Outside view of the building.

I had a hard time finding this place, mostly because I thought I'd see some sign with "Quest Diagnostics" written on it - but it's a building next to the church on Magnolia and the Floral Nursery, next to the hospital. You can also find it if you take Magnolia west bound, make a right on Jackson, then a right on Miller St. and the building will be on your right. I attached photos of it just in case anyone needs help! Once inside the building there are two elevators, take the first one (closest to the front door) and go to the second floor. From there it's a left down the hall and it's on the left side. The area is very clean and sterile, yet inviting. The workers were very very nice and patient. I went in because I needed blood work and other testing done. Usually nurses have a hard time finding a good vein in my arm to draw blood, and it ends up being very painful, but the girl here (i don't remember her name but she had reddish hair) made it quick and painless and got it on the first try. I was thoroughly impressed. Personally, I'd give this place more stars if I could, it deserves a better rating than it has. Also, it's not by appointment only, I was a walk in and I was seen after 5 minutes of checking in.

It doesn't matter black , white, brown or yellow. We all have to pay for services. Do not treat customers differently .

Your website needs to specify that this is an appointment only location and that they won't see walk ins. I wasted my time driving here.

The entrance is a little confusing if you've never been here before. I'd come like 5-10 minutes early if you are directionally challenged like me lol. Making an appointment is super easy online. Took me less than 3 minutes. Easy to reschedule and cancel appointments as well with zero hassle. My appointment was at 3:30pm. They close at 4 according to Google. I got there at 3:25. I was seen exactly at 3:30! My blood draw was very smooth and painless. The lady who did it was professional and quick. No annoying countdown "1,2,3 quick pinch". If I lived in the area I'd absolutely come back. Only criticism is that it was kind of dirty in there. I think it could use a deep cleaning especially on the walls. But the experience was great overall. I was in and out within 10 minutes! For parking: park in the back where it says "additional parking". There is a small entrance that said something like "pediatrics". Go in there. It leads you to a hall way. Just walk until you see Quest. It was on the right hand side. For check in: you can check in on the kiosk inside, or on your phone. They sent me a link to my phone # to check in. There is no receptionist here. Thank you!

TLDR: Ridiculous wait time, even with an appointment. Don't bother…read more This location is truly terrible when it comes to the wait time. I made an 11am appointment and checked in using my phone a few minutes prior to the appointment time. I waited in my car for about 5 minutes waiting for a text to come through that I was ready to be seen. Worrying that perhaps the reception was poor, I opted to walk in. I checked in again using their kiosk and saw that there were approximately 15 people waiting outside to be seen. I thought perhaps people were waiting for assistance for the pharmacy which is located next to it, however I quickly realized that was not the case. While my appointment was at 11:00am, I was not seen until 11:27am. It's extremely disrespectful when a business utilizes an appointment system, but not see people at their assigned time. I was stressed for time as I scheduled my appointment to fit on my lunch break between meetings. I will never utilize this location again. I hope that other LapCorp locations are not run as terribly as this one. The service of the lab tech Rhonda is the only redeeming factor of this experience. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

This is about the labwork done to my daughter and Easy Pay Statement…read more Ok, I get that some insurances that are out there has a co-pay. Some patients don't have a good insurance coverage that's why going to the lab costs an arm and a leg. Easy Pay is just money they hold until our insurance pays them and whatever is our portion that's the one they charge/deduct. But customer service representative explained to me that the money they hold on to on Easy Pay are not actually taken from your account when the insurance pays for the labwork in full. Wow. That made sense now. Thank you for doing your job well and explaining it clearly to me. You guys rock ! Keep up the good work. I feel secured now that I can trust you guys. The wait time is still long but worth it.

I am writing to formally report an upsetting experience I had at this specific Quest Diagnostics…read morelocation on Thursday, April 23 at approximately 4:00 PM. I was sent to Quest Diagnostics from LabCorp due to insurance coverage issues, with a time-sensitive lab order from my gynecologist that needed to be completed on the third day of my menstrual cycle. Because my cycle is extremely irregular, this was a critical and urgent appointment. Upon arrival, I was assisted by an employee named Susie. From the beginning of our interaction, her demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. When reviewing my lab order (which had originally been written for LabCorp), she repeatedly expressed frustration and emphasized multiple times that transcribing the order into Quest's system would "take a very long time." As a first time patient unfamiliar with this process, I felt uncomfortable and anxious, and I even apologized for the inconvenience despite doing my best to follow instructions given to me. In an effort to assist, I offered to contact my gynecologist's office to obtain any necessary information. While on the phone with my doctor's office, I was placed on a brief hold (approximately three minutes) to retrieve a required code. During this time, Susie became visibly impatient and informed me that she could no longer wait and would cancel the entire order, specifically stating there is a "two minute company policy" for waiting on calls. She then instructed me to step outside into the waiting room while I completed the call, stating the appointment would continue once I had the information. However, when I returned with the requested details and attempted to have my provider speak directly with her, she refused to assist me further, told me to wait for someone else, and dismissed me entirely. At that point, I requested my paperwork back, which she returned. When I asked for her supervisor or contact information to escalate the issue, she stated there was no one available. This experience was extremely distressing, especially given the medical urgency and my already heightened anxiety. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and unsupported during a time-sensitive and important healthcare process. My partner, who was present, also witnessed this interaction and found the behavior to be inappropriate and unprofessional. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. No patient should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when seeking necessary medical care especially when they are actively trying to cooperate and resolve issues.
