Within one month of care being provided by CCH, she was back up walking and has never been happier. I believe if we did not have CCH she would still be in a wheelchair. Additionally, the caregivers call me once a week with updates on how she's doing and if she has any issues they are watching (I live 2 states away, so I cannot visit regularly). They also host special events each month at the facility. Lastly, they seem to have low turnover, which speaks volumes for management at CCH. I would HIGHLY recommend CCH.

During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.

My surgery was done on 7/1/25 as of today 7/16 they have…read morefail to properly obtain a decent PT referral for me. The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these facilities are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THELMA OFFICE MANAGER THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEEK TO GET A NEW APPROVAL.
