After seeing all the reviews, I had to try this place for myself. I've been here more than once so I could leave an honest review, and the consistency has been on point every time. The prices are affordable, and one plate is enough to feed more than one person. They're definitely not greedy with the portions -- they want to make sure you leave full and come back again because of both the taste and the value. The restaurant has been clean every visit, they always seem fully stocked with food, and the wait has never been long. I was so glad to hear they were here as I love the "buffet" (?) style serving (someone correct me) where it's like the food is hot and ready and you just come through to get what you want. yeah, Panda is fine, but Pan Pan Wok is the real deal. mountains of food. gooood food. enjoyable food. filling food. warm food. I could go on. the staff is friendly. the place is clean. you get an insane amount of food for the price. you can order other stuff off the menu like the singapore rice noodles or kung pao tofu, both of which go really hard. they even take phone orders. I tried a boba once and it was just fine for a place like this (I wouldn't go out of my way to have boba here though, mind you). Food overall was; "way too salty". Coconut Shrimp lacked flavor, tasted like salt and completely lacked any sweetness. Orange Chicken and Spicy chicken were just "ok". Started with flavor, didn't end that way. Texture was great with some crispy pieces on the chicken, but then I started to get more rubbery, fatty pieces. Chow Mein and Fried Rice both lacked flavor, the chow mein was very greasy and soggy. Service was nice. The girl who helped us was super sweet, they really stacked these plates high for the price! Plus they were quick to refill the empty platters for fresh product. That's what made it such a let down for us when the flavors didn't hit! Ambiance is ok. It's in the corner of the shopping center, plenty of seating. Overall it's a pass for us at this moment. We might try to come back later on down the road. Hopefully the portion sizes stay massive for the price. $8 bucks for 2 sides and one entree or $12 for 2 entrees and 2 sides. If you're looking for good Chinese food in town "minus" the coconut shrimp, head to the food court in the mall. Good Food, But Awkward Service Experience The food here is pretty great -- generous portions, affordable prices, and flavors that my family and I really enjoy. We've eaten here a few times, and for a casual, fast Chinese takeout spot, it's smacks . That said, during my most recent visit, I had a weird experience while ordering. I asked for two A1 combination plates -- one with orange chicken, the other with broccoli beef. As the worker started serving, I was trying to explain that he mistakenly put orange chicken and broccoli together on one order. He wasn't the most attentive because he kept talking to his coworkers. I repeated my exact order one at a time. It was clear that the person helping me didn't fully understand me, and there was a language barrier. He ended up making three plates. Before I could be charged, I pointed out the extra one to both him and the cashier and asked them to take it back. They didn't charge me for it, which I appreciated, but they both seemed visibly irritated, and the interaction felt tense and uncomfortable. I left feeling a little weirded out -- like I had done something wrong just for trying to clarify the order. It wasn't hostile, but it definitely wasn't welcoming either. I'm still giving 4 stars because the food is consistently good, it's a go-to spot for my family, and I understand miscommunications can happen. Yes!!! Finally. Growing up in So Cal and having a fire Chinese place in every strip mall where they cram it so full that it defies the laws of physics that they can close the lids. The Kung Pao chicken actually actually has some heat to it unlike the central valley Kung Pao chicken I have found around here. Look, this place isn't high end fine dining but it's better than Panda Express and I am so glad to have this place here and to be honest, you get 2 meals out of it. Moved into the area in December and we tried this place our first week! The food was spot on! And portions are very generous.

They charged my credit card twice for the same order. When brought to their attention the said they fixed the problem and one charge would be credited back to my card. It wasn't. Whenever I called the shop to talk to the manager I'm told the manager isn't there. I've been calling for a week at different times of day and the manager is NEVER there or so I'm told. There is a HUGE language barrier because no matter who answers the phone they don't speak English well enough to actually communicate with. Not acceptable customer service. The food was subpar. I had to come back to update my review. Our first experience was good. The second time around was terrible. The chubby oriental man was extremely rude. On our first visit, I tried talking to him but he didn't respond so I just assumed it was a language barrier, this second time around he actually served my food and turns out he speaks English very well but he was extremely rude. He was rushing me, acting impatient, throwing the food onto the plate as he was serving it, spilling the food everywhere onto the other food trays. It was a complete joke. It was our first visit to PanPan Wok. It's a small chinese restaurant. The tables were clean, and it wasn't busy. It didn't bother me if they didn't talk much, I prefer it because sometimes people on accident spit when they talk too much. Can they smile? Sure, that would've been nice, it can make it for a more pleasant experience. Despite of that we all agreed the food was good. It had flavor, which is important to our palette. Nothing we ate was bland or undercooked. They were generous with their servings. In our order it included the following: noodles fried rice orange chicken beef broccoli spicy chicken chicken teriyaki The reason I gave it three stars was because there's always room for improvement. 1. They can work on their smile. 2. I haven't tried the rest of their food. Overall, I'd recommend the place if you're looking for fast-food chinese to go. I've ordered from Pan Pan Wok five times now, and three of those experiences were great with generous portions and good quality. Unfortunately, my last two orders were disappointing. I always order the same items, but DoorDash doesn't allow you to select rice noodles, and my request note was ignored previously. This most recent order was the worst: I received very little orange chicken, which was over-fried and inedible, no spicy chicken at all, and the salt and pepper wings looked like leftovers. I ended up throwing the food away. I hope this was just a one-off issue, because they started out strong and I know they can do better. read more

I really wanted to like this. Everything looked good when ordering the items I wanted. But the orange chicken was incredibly over cooked, I couldn't get my fork through any of the pieces. I tried poking through all of it and none of it was edible, I had one small piece that was soft enough but the meat inside was very dry. I came in during lunch (12:30) for a to go order so none of the food should have been old or sitting for very long. The flavor of the orange chicken was really good, but the meat being over cooked killed it. The salt and pepper chicken was really good and chow mein was good. I drizzled some teriyaki over the chicken and it was delicious. If I go back I'll probably only get the salt and pepper chicken. If I decide to get the orange chicken again, I'll be sure to try it there before taking it home to make sure it's not hard and dry. The service was fast and friendly. Four of us got Combo B's and I don't think any of us ate half our plate (lunch tomorrow is going to be awesome!). In addition to the regular rice and chow mien, they also offer mixed vegetables as a side and they were fresh and delicious! For my two main picks I got the Kung Pao Chicken and the Spicy Chicken. Personally, I would have liked it hotter but it is made to appeal to a broader crowd and they have several chili sauces for those that enjoy more heat. I gave this place a second try after having a terrible first experience. But, again, service here sucks ass. First, they do not greet when I walked in. I stood there for a few minutes while the girl served food and the tall guy said nothing. Finally, he asked me what i wanted, and his attitude is complete crap as if he hates his job.
