I don't usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience has been very…read moredisappointing. We met with Courtney on March 16th to discuss the floral arrangements for my elopement. During that meeting, she assured us that we would receive a quote by the end of the week. However, we never received anything, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, communication was extremely limited. On the one occasion she did respond, she reassured us that a quote would be sent "as soon as possible," but it never arrived. It is now April 11th, and I'm left scrambling at the last minute to secure a bouquet and other arrangements. A simple explanation or timely communication about any issues would have been greatly appreciated. Instead, I feel like I was strung along until it was too late to plan comfortably. If you're looking for wedding or elopement florals, I would strongly recommend considering other businesses that prioritize clear communication and reliability. There are many options out there that are both reasonably priced and more responsive to their clients.
