I simply cannot say enough nice things about Apex - John has great customer service and I really felt like my business was important to him. While it would first appear that Apex is 'overpriced' - I will tell you that it's worth every... single... penny. I have read horror story after horror story on yelp from various detailing shops - where they slather the car in grease, neglect to wax the whole car, or powerwash the engine bay and get water into their headlights. John saw me pull up while he was visiting with a dealership up the road and called ahead of me to have an employee keep me company and make small talk. (I was early.) John was able to quote me a reasonable price and gave me a few discounts for the bundle - and assured me that no corners would be cut in the bumper restoration and detail. The front bumper had some deep scratches from licking a curb pulling out of a parking spot. He expected the job to take three days, and finished in two. The car looked better than when I bought it from the dealership. The wax and polish was beyond perfect - and the front bumper looked as though no damage ever took place. The interior looked great, and wasn't slathered in armor-all like many places would do. My leather seats looked plumper and my leather steering wheel is now more comfortable to hold. That night I noticed some of worn leather was removed from the conditioning of the seats, and John said he could touch it up free of charge, and to set up an appointment. Don't take your car anywhere else. Pay the extra $75 to get it detailed at Apex over the other car shops. I wasn't pressured, the job wasn't rushed, and the results speak for themselves. I used to own an autobody shop, and I've met a lot of guys who claimed to be 'detailers'. But John is the real deal. He knows a LOT about car finishes. He knew that my new car had a 3 stage paint finish (the car dealership salesman didn't even know that), he knew the EXACT color name of my old car just by taking a glance at it. BTW the name of the old car color is Champaign ... not exactly something like silver. So when he told me he could make fixes to my old paint finish and interior leather I believe him. At this point we've had him put a clear bra on the new car. It's beautiful, meaning you can't see it at all. We had him wrap the whole hood. It took him longer than he expected and he stayed until 7pm on a Friday night to finish - a true professional! yelp doesn't have enough stars for what Apex can do for you car. I have an older 2003 Chrylser Voyager - it's made coast-to-coast trips and serves as the family shuttle. I wanted to give it a bit of a kick and make it "nice" again. I was worried when they looked inside. I still wonder how many pounds of Legos they pulled out. The van LOOKED like a new car when I came back at the end of the day - my entire family was amazed, and they gave me a fantastic price. The main man gave me a quick ride back to my apt early in the morning and was nothing but nice - greeted me by name when I came in. It was worth every penny of the $325 I spent - I'll be going back! I took the day off 2 weeks in advanced to go to my appointment with apex just to find out he scheduled it on the wrong date, this was the second time it happened and he offered to reschedule again. Why would I take another day off my job for someone who didn't offer to keep my business with an incentive to stay, at least offer a discount for my time wasted. Go to rev motorsport in aloha or highline customs near sunset high school for window tinting. Apex auto spa was by far the worst experience I've ever had and would not recommend this low quality establishment, very unprofessional. I just had the windows tinted on my 2013 Mazda 3 and am really pleased! I brought the car in at 9 am and took a comfortable seat in their waiting area with my laptop. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who needs their car detailed. They made our 2006 Subaru look better then when we drove it off of the car lot 3 years ago! My husband is a smoker that would occasionally smoke in the car leaving a nasty film on the dash, they removed it all! Our leather seats were in bad shape also with dark spots from us not ever washing or conditioning the leather. They were able to get everything off! Their customer service is epic! John, the owner, even picked up our car on the way to the shop and dropped it off back to our apt when it was finished!!!! Not many places would do something like that for their customers. I've taken several cars to Apex over the past several years for both tint and clear bra. Most recently a 2013 Audi Allroad for the 3M clear bra and tint. John ensured that the car would retain a 'factory' look with regard to the tint - and the car looks great. My wife's car needed a deep clean. I called the shop to reserve a time. I needed a Monday time. Their next opening was two weeks out. They are in high demand, a very good sign. I booked it. When I dropped off her car, I let them know that we had an evening engagement. I needed to get the car back by 3:30pm if at all possible. Usually it is an all day job, but they got it done early for me and called to let me know. Really helped us out not to have to rush. I had a small rock chip on my front windshield. It looked pretty minor and hadnt led to any cracks but I'm soon leaving on a roadtrip so wanted to be safe and get it repaired.....just in case. I love Apex Auto Spa! John, the owner, is great - he's really focused on customer service and seems like a genuinely nice guy. But Dave, the gentleman who detailed my car, is THE MAN!! I brought in a very tired 2006 Subaru Forester