order nobody in the cash register and when we tryed to get there attention they just laughed at us. We came in for a mid-trip snack and had fries, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries, and mozzarella sticks. The ordered was done on a kiosk, only two visible people working. Fast/casual, maybe like a Carls Jr equivalent? Some variety in options, classic fast food with a Greek twist- they offer baklava and gyros along side burgers and fries. Fairly clean dining room, our order came out in about 5-10 minutes. Nothing was amazing, but it wasn't too bad. They kids were happy. Classic frozen/fried food, nothing special. I gave the cashier $28 in cash and wanted to pay the remaining balance on my card, he recounted the cash and said "cinco" when he counted the last of the 5s, but needed help from someone else to input the cash into the computer. He then told me I only gave him $23, so I said I gave him $28 and he argued with me that I only gave him $23 and didn't offer to recount the money, it was already in the drawer. If the till is $5 over then it's mine, but for all I know he pocketed the $5. read more

Charged $3.50 for ketchup at drive through.? Who does not include ketchup with their fries? Ordered $5 fries and $5 chicken tenders. They asked what sauce I wanted for chicken and I asked for ranch for chicken and ketchup for fries. I was told to pull up for order total. They said the total was $14 and I asked how that was. I Was told ... $3.50 for ketchup. And they asked for a tip on top of that. Wondered if ketchup was special... nope, just some standard ketchup packets. I used to go to Apollo all the time but they didn't have a good team at the time and the food wasn't worth the money. But lately I've been going to there breakfast because it's reasonably priced and there team was a lot better and they had great service and it looked a lot cleaner then before in the kitchen and the lobby. But this time I went for lunch and got there Cobb salad and it was absolutely delicious, the portions were awesome and everything was fresh this time! And the ran the food out to me and I had such a amazing experience! Just want to shout out to Apollos new team for working so hard keep it up. Great people, just don't have expectations for speed because your going to get Quality big time and quality takes time. Just a reminder that Apollo Burger is not a "fast food" place. It's much more. I grew up eating at Apollo Burger and I recently tried it again for the first time in many many years and I can tell you that it is no longer that staple burger joint we used to know. My burger patty was burnt and I got to tiny pieces of bacon that were burnt to a crisp so they crumbled into oblivion when I bit into them. The one good thing I will say is that their shakes are still as good as I remember so they still have that going for them. Not sure what happened to this place and maybe it's just this location but for the price I would rather go to 3-letter burger place across the street from this location. read more

We found ourselves here after our first choice had a long wait and we didn't want to do it. It was a great call. Everything was fresh- including the fried Zucchini (which was kind of amazing). Lots of different types of burgers for a fast food place, and something we definitely didn't expect. We'd come back for lunch or dinner if we are in the area again- and kind of wish this chain was in our part of Idaho. Just make sure if you get a large- that you are really hungry. read more

Ahhhhh Apollo Burger. I have been going to Apollo Burger since the late 80's. I have been living outside Utah for the past 20+ years. Recently, I relocated to Lehi. I was so happy to see that the food has not changed along with their re-brand! I love their burgers. My favorite is the Utah Burger, but today I went with the simple, but tasty, bacon cheeseburger. The fries are great too! Nice initial crunch but not over cooked. The Lehi location has fantastic service with friendly smiles and hard work. I would have given 5 stars but they are a bit pricey, but the indulgence is well worth it! Over 20 years ago they had me at Bacon, and I still love 'em!! read more

Do not go here. We should have known something was off when we walked in and no one was there but every other breakfast place was slammed. Food took over 20 minutes to come out, and we had to ask multiple times for our drinks/coffee while we waited. Once I finally was given our coffee, I asked for cream and sugar and was told, "I don't know if we have that." I finally walked around and found sugar packets and only non dairy powder creamer, yuck. My Breakfast burrito had an entire slice of uncooked bacon in it. My husbands sausage was only halfway cooked. Apollo burger didn't disappoint today! The service was good and fast! I got the bbq burger that had onion rings. It was tasty and good. The fires there are also good. Not the best, but also not the worse. I also like their fry sauce, which is a typical one that isn't too fancy. I like those fry sauces the best! I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was pretty clean and service was friendly and efficient. I ordered the fish sandwich and the fish fillet was a good size and it was well cooked-- not dry and overcooked. My husband ordered the Reuben and it had a good amount of pastrami , and the pastrami was very good. The fries and onion rings were also very good. I have to come back to try their burgers but I'm excited at the prospect of finding another burger/sandwich place because our regular, JCWs, has really gone down hill with their quality and service. read more

