Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Well it was 8 PM and I thought I would call and hopefully leave a message as there wasn't an email on the website. After initially reaching an automated answering service, I pressed a button and spoke to a live person. I think it was the owner and I felt a little awful about having interrupted her life at 8 PM but she was really nice and ensured the correct delivery address was planned. She also called me back the next day to confirm delivery, and my friend loved the flowers. She sent a photo and they looked just like the website. Fresh flower deliveries are never cheap, but I thought this was an excellent value. The flowers were delivered before noon like I asked and everyone was blown away by how beautiful they were and how great they smelled. I have two negative takeaways from this experience: -The use of floral tape and wire to fix 10 broken flowers halfway from the stem through the flower was noticeable to my wife. -They were delivered on Monday and died before the end of the week.
