I spoke with Pamela @ Apartment Options a few days ago while inquiring about an apartment. She was very friendly and welcoming even on the phone and we went to see her later that day at her office in Mesa to see what options were available. She was able to find properties that we would work for my family and in less than 24 hours we had found one that would work us and were able to get the process started to rent the apartment. Pamela was very kind, attentive and listened to us from start to finish. Pamela went above and beyond for us and I would 100% use her in the future. If you need a rental property I would highly suggest going to Apartment Options and asking to speak with Pamela!!! Thank you Pam seriously we cant THANK YOU enough. read more

I stand by my review. You are free to report it to Google if you choose. I also have documentation, including text messages and other records, supporting my experience. Google can review all of the evidence and make its own determination. The fact remains that the lease was ultimately canceled, and I did not incur any lease penalties. That outcome did not happen by chance. I understood my rights, documented what occurred, and addressed the issues accordingly. Attempting to discredit me does not change my experience or the facts I have documented. My review reflects my personal experience and is intended to help others make informed decisions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this office for apartment locating services or rental advice. I did not find the process transparent, and I believe prospective renters should carefully verify every representation, read every document thoroughly before signing, and keep all communications in writing. You are welcome to present your screenshots, and I will present my documentation. I am confident the evidence will speak for itself. read more

Pamela was great to work with. She was very thoughtful with helping my family find a home.

Pamela was awesome to work with!! Highly recommended if you're in the market for a new place to live!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Pamela at Apartment Options. She was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. We were on a very tight schedule, and she worked quickly and efficiently to help us find the right apartment without sacrificing quality or service. Pamela made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. We truly appreciate her dedication, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. We highly recommend Pamela and Apartment Options to anyone looking for a professional and reliable apartment locator! read more

The representative that assisted me at apartment options, was incredible. Pamela, thank you for taking the time to understand what we were looking for. I really appreciate the help I received from Apartment Options, especially from Daleena! I never used an agency to help me find a new home, but I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I was in a 2-week time crunch (on top of being pregnant), and Daleena was super nice, supportive, more than helpful, and worked with what we had and everything we needed for our new home. After our first appointment, we viewed the property and got approved within 3 days! I cannot thank her and appreciate enough for all she has done for us! read more

This review is for Brandi at the Mesa location on Alma School. She did in about 30 mins what 2 other locations couldn't do in a couple of days. I had some things come up and didn't meet up with her until about a month after initial contact. This had zero affect on how I was treated. Went in explained I was a little ambitious with what I wanted to play for an apartment. NO BIGGIE. 5 phone calls later and I have 3 places to look at and choose from. Went to the most "ideal one" for me and applied and was approved and signed the lease in about 15 - 30 mins. Also my credit is sub par but I still had the "standard" deposit so it's gonna cost me under $200 to move in. Obviously the pricing you get and deposit are not dependent on Brandi but dependent on her. If you give her the honest information about your situation she WILL find the place you are looking for. Thank you so much Brandi!!!! read more

Big thank you to Bridget , at Apartment Options (Mesa AZ) ! We needed to find a place quick as we were relocating from San Diego , CA in a week. We went into apartment options , met with Bridget and mid day that day we had applied for the apartment and were headed back to San Diego to pack our things . She helped us find what we needed quick! Thanks Bridget! read more

Kayla was so helpful in finding the perfect apartment for us. We are relocating to AZ from NE and without her help we would be in an overpriced apartment in South Phoenix. You have to be very specific about what you want and don't want in an apartment. I definitely recommend Kayla at Apt. Options. read more

From a recommendation of my sister in law who lives in Phoenix, we walked into this office our second day in the Phoenix area, sat down with the extraordinary Susie Corder and within 20 minutes she had our credit score and two appointments with apartment managers she knew personally! She found us an apartment in the area of town we wanted and within the financial restrictions we gave her. She not only saved us the time of running around town looking, she saved us the cost of credit reports for any apartments in the running. Susie makes it her business to know hundreds of apartment managers and she keeps up with who has openings, rent ranges and how tough they are on the credit scores. It was wonderful to watch a profesional at work. Best part of all is that this service is free! read more

I would not use Apartment Options, I went late Saturday, no one at the front desk, no one else in the front waiting. When someone finally came to the front I filled out their application and then sat and waited for 25 minutes while I see 5 ladies stand around talking about that they'll be doing that evening. After 30 minutes a gal took my application, I finally got up to leave when one of the ladies I saw talking called me by a different name and went on to say how busy they are. Start impressions are everything!!! So don't stand around talking, if someone is there waiting help them. read more

