I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.

My wife recently called to find out how much a 100,000 mile service was. At $2900 which is $2,100 more than our son-in-law just paid for his at his local garage in Boston with no convenience fee. So off to see the grandkids we are in a couple of weeks all paid for by the money we saved by not going to Otis Ford.

Thats crazy! After leaving and researching it, the old Manager Kurt left and opened his own spot. I called, made an appointment and am glad I did!! Staff was great, they have so many more tint percentages and we found a perfect match. The place itself has a vibe....sick decor, awesome music playing, free water and soda as you wait. It was very busy, but they had reasonable pricing and got me in and out quickly. I was more impressed that when I got my Jeep back, there was protection on the carpet and steering wheel as well as an instruction card hanging from the mirror. I've never heard a customer say a bad word about him, and he has been the only person who worked on my cars for the past 8 years that I've been driving (granted he gave me the cars.. so that's probably why). He just upgraded the shop to have another lift, so he can work on more cars. Yay! His is nice and the only mechanic in the shop, and we all know how nice it is to actually talk to the person responsible for working on your vehicle. When I was little (okay i still do) I used to stand on the pneumatic lifts and make them go up and down... it's fun. Maybe he'll let you do it if you're nice. Who knows. Yay dad!
