Anyone who has been stuck with a car in a parking lot or your own driveway knows how awful and traumatic this can be. Marc is knowledgeable , courteous and professional and did I mention reasonable. I had 3 batteries put in the same car over 3 Years. After using his diagnostic testing equipment, he checked the alternator & because the battery was 100% dead, Mark could not get an accurate reading. He went over the situation with me.
