Let me warn you... Maybe I'm the only person that's had a bad experience here but I waited for 45 minutes for my food and they totally forgot to make it and all the people that ordered after me were all eating. I'd stay away from this place.

Admit it, we all read Yelp reviews, hoping to discover a place that elevates food to a memorable experience. Especially when we are traveling, and seeking something beyond chain store, franchised confirmity. Traveling from LA to Fresno or San Francisco or Sacramento? Goshem hides a secret worth discovering. It is just a little tricky to find, but worth the effort. Apana Punjab Indian Cuisine is a restaurant you will be delighted to discover. It is the Indian food of my dreams. The palak paneer was so good. The Indian noodle burger was unique, fun and tasty. The golden chicken was worth the many hours drive, oh so worth it. What are you waiting for? Get out the keys and drive there! Open 24 hours a day. They are waiting for you. Family run, and they treat you like family. The owner was a former truck driver, who was frustrated by the usual offering at truck stops. This restaurant is his dream. It shows in his food, enthusiam and friendliness. He has taken his grandmothers special secret spices and recipes to share with the world. Tasting this food, l know grandma was a cooking genius. So many options. Lots of chicken, goat and egg dishes. Many veggie options. The dessert include malai and gulab jamon. Not to be missed. The rice and naan are fresh and yummy. But here, spicey means spicey! They are happy to adjust the spice level. Just ask. Don't want to wait? Call ahead and get take out 1-539-299-1359. Don't forget to order samosas, as they have simply marvelous samosas. There are veggie and meat eater specials. Great baryami, butter chicken and kadhi pakora. It's all good. On a long drive, it's a wonderful option over boring franchised blah. Go, you'll thank me.

I cannot wait to go back here and support such an amazing hidden gem. I feel like I hit the jackpot eating here. Every bite was a taste of heaven I started by just trying out the samosas and left to run errands then I came back after my errands and ordered an early dinner that's how amazing it was!

Stopped here during an 11 hour Greyhound bus ride last weekend! I almost got some mediocre gas station food next door, but thankfully this place caught my eye instead. The owner / manager assured me they could make my food quickly and that I'd be able to catch my bus, so I ordered a few things! The first thing I got was uniquely named, and not a visible item on the menu. I saw another customer eating it and asked for it myself -- personally mistaking it for a smoothie. The guy at the cashier had said it was an ice-cream based beverage, but I was in for a much bigger surprise once I got on the bus baha. What I expected to be a milkshake ended up being a mixture of ice cream, jelly, almonds, noodles (?!), and other ingredients I did not recognize. I was caught hella off guard by this and couldn't finish it personally. In hindsight, I should've gotten their reasonably priced Mango Lassi. Thankfully, I then cracked open the Butter Chicken and rice I was recommended and was blown away! Up until this point I wouldn't have left a good review but DAMN. The food here absolutely hit! Served hot, large portion, reasonably priced, and perhaps the best tasting chicken and rice I've gotten at an Indian restaurant. Genuinely a 10/10 plate, and I would love to go back knowing what I know now.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. For 2 people ee got the 32 oz Medium spice Chicken Curry, Basmati rice and Garlic naan. It was delicious! The chicken was boneless and tender and curry was flavorful. The prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. We most definitely will be coming back! Couldn't find a negative thing about it!

Stopped here on the way and were pleasantly surprised! The food was very fresh and delicious. We ordered Goat Biryani, Butter Chicken, and Shahi Paneer -- everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Definitely worth a visit!

Chicken curry and rice the next day

Saw this on Yelp yesterday and took my daughter. All I can say is wow, food was some of the best I have had. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. Will for sure come again to eat here. I had enough left overs to eat this again today! (Second pic)

Chili Chilli Chicken

On the way back from Los Angeles we were craving Indian food and one of our friend told us about this place. First of all getting there was tricky bc you have to take a side street and there's a gas station blocking the frontage of the deli-restaurant so we walking in and it looks like the deli was closed and the young girl in the front asked us if we needed help so I asked and she said they would make us anything we want. There was an older gentleman I think he was the cook/ owner welcome us and told us it would take 20mns . I ordered the chili chicken it was excellent but omg the butter chicken was out of this world I felt like I hit the jackpot the spice combination was just perfect but the naan was dry and little hard, rice was to the point I also love their raita this place is such a gem too bad their location is hidden from Betty drive

Beautiful art inside the restaurant

This gas station has been a part of Goshen since I can remember. My early childhood hood I can remember dropping off family members to catch the greyhound bus to Mexico here . In an attempt to revitalize this location against big brand companies moving in and making this location More difficult to get to , we have APNA PUNJAB. I'll admit I have no idea when it comes to Indian food . But this place is amazing . The owner confident, respectful and humble . The walls covered in art and colors that really make you feel good inside and give you a bigger view of their culture . I loved everything about being inside of this restaurant . We purchased the butter chicken , rice , garlic nan , as well as chicken curry , everything was beautifully cooked and tasted wonderful . I'll admit it was rough for my personal stomach but my kids tore everything apart and absolutely loved it , we also tried the mango and sweet lassi , amazing experience all around . TRY THE ICE CREAM TRY THE ICE CREAM . I'm upset I didn't take pics of the food or ice cream but try the ice cream it's so flavorful it fresh tasty has a mixture of thing in it that I have no idea but it's delicious.