Retired from Chicago. Spent two days driving around, seeing places found on Trulia. Nothing was right. Apartment Options was listed on one of the sites. Since we were looking in the Mesa area and had about ten prospects to view, we stopped in just on a whim. Pamela Campbell sat with us and talked about our price range and desired features. She brought us to a place she thought might suit us. It had EVERY single thing we had on our wish list, and a great , reasonable rent. I would send anyone I know over there. Unbelievable what we ended up with. Thank you, Pamela! read more

Bethany was absolutely incredible. She listened to what my needs were and helped me locate and secure housing for my family under a stressful and non typical situation. Bethany I want to sincerely thank you. read more

I've never had such a positive and quick experience like this with an apartment finding company. Brandi DeSanta was able to find me an apartment within 24hrs including the approval process! I have absolutely terrible credit AND a bankruptcy but she still got me into a luxury affordable apartment in my dream neighborhood. Thank company has literally changed my life!!! If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you Brandi for everything read more

Very Rude And I Believe Not Very Honest Or Upfront On: July 2, 2014 By: Jose Sanchez Pamela Cambell at apartment options was helping me. I went in on a Sunday afternoon for help on a apartment. She was not in the office and i was helped by another woman was really nice but unlicensed. Well i liked one apartment they had available and the woman was helping me called Pamela and let her know i was interested. Pamela let the other woman know that if i wanted too see the apartment i needed too leave a deposit of $125.00. I called back today cause Pamela never called me back another woman did. I told Pamela that the place wasn't going too workout for me an if i could get my deposit back she said no! And she had nothing to do with it and i would have too call them and that she was busy training and no other time for me. Pamela Cambell is very rude and i believe not very honest or upfront. I am a single dad of three children and it's unfair that she does business this. Nothing will come about this i just hope that your not a victim of Pamela and her ways. Jose sanchez, This is the actual report found online on The RipOff Report which you can read here: https://www.complaintslist.com/apartments/apartment-options/ read more

Brandi DeSanta! What a wonderful woman! Honest to heart review. She was so perfect and the exact type of leasing agent I needed, and I'm sure that plenty of people need out there. She does not judge, she is on your side, and she is just honest and upfront. She will not waste your time with places that won't work for you. I worked with her back in January and recently in September (she was with another company at the time) and she provided the same great service both times. Highly highly recommend talking with her if you need a new place, especially if you have a tricky credit situation, she has you covered with no judgement. It was so cool to see how well known and appreciated she is by the apartments that she works with it recommends. Truly just an awesome, professional woman! Thank you, Brandy for your assistance. I will be keeping your contact information in my back pocket for any future needs! read more

My review is for the Tempe location and David. He was so helpful in finding different apartments for my husband and I when we moved from San Diego and needed a place immediately. He called many for us to make sure they had the availability before we loaded back up and drove there. There is no cost for their service and we would have been lost had David not helped us. read more

Don't use, liars, salesperson On commission service! Don't care about you or what you want. They wrote a review about themselves, Pam is a liar! Just wants you to move into a apartment to get paid. Was late and snappy, bad service, commission based salary. Pam is a liar, I found 8 times better on my own. It's a way for them to get paid through there client base. read more

Plain and simple, not helpful. They don't seem to be knowledgeable of the apartments, they have just as much information as the websites. I thought they would have more information to help but you are better off looking on your own, using the online apartment guides like rent.com and etc. I found my apartment without their help, my sister and friend had the same experience. read more

Pamela and her team are awesome helping people find new places to live whether they rent or they own. My clients often have credit issues from all over town. Pamela and her team can help you in Chandler Mesa Tempe or anywhere else in town. read more

Pam is very untrustworthy woman. Beware of this con artist, she is bad news. She doesn't even care about her clients, only putting them in places they can't afford. She was even late to our meeting, 20 minutes late. Be very careful working with Pam. Go to Valley King, way better service. read more

Pam is a liar, and rude! Straight told us she can only get us apts. With cockroaches, to find out later that's not true. She only gets paid through apts. They work with that have roaches, they have crappy apt and I wouldn't go through them I found better on my own! They wrote a review about themselves. Lol read more

Pam was a great help with a large dog and is now in an apartment because she knows the law! Thank you VERY much!

