Lenny arrived right on time on the day of and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He completed the drilling and installation quickly, was careful to minimize mess, and was nice to our dog. I had been putting this installation off for a while. I didn't have a go-to-locksmith- and it can sometimes be hard to find good tradespeople with short-term availability on the North Fork, and I was feeling very lazy about looking for someone. I'm very glad to have ultimately found Twinforks and will go straight to them for any future needs.

He was very courteous and explained what job he had to do to get my car in working order. His prices are absolutely the best, he is a mobile locksmith so even better! I called the dealership and they wanted $400+ for a key and programming. Keith here wanted $150 for the key with programming. Needless to say Keith is a very genuine person. I even went ahead and asked for a business card to repay his information to the followers at our family temple. 10/10 with customer relations 10/10 with pricing 10/10 interaction skills

Lenny first came to change the locks on my dad's co-op after my father passed away and we were preparing to sell the unit. I explained to him that we had an unstable family member who used to stay with my dad and might try to break in. Lenny not only added an extra security lock, but also advised me to leave a note in the window so other locksmiths would think twice if that family member attempted to gain access with their help. Sure enough, that family member did try to break in and change the locks -- but thankfully, they had called Lenny. He immediately recognized the co-op, remembered working with me, and gave me a heads-up. Once he realized what was going on, he refused to do the job. I really respected his integrity. Later, once the family member was evicted, Lenny was incredibly supportive and flexible as I navigated the next steps. He understood I wouldn't have much notice and worked with me to re-secure the co-op as soon as possible. Throughout a very difficult and emotionally charged time, Lenny was professional, kind, and dependable. I'm truly grateful for his support, and he'll continue to be my go-to locksmith.