After a fun day out we took a walk down to Apollo Burger to try it out. It's looked pretty busy the last few days so we came to see what the hype is about. We came kinda early for dinner, but pleased to see they're open really late on the weekend. Right when we walked in we were greeted with a smile. I asked the girl at the register what she thinks is most popular or a favorite item and without hesitating she said the Apollo Burger which comes with pastrami. I just as quickly said heck yeah and let my dad order lol. He went more basic with a cheeseburger. We both opted for meals with regular French fries, but they also have onion rings or sweet potato fries for options. I was surprised they also have a large breakfast selection as well. We paid and we're given a number for them to bring our food out. Within minutes it was delivered, again by a polite young man. We began sampling a few fries which were nicely salted and tasty, not soggy or overdone. The Apollo burger looked a little messy once unwrapped, but delicious with tomato, onion, spread and such. The pastrami was flavorful. The only downside is the burger wasn't very hot. It was good, but when I order a burger I expect it to be pretty hot, not luke warm. My dad said his was the same. As I said it was warm and delicious...just wished it was warmer. When leaving a different employee had taken over the register. He was awesome, friendly and thanked us for coming in. I'd come back. Decent burger, could be better Good fries and a good amount, but the fry sauce is a little overly sweet and watery Loses big points for having outdated menu prices on the walk-in lobby menu (almost $1 below what they actually charge for sandwiches now and the combos are like 50 cents more too) and one of those pushy "tip before you get your food" credit card payment systems that also tries to harvest your contact info Gets a little points back for a clean lobby and being a nicer place to sit and eat than the other Apollo over in Hobo Zone South SLC that I tried. Decided to stop by for the first time after having a late night burger craving and finding out JCW's is closed earlier than their listed time. First, we were not impressed. I got the Cheeseburger and my husband got the Apollo burger. At first I really liked the bun but by the end it had completely inflated into a flat piece of bread. Everything else really tasted like my husband grilled it in the backyard which is probably why I can see people enjoying it! We also got the onion rings and these were the biggest disappointment. They were sooooooo heavily breaded and once you bit into the onion ring, the whole onion would come out and you'd be left with so much breading. We had one each and were done with them, unfortunately. My husband did love his Oreo shake! He said it wasn't anything to write home about but it wasn't the worst which is a win! Overall, I'm going to be honest. I RARLEY eat red meat, and honestly when I do I will most likely not be visiting again just because it wasn't my fav. However, if you like that backyard burger feel, I really got that from the burger I had! read more

We've been coming here for years on our halfway point between CA and MT, and the food has DRAMATICALLY gone down. Always get the Cobb Salad which last year was OUTSTANDING, but the last three times it has been meager with limited toppings and SOGGY (wet) lettuce. We were at the new Apollo Burger in Lehi expecting it to be as good as the Orem location. We were sadly disappointed. We were the only ones there at 5:00 and when they brought our food we took bite of the burger and it wasn't even hot. The cheese in our Patty melt wasn't even melted. Just a couple of cold slabs of cheese. The fries were also cold and not cooked all the way. We took it back to the counter and they redid our order and it was done the same. Don't they know that Patty MELT means the cheese is melted? The fries might have been a tad bit warmer. We will never go back to this Apollo Burger. They deserve less than 1 star. Awful!!! read more

Outside of the nice girl that helped me tonight (and truly she was), I have to say this place sucks. Here's why.... I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Nothing special. It was not busy. I waited a good 10 minutes for my food. While sitting the dining room I could clearly see in the kitchen area and they were obviously flame broiling their burgers. I thought that that what was taking so long for my burger. What I got....barely warm patty...obviously melted and then hardened cheese and cold.bacon. They certainly had time to play grab ass and joke around in the kitchen but apparently getting fresh food out to customers is not a priority. At least the girl was apologetic for my long wait. I hate shitty customer service. This place excelled at it tonight. Never returning...and recommend you to stay away. read more
