They are very helpful with suggestions, but at the same time not pushy - which we really like. We recently took in an old (~80 years) exhibition photograph which we have recently had restored. It hard not originally been framed with acid free materials - they likely did not exist at the time. But, we wanted to retain the feel and appearance of the original framing which had been done by the photographer. They were able to restore the frame, replace the matting with modern conservation materials while still maintaining the appearance of the original. We could not be more pleased! I was having a fingerprint tree printed to serve as a guest book at a wedding, but they still treated it like fine art. The team was so helpful adding the bride and groom's names and the wedding date to the image, and suggesting the best paper to use for texture and the fingerprints. On top of the friendly service, the finished print is perfect and beautiful. And I really cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff are! However, the owner's wife is not fluent in English or Eng not being her first language. Simple requests are misunderstood; as she went ahead and proceeded with printing more copies or item I didn't ask for, the interaction with the owner's wife is domineering and emotionally-fueled. I felt like I didn't have a choice as a customer. I asked for 1 print of 1 picture only to be told that I requested for multiple. Communication is overly-complicated and long when asked simple question such as "exact cost per print this size?" "Just one" "I'll be right back" (as I had to email and look thru files). I don't mind paying for $5 or more. Go for the millennial's employees for help for an uncomplicated, smooth, say-less experience. And to avoid confusion and unnecessary conflict due to mistranslation (English not being owner and owner's wife language). I will have to look for a new-print shop for a chill, non-emotional, logical, simple shopping experience; or show up and seek specific employees for help while avoiding owner's wife.