The space has a few tables inside, they fill up quickly. Space to sit outside as well or order through the app for pickup. Something's changed, the Gravy tastes different to us. We haven't been in a year, so maybe it's tastebuds? It almost looks the same but something tastes different, but y'all be the judge. It tastes more like a cowboy gravy than a white sausage gravy. Getting more smoky flavor this time and it just isn't our favorite. We got the B&G which is, (1)Biscuit and Gravy that also comes with (3) eggs. We also got, The (Big for his Britches). It's the same thing but comes with all the meats! They call it an open faced sandwich. That thing was loaded with gravy, eggs, a few different meats like a sausage patty, bacon, and linguica. Only problem(s) are the flavor of the gravy. We didn't see the option for apple butter; just jam and honey butter. The meat was a little chewy but a positive, the biscuits were good. I do recommend people try them out. Everyone's taste buds are different, plus they aren't skimping on portion size, so that's a win. Plus they have a nice espresso machine and offer some cool-flavored coffees and regular delicious black coffee for the old-school people.

Don't get me wrong, they were good, but they just were not delivered to our table in the manner that we expected. Amongst the four of us, we shared three different breakfast entrées. Being greeted at the door was a little confusing. I saw very jolly man with a very big grin on his face, walking toward the door. I didn't know he worked there. I held the door open for him and asked if he were coming out. He didn't say anything to me. I proceeded to go into the restaurant and waited for the rest of my family to join me before asking for a table for a party of four. We were seated quickly, but only after the once jolly man questioned someone in my party about the service animal we brought in with us. They asked the usual questions, like the purpose of the service animal and what service it provided and to whom. That was fine. After that, they made no fuss. Our service animal did as they were supposed to. They remained underneath the table and did not make a sound. Awesome. Back to our food order. There were only three entrées ordered. I don't understand why it is that when we received our food, everything was less than lukewarm. The sausage links that came with one of the breakfast entrées look like it were getting cold enough that a layer of fat was beginning to show on the top of the sausage links. The butter on the Swedish pancakes had already made a pool and was dripping off the top. That to me means it was sitting there for a little while already. And on top of the French toast, the butter just sat there. It was like it never made it onto the French toast while it was still hot. That's why the butter had not melted. I feel like there was mismanagement in the plating and timing of everything. Like I said, our food was lukewarm at best. You could tell everything was delicious and had just been made, but still somehow, somehow I was expecting a piping hot breakfast. I also was expecting that all three of our orders would've come out correctly. They did not. I think one of us received an order of French toast instead of an order of Swedish pancakes. I forgot exactly the confusion, but someone didn't get what they were supposed to get. It was easily fixed, but we had to get our original waitress to come and make the correction. Luckily, that set of Swedish pancakes did come out, and it was warm. So, we got there, but it took a while. There's a little bit of a detour. The gentleman who brought us water and extra napkins and straws, things like that, he was awesome. He was very quick on his feet and didn't miss a beat. It was really nice to see that the restaurant gets a lot of regulars. This was a fun spot to try. Maybe we caught them at an off time. I'm not sure. Either way, I would like to come and visit again. It's just might be a little while. We don't get out to this area very often.

I can think of 6 in the past 14 years since I've lived in the area that have come and gone... from classy Italian to authentic Peruvian, a small bar and an evening patio scene to a breakfast only place, the a couple waffle shops, and now... let's talk about Branch. Immediately I noticed how clean the place was. Simple, smelled nice and spotless! Hey this is a huge improvement already. The crowd was thick, we waited 20-30 minutes on a Saturday at 10:00am. That's a good thing. Once we sat down, we were asked what we wanted for drinks. And a minute later another waiter asked us if we would like to order drinks , then a 3rd... seconds before the drinks were brought out. Lol I ordered the breakfast sandwich, served with potatoes or hash browns and asked the waitress what she recommended... my daughter was getting hashbrowns with her meal already and the young lady suggested the potatoes and so I took her suggestion. Let me tell you this, that sandwich which is probably one of the most common things on a breakfast menu anywhere, came out so unique and interesting to me that I must highly recommend it. The toasted bread was like a spicy garlic sourdough that was strong and powerful. The spice was right for me and I even asked for the sriracha sauce on the side. The bacon was thick and plenty, the eggs perfectly scrambled, and the potatoes were delicious and so were my daughter's hashbrowns by the way. I loved my breakfast sandwich and also ate half my Mom's Reuben sandwich which was just loaded with corned beef!! So I asked the waitress who owned the restaurant wanting to know if local, and she smiles and says, "well, I am!" I complimented her and wished her my best and let her know that we would be back. I hope it catches on.

I kid you not he said some reservations are "invisible" until they arrive. He truly used the word "invisible." Once seated 3 people offered to get us drinks, but our server took 15 minutes to greet us and take our food order. The waffles were good, nicely crispy. The BLT was nice and big. The French fries were crinkle cut and the buttermilk ranch was delicious. Sadly my chili verde omelet wasn't great. I liked the omelet, the cheese filling had a great cheese pull, but the verde sauce had way too much citrus flavor. The pork was tender, a little fatty but the acidity made it hard to enjoy. I would rather drive further down Herndon for some better breakfast options.
