    Coconut Shrimp
    Frank G.

Food overall was; "way too salty". Coconut Shrimp lacked flavor, tasted like salt and completely lacked any sweetness. Orange Chicken and Spicy chicken were just "ok". Started with flavor, didn't end that way. Texture was great with some crispy pieces on the chicken, but then I started to get more rubbery, fatty pieces. Chow Mein and Fried Rice both lacked flavor, the chow mein was very greasy and soggy. Service was nice. The girl who helped us was super sweet, they really stacked these plates high for the price! Plus they were quick to refill the empty platters for fresh product. That's what made it such a let down for us when the flavors didn't hit! Ambiance is ok. It's in the corner of the shopping center, plenty of seating. Overall it's a pass for us at this moment. We might try to come back later on down the road. Hopefully the portion sizes stay massive for the price. $8 bucks for 2 sides and one entree or $12 for 2 entrees and 2 sides. If you're looking for good Chinese food in town "minus" the coconut shrimp, head to the food court in the mall. Cooks at this spot need to work out some kinks before we decide to come back.

Went here yesterday and got food poisoning. First and last time ever trying this place, I'll stick to RN market!

Friendly and quick with very generous portions of their entrees. One of my favorite Chinese places in Visalia.

Great food and service. The portions are huge for a reasonable price. I love the Teriyaki Chicken.

Moved into the area in December and we tried this place our first week! The food was spot on! And portions are very generous.

Was hoping to love but was very disappointed. Orange chicken was hard. Chow mein was not the best either.

Heard great things about Orange Works, so you know we had to make sometime to check it out…read more Very cool and laid back vibe. Staff was very patient and friendly, and even offered to make our ice cream later, when we were ready for it . Much appreciated- eat first , dessert later. We noticed they close at 4pm; so we had to hurry up our afternoon, to get there on time. Wish they closed maybe at 5pm, could come after work, or for dinner. My husband ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and I ordered the lunch special combo with a turkey sandwich. The lunch special combo comes with a sandwich, chips, soda and ice cream. Prices; lunch combo special is $17 Combo without ice cream is $15 Wish the drinks were fountain drinks with free refills, or more choices for chips ,besides lays. The drinks are all cans. A few tables are available for dining inside , most people seem to order to go. I must say don't skip the ice cream... it's creamy and delicious and that orange flavor is good, not overpowering; just right ! My turkey sandwich with everything was good, but my husband's hot pastrami sandwich, with everything ,was even better. That pastrami and that cheese melted together OMG! Tbh when I come back I'm going to order that, it really hit the spot and got those taste buds popping; I was very thrilled. I would have ate hubbys whole sandwich , if he left it unattended.

This spot is located in the downtown area of Visalia. There's parking in front or you have to…read moreparallel park nearby. You have to go through a door near a tattoo shop, but it's very easy to find. Sandwiches are delicious, but the best part is their Orange Smoothie. They have an online ordering system if you're in a rush to go. I definitely like this spot more than their other location which is super crowded and busy. I feel like the Orange Smoothie here is thicker and tastes better! So fresh and yummy!
