After basically giving up hope for the day, I spotted Jimmy's (which I had never previously noticed even though it has probably been there most of my life). I believe it was Jimmy himself who was kind enough to give me an inspection on the spot, even though it was about 5:30PM at this point. Based on this first impression, I will definitely consider returning in the future for actual maintenance/repair needs.
