Matt, the CEO/Owner, took my call yesterday and gave an honest assessment of my front door bottom lock with a very likely part malfunction which needed a simple part replacement. He asked for pictures and a video which I texted him and he knew right away what the issue was. His pricing is fair and comparable to other local competitors with no bait and switch. Other competitors I spoke out put a scare into you by convincing you to get full lock replacements which are costly. He came this morning on time and very efficiently took apart our bottom front door lock, came back with the part replacement, and fixed our lock. He was also training a new employee who was being mentored on how to handle this problem with precision attention to detail. In addition, he provided a warranty for 1 year. Thoroughly impressed with how this company handled everything. The timing was less then 30 minutes after requesting a quote, The technician was a friendly young gentleman and directed me in the right direction. I had put in a phone call to them and the man who answers the phones was extremely polite. I had 3 Baldwin locks in good condition and they told me it is not needed to replace then but rather just change the cylinder. If i had just one complaint it would be the price of the service call was a little higher then other quotes I received. I Called this company to change keys on the locks on my new home. The office was super friendly and understanding to my situation. when the technician arrived he seemed very knowledgeable and was in and out in under a hour. the reason for not getting 5 stars is they showed up a little bit after the time I was initially given. However the tech did call and let me know he was running behind. Overall a positive experience with this company and would most definitely recommend. I am blown away at the customer service twinforks locksmith provided. I never felt so comfortable with a contractor in my home before. He was honest and charged even less then the price they said over the phone being that the job was easier then they thought. The techs name was John he was alittle on the young side but he most definitely was very knowledgeable. I also recommended these guys to my father in law and he was just as satisfied as I was. I have used Twin Forks twice. Both times they were extremely responsive, professional, and expert. The technician each time was friendly and efficient. They showed up quickly and at the time promised. Today they installed a new keypad lock and I couldn't be happier with the service and how quickly they removed the old broken one and installed the new one.