that has been through children of all age groups and pets of all shapes and sizes. Not to mention I prove my commitment to conservation by not "wasting" water washing my car. The transformation Dave performed is INCREDIBLE! I had used Apex to detail interior and exterior of my Porsche before selling years ago and the results were amazing. John and his crew did a fantastic job. We brought our first Tesla Model S to the shop and recommended friends get the clear bra here and all were happy. For our second Tesla Model 3, I called around to price check and got the feeling other shops pump out cars per day. I didn't want my car to be one of many. So I dug in my files to find the name of this place again. Kermit bought the shop a year ago and has much better comunication though John wasn't bad before. We decided to go the works and do full clear bra and ceramic coating. The ceramic really makes the exterior and interior shine. The leather feels so soft now. We dropped our new Model 3 off after letting the paint breathe for a couple weeks. We already had a tiny chip but Kermit's team filled it in. He lent us his Subaru Outback and it took less than a week from start to finish. We returned two weeks later and he showed us how to wash the car for free using his detailing van out back. The guys hand dried it and were very nice. Kermit is always on the phone and lives minutes away so he is easy to get ahold of. All the guys really care about cars there. I told one guy not to worry about shinning the tires and it almost killed him not to do it. Same with Kermit, we paid for full exterior and he threw in the center console and leather for free. He even put micro cloths on the flooring and in the trunks when we picked up the car. The best part is they are humble and kind. Kermit goes to training and conventions annually to stay up on the latest products. If they miss something or something doesnt look perfect just drop by in the morning and they will fix it. I feel I have a place my car can be taken care of for life! Also get the rim gators... so worth it! read more

I had a leak in my Toyota Venza where water was pooling on the floor of the front passenger seat. I had taken it to a mechanic who said he fixed it, but surprise, the leak wasn't fixed when I went to go drop the car off at Apex to get the carpets cleaned and dried. I took one more look and there was tons of water pooled on the passenger floor again. I called the mechanic back and they basically told me that they did everything they could and not to bother bringing it back. So I paid $130 for a zip tie around a hose that didn't even need it. Kermit, the owner of Apex, actually took the time to find the leak, show us the exact problem, fix it himself, and THEN remove all of my carpet and seats, thoroughly clean them, and put everything back. My car looked brand new when I picked it up today and it was completely dry. I'm floored by his dedication to find the problem and I will never take my car anywhere else, he has gained a customer for life! read more

I can't say enough great things about Apex and John. After countless hours of research on where to get cars detailed, I decided to go with the place that other Tesla owner's recommended. I can't be more thankful that I went here. Not only are they the only place I would ever take my Tesla or recommend to other Tesla owners now, I've since gotten my boyfriends truck detailed and Audi detailed here. After my experience with them taking such pristine care of the Tesla, I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. They did an amazing job on the wrap for the Tesla as well as the tinting and detailing. Maybe even better than the Tesla, they took my boyfriend's truck and made it look better than it did the day he bought it. Not sure how that's possible, but he was extremely happy. It's going to become at least an annual gift to him, (their detailing makes an excellent and easy gift to get someone)! The last car I took there was the Audi which had been sitting mostly unused for the past few months. They made a 6 year old car with 80k miles look nearly brand new. I'm not sure how they work such magic but they do. On top of the professional work there, the customer service couldn't be better. If you are similar to me and like doing hours of internet research first before settling on a company, trust me, you won't find anywhere else that is better than this place. Customer service was stellar. Results were well beyond expectations. Price was in-line with other bids on the job. If you need your car detailed and you want it done right for a fair price, this is the place to go. My story: 2 years ago I took the kids on an "adventure" in central Oregon through the Paulina Peak wilderness with my relatively new black Honda Ridgeline. We got lost on fire roads and were forced to bush-whack our way to civilization. The fire roads were very narrow and lined with thick juniper scrub brush and pine trees. The trip was super fun for the kids, but not so great on the truck. The truck was *absolutely* trashed with deep desert pin striping. It looked like a bitter ex had taken 1000 keys down both sides. For 2 years, I've stewed about how to fix the mess. After some research and three different quotes, I decided to take the truck to Apex. John was working on another car, so another guy in the store took a look at the car. He laughed (without making me feel like an idiot) and said ... "I'm going to do this one myself...this is going to be fun." I picked the truck up this morning and it looks like it just rolled off the lot. Pin striping ... GONE! I could not be more impressed.
