They usually have three or four full-time A class technicians while other shops most of the time have only one. Excellent place if you have a problem that no one wants to help you including dealerships. One time I had a problem in 2014 with my fathers 2012 Toyota Rav4. The break pedal was soft with engine off and felt weak. I went to two Toyota dealerships since the car had a warranty and they said it was normal while I knew that there was a problem. I finally went to Middle Country Automotive. They confirmed that a break pedal can not be soft with engine off and diagnosed the problem to be ABS pump probably needed bleeding since it was probably not done at the factory. They connected the diagnostic computer and activated the ABS solenoids to bleed the trapped air in the pump. After 15 minutes the brake pedal was nice and firm. I filed a complain at NHTSA and I think it triggered a recall that Toyota hid under some other problem with the ABS pump. At Toyota dealership when I went for the recall the dealership techs only connected the computer the same way the Middle Country Automotive techs did!

I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.

The owner had told me that he was waiting for the title to come from Pennsylvania. He pushed me to get insurance on the vehicle and it ended up being that I never got the vehicle and I paid for four months of insurance. When I would reach out to the owner and ask him if I should cancel the policy he kept telling me not to cancel it because the car keeps coming any day now. The car never came, the guy lied to me for over four months and NEVER reimbursed me for my insurance. I don't recommend you buy a vehicle from him or go to him for any service, he is a fraud and the guy should not be in business or be trusted! STAY AWAY!

After the mechanic looked over the ram I was told that he didn't believe that it could be balanced across the room had a dent in it. He showed me the dent. I told the guy behind the desk to collect the money that I paid for a mounting and a balance but the mechanic won't balance the tire so I should get a partial refund. I stood there waiting and waiting and did not get a refund of any kind. A balancing should cost about $12 I would've excepted $10 for compensation for not doing the balancing and still I was charged the full $30. I don't believe the shop could be trusted for any type of automotive repair.
