I responded no thank you I will go elsewhere. Went to another local locksmith and got the key for 4.99 plus tax! Besides being a rip off they put there stickers on every commercial door! I pealed the ones off my door and within days they put new ones up. I called them and asked them to STOP putting stickers on my door, but they repeatedly continued to put them on our doors. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere.

He asked for pictures and a video which I texted him and he knew right away what the issue was. His pricing is fair and comparable to other local competitors with no bait and switch. Other competitors I spoke out put a scare into you by convincing you to get full lock replacements which are costly. He came this morning on time and very efficiently took apart our bottom front door lock, came back with the part replacement, and fixed our lock. He was also training a new employee who was being mentored on how to handle this problem with precision attention to detail. In addition, he provided a warranty for 1 year.
