Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Edit: I've also included the pink bouquet I purchased from Imagine Flowers (Scottsdale) at the same price, delivery included.

Not a lot of people, let alone businesses do that these days. In a time of crazy, healing and heart break their kindness and appreciation is warmly received. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

I try not to look at price point as it's the thought that counts, but he said it is comparable to other locations both in Arizona and Florida (work trips) that he has ordered for me this year. Thank you for the not one, but two plant food packets as my flowers lasted over a week! Truly amazing vibrancy that lasted so long that I had to document in various photos. My boyfriend and I agree - no need to look around for another florist. Also, they hand wrote and sent my boyfriend a note saying thank you. Truly remarkable service and they were very communicative as they delivered while I was at work. This is THE place when ordering to my house! Which I love as I recall this business being next to my family's jewelry store (Kyhn's Jeweler's) years ago. My boyfriend had chosen this place without knowing, and it brightened my day thinking of my Nanny Sheila and Grandad Ed.

I received a text about delivery, and thought that was very convenient. Friendly service and appreciate the heads up as you can never be too sure of how things will fare left on a patio. My luck would be the wild birds would get into the flowers, or the elements wouldn't help the flowers condition and vibrancy. Speaking of vibrancy, these are stunning! And FOREVER! Love that the quality and they look realistic to display for years to come as it saddens me tulip season isn't that long every year (my favorite flower). Definitely have return business here as I'd love to see their fresh floral arrangements. My boyfriend ironically didn't realize they were silk flowers (thought that was just a description of a tulip type haha). Love how realistic they are and will smile fondly for days, weeks, and months to come. Thanks No Reason Why!