Pam was AWESOME while helping me find an apartment that fit the needs for specifically needing an apartment for a larger dog and pet, pubescent adolescent which this single mother knew a 2 bedroom, washer/dryer and first floor with a decent jr high were important factors. Pam exceeded those needs, and introduced us to an awesome apartment community book keeper at the timer, that was amazing. Due to her thinking outside of the box, of the areas I wasn't really thinking of exploring, I ended up with an amazing deal and renewed my leased for an extended period, after the agency assisted me with the initial lease. Pam had a great sense of humor (I know she will appreciate the memory of a future tenant hugging a stackable washer/dryer--haha) and business disposition I truly appreciated. Thanks, Pam. PS- I also appreciate how the agency had followed up if I needed assistance renewing or locating another rental. That was appreciated! read more

I love this company they found me my new apartment in such a short time and the place is perfect. I will probably live here for several years that's how much I love the spot they found me. Bethany worked her magic and helped me get into an AFFORDABLE and BEAUTIFUL apartment. She went above and beyond all expectations. I was skeptical to use this service because I had gone to Valley King(never go there) and they wanted to put me in some dump of a complex , but I went to Apartment Options and am so happy I did. Bethany was able to find a wonderful place that I love. She is AWESOME and deserves 5 +++ . Bethany you absolutely ROCK!!! read more

Terrible, not much more to say, the entire rental experience with Pamela Campbell was completely a waste of time and money, not to mention it took a over a month to fix the space that i rented from her... -Joel Kellman read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! The agent Daleena was so rude and unprofessional. I went there to get help to find a place to rent and I was ignored, then when someone finally noticed I was there I still had to wait a long time. These people post misleading ads claiming they know all the best priced apartments and then tell you those are already rented and only recommend ones you can't afford, a complete bait-and-switch. This service is a complete waste of your time, I found a better apartment just looking on the internet myself. read more

Stay far, far away from this company. It is owned by Pamela Campbell and she is rude, unprofessional and lies. My company did a short term month to month lease with her after we sold our building faster than expected. I paid a security deposit and 1st month's rent up front. After 3 months, I gave her my 30 days written notice as was required by our contract. I also gave her an address to mail back my security deposit, which was due back to me 14 days after we vacated. We have now been out over 1 1/2 months with no return deposit. First, she ignored my calls for a few weeks. Then, when I finally got her, she told me the check was sent to the wrong address.I gave her the address again. When I still didn't get it, she told me that she had been very ill and had not ever sent one in the first place (her staff denies the illness). She asked for the address again and told me should would mail it on the upcoming Saturday. Still, no check. I have now given her my address 5 times, and told her that I would file suit within the week. She told me not to threaten her; it wasn't a threat, it was a promise. She called me unprofessional, yet this woman breached her own contract, and has now lied about an illness and lied that she sent the check twice. She is very rude, unprofessional and dishonest. And, since she is the boss, there is no one to go to and complain. So, steer clear of this business. Many of the other posts support this claim about her. Do yourself a favor and find another company. This one is bad news! read more

Pamela spent 15 mins telling me how she has 15 years experience and then immediately displayed her incompetence by having my credit run 2 times for one property . Then she explained the property wasn't available me ivwould need to do it again. Ariel is rude unhelpful . I'm disabled and the office had a problem with my disability . I'm currently speaking with an attorney . Don't go here read more

Totally Worthless. Granted we had extreme extenuating circumstances. Thankfully we were smart enough not to wait on the promised call. Jenna Johnson said she would research and get back to us. We never got a call back. No rating for this group as they were a complete waste of a Sunday afternoon. read more

I wish I had a something good to say about Apartment Options. I called and talked to a woman named Jenna who told me to come into the office and meet with her. When I showed up on Saturday, I filled out the application and waited to be called. Once I got back to the offices they told Jenna I was there to see her - right outside the door of the office I was sitting in she says, "I don't want the appointment. You take it." She didn't apologize and say she was too busy or give any explanation - she was just rude and completely unprofessional. The woman I did end up working with was very nice, she showed me a few apartments and then emailed me one the next week. I responded to her and asked if there were any more and I never heard from her again. It just seems like they are a bunch of flakes. read more

Lauren, with apartment options was not helpful at all. It took over a week to hear anything back and when I called her on her cellphone she just apologized several times for forgetting?? I still gave her another chance as I am relocating to AZ with my seven-year old daughter Aug. 1 2012. After another five days of not hearing anything from Lauren, I e-mailed her to advise that I had 14 days until I relocate and she was not doing a good job. She was very busy and never followed-up, there was not any credit reports obtained and she had no idea the kind of job that I had. I ended up talking to apartment communities myself! Like they say if you want something done right you have to do yourself! My lawschool was more helpful than this agency, hopefully Lauren will not do this to others who are relocating. Bad credit, no credit, good credit this agency advertises they can help people with all credit issues, this agent was not a good representation!! read more
