Within one month of care being provided by CCH, she was back up walking and has never been happier. I believe if we did not have CCH she would still be in a wheelchair. Additionally, the caregivers call me once a week with updates on how she's doing and if she has any issues they are watching (I live 2 states away, so I cannot visit regularly). They also host special events each month at the facility. Lastly, they seem to have low turnover, which speaks volumes for management at CCH. I would HIGHLY recommend CCH.

The 24/7 line came in handy when I got frustrated with the care place was not ministering her pain meds. My 96yr old Mom didn't need to be in pain. They jumped to my aid for the same thing twice, on the weekend and a holiday. They were compassionate, answered questions, asked me questions I did not think of. I realized that just because I wanted them right now and at times I needed to wait, not long, they communicated when the nurse was going to arrive. My mom had a shower lady that she just loved, she was kind and knew how to be gentle. Supplies were ordered for my mom from Medicare. I didn't have to figure out sizes or where to buy things. They had them sent to her. I highly recommend them, I did have a snag and I got frustrated because I wanted things perfect. The snag was corrected and on our way we went with care. A couple times Jessica was my bulldog talking to the med tech and physicality my mom was at. I didn't have to correct things there, she did it for me. She let me know she's got this and this is what she does. I listened to her ask the correct questions to get the action corrected. That was awesome. Elizabeth assisted me also. Everyone I worked with knew their job and how to help. They are not there every second, they have other clients in need. When we were in need they responded!!! :)
