Hannibal and my Dyna at Apex Cycles
    Anthony R.

I was a dunce and blew the cam chain tensioners on my dyna. That same day, I called up Apex to see if they had room and they told me to come on in. Chad patiently and professionally walked me through the entire repair process while Dustin offered a wealth of knowledge about which upgrade/ repair route to take. We ordered the parts, they came in, and Apex Cycles knocked all the work out in only one day! If you need anything done to your Harley you must take it to these guys! 10/10 recommend PLUS they got a bad ass shop dawg - if my recommendation isn't enough

Took my Evo over and had the top end done, primary and trans pulled apart, along with several other things. Chad does very meticulous work, and unlike a lot of shops, he truly cares about what he does, and it shows. His attention to detail was readily apparent as the bike ran perfect, and never looked as clean as it did when I picked it up. I highly recommend Apex Cycles for any level of maintenance or rebuild.

Bike bought. Done. I had it serviced there a few times, and they always were polite, prompt in the service and fairly priced. I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. I mean, you know they are there, but it's not a hard sell. I'll keep coming back, until I don't. Vrrrrrooooom Vrrrrroooom

Kansas' "Carry On My Wayward Son" welcomed me when I entered. Joaquin is AWESOME! I have been debating upgrading to a more road-trip-durable motorcycle, so I sat on a few different Ducati and BMW models to get a sense of how it felt sitting on them. He was very friendly and courteous with answering my questions about the different bikes and sharing his insights on the models and the use cases I'm asking about, and also swapped one of the normal seats for a lowered seats on one of the Ducati Monsters. Nice selection of books and magazines on their shelves. Holiday food/snack selection was great! They provided pork sausage rolls, fruit and cheese and crackers charcuterie (pomegranates included, I love pomegranates!), and apple sticky toffee pudding. Definitely considering getting a future Ducati from SoSo Cycles.

Yes, I have triple AAA but there cost was well over $300 for my battery and installation. The store itself is pretty small, the battery selection was not that great and the shelves looked a bit empty. Definitely smells like an auto store. I was able to go on to their website and find the battery I needed at the right price. The cost was about $175 with a $20 deposit fee that was returned when I gave them my old battery. Since ordering it online, I thought it would be quicker. When I went to go pick it up, there was a mishap and it took the poor employee forever to find it. He went back in to the warehouse and looked for it, talked to other employees, and come to find out. It was on the shelf of the store..... I could have pulled it. Anyways, don't expect much. Come here for your car parts and leave. They definitely do not have any special parts you may need. They did advise me to head over to the dealership as it may be the only way to get this piece. Thanked him for the advice! There are a bunch of teenagers that work there so I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are about cars. But I can always be wrong.
