I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. Lennon quickly proved my assumptions wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right motorcycle rather than simply making a sale. During my second visit, Lennon spent considerable time reviewing different makes and models with me and encouraged me to test ride several bikes. His approach was thoughtful and patient, especially considering my indecisiveness. While I initially thought the Ducati Panigale V4 S was the clear choice, Lennon suggested I keep an open mind and try a few alternatives. One of those was a Triumph Street Triple 765 RX, and it completely surprised me. The more upright riding position, comfort, and responsiveness made me realize that my riding priorities may have changed a bit since my Aprilia days. After spending a good portion of the day at the dealership, I left feeling informed, excited, and fairly certain I knew which motorcycle would be coming home with me. Unfortunately, there was one final approval process I had overlooked: my wife. When she asked where I had been all day, I proudly explained my extensive motorcycle research and imminent return to riding. Her response was swift, decisive, and delivered with the efficiency of a MotoGP pit crew. After carefully reviewing my proposal, she concluded that purchasing another motorcycle at this stage of my life was not in the family's best interest. My application was denied without the possibility of appeal. While I was certainly disappointed after all the homework, test rides, and excitement, I have to admit her reasoning was probably sound. Even though I didn't end up buying a motorcycle, I wanted to recognize Lennon for the outstanding experience. He was one of the most genuine, patient, and likable sales professionals I've met in any industry. At no point did I feel pressured, and he went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision. If you're considering a motorcycle and find yourself at SoSo Cycles, I highly recommend seeking out Lennon. Whether you're ready to buy or waiting for spousal approval, you're unlikely to find a better person to guide you through the process.

I've been searching for a good local mechanic as I have four different vehicles to maintain, and I'm certain I found the right shop for me! Kristen, the receptionist was absolutely lovely, great costomer service and very friendly, (she responded to a message I left on Yelp and was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable) The guys who worked on my bike were pros and made me feel relaxed and reassured as to what the heck was wrong with my bike And how to fix it. The answer was everything basically, lol. I came in with a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 1000 with running issues, It had just hit hit 26,000 MI so needed a valve adjustment. Oil change, Cam chain tensioner, brake fluid flush, radiator flush, battery, spark plugs (which I tried to do by myself but failed).. and they said that my air filter was by far the dirtiest air filter they've ever seen by far... They got everything done perfectly and it feels like a new bike! It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for, and it was done right and they were super cool! I highly recommend this Business as I plan to be a regular customer there myself.

They let me know that they don't carry what I'm looking for (understandably as what I'm looking for is more of a toy compared to what they sell) I was told to hold on and they'd look even though they don't normally have access to those parts. I was able to get a lot of info as he found the parts list of the model I was after. He took the time to break down the prices and even estimate shipping/cost. I had no idea they were in my area and I'm in the market for a quad so I'll be going in for sure. Most places will give attitude for much less and I'm very impressed with the feeling of "let's figure this out together" attitude. 10/10 first impression, if you're after a place that values your time and will go the extra mile, I think I've found it for you. I mean, come on, where else can you find that will help you check for parts that they're not 100% certain they can make a sale off of anymore!

Started out, after arriving at my pre-scheduled appointment with the local Harley dealer…read more(McGuires), I was told they wouldn't be able to do the tune-up, 3 hole fluid change & a couple of other, smaller requests, i.e., change a cut timing belt & install new different bars, because they apparently don't work on custom Harleys; BUT... they recommended this shop, so I called and was told: "Sure! No Problem, come on down, we'll get it done!" I have to point out that I agreed that the job wouldn't be a big "rush" job... and the time frame was set at about 2 weeks or so.... However, at 3 weeks we had a few words about the delay & where things stood, and once AGAIN, I said: "Look, it's no sweat, BUT I want it done here in the near future"... another week goes by, nothing; ANOTHER week goes by and I call & am told "We've got it on the lift now... FRIDAY for sure". Friday comes goes, NEXT FRIDAY rolls around and there was "problems with getting the tank off & it'll be handled in the next day or two". It's now been 7 weeks, going on TWO MONTHS and still not done. I'm a patient guy, I understand set backs, unforeseen problems arising, yada yada yada... but enough is ENOUGH. FINISH THE WORK OR RETURN THE BIKE... I'm truly hoping the "Quality" of theirwork is exemplary and worth the wait... We shall see...
