This is my fourth flat tire on a Tesla within one year ... and my son has had six flat tires within one year on his Tesla. In contrast, my wife has driven the same roads as we do for the last six years with her BMW times three and has never had one flat tire. Elon! Please care as much about providing great tires as you do about making great cars! Anyway, we are thankful that there are companies like AT&T Towing to respond to our emergency calls. Their driver, Jeffrey, arrived within 30 minutes of my call to fetch me and my car and take us to the nearest Tesla depot. I rode in the cab with Jeffrey. He was pleasant, courteous, thoughtful... a really smart young man and I want to shout out and give him 12 out of 10 stars for making me feel fine in an unusual situation. Way to go, Jeffrey!

I called around 12 AM needing help and Roberto answered right away. He was incredibly kind,…read morepatient, and genuinely helpful from the start. What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He even suggested an alternative option he thought might work better before towing, which I really appreciated. Everything he says on his Yelp page is completely true. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here. Thank you again, Roberto!

Very disappointing experience with this roadside provider…read more After the incident occurred during the service call, the technician immediately tried to blame us instead of handling the situation professionally. After calming down, he acknowledged that he had made a mistake and repeatedly pushed for a private settlement instead of going through proper insurance channels. He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on our experience, once damage occurs, this company appears far more focused on denying responsibility than resolving the issue fairly and professionally.
