I came back in to express my concerns and spoke to a different manager who said the franchise owner will reach out to me. Haven't heard anything. They know they messed up and are hiding from me. read more

I just don't like being lied to. I asked the mgr to change my reminder sticker that goes inside my car on the windshield. The synthetic oil change that I got they put 5000 miles to the next oil change. I asked them to change it to 6000 as a reminder. Because I change it every 6000 miles. The manager said he can't do that because the manufacture Nissan suggest every 5000. I looked it up and it says synthetic oil change is recommended 7500 to 10,000 miles. I already knew it was 7500 I didn't know it was up to 10,000. But he did refused to change the sticker. I've used other loot other Jiffy Lube's before. They've all put 6000 for me. This is the only one that wouldn't. read more

Jiffy Lube - 7500 to 10,000 miles - Auto Repair Near Me - Saint James, New York

Thank you for such a friendly and honest service. As a blond single girl I have to take care of my car myself and going to a mechanic is usually a VERY stressful experience. Maria made it feel safe and comfortable for me. The bill was fair and honest without extra charges for "blinker fluids" and other nonsense read more

Do not go to this jiffy lube. Been going here for about 3 years for oil changes. I've finally had enough. I've had things stolen out of my car. They broke my dad's dip stick in half and told him to take it up with ford. His truck is a 22 with 20k miles and now half the dip sticks stuck in the engine and he can no longer check the oil. Now they stripped my drain plug simply by using the wrong size ratchet and told me that it was the last guy who did the oil changes fault because they put lock tight on it. Meanwhile they were the ones who did the last oil change. Once again do not go to this jiffy lube you'll leave with regret. read more

Maria was amazing , A+ service. Great team. Professional and thorough! Will come back again

amazing and friendly service. fast and efficient. recommend to anyone and everyone

$90 for an oil change on a Toyota!!! What a scam!!! My bad for not asking how much but come on, what a rip off. I paid $35 at a gas station 4 months ago. Jiffy lube was convenient so I went there. Never again!! Lady gave me a $20 gift coupon but still had to pay $70 plus and if I didn't complain would not have gotten it. Horrible horrible. No air filter change. Nothing. They wanted $90 for simple oil change. Thieves read more

My mom mentioned she needed an oil change. After dropping her off at her first chemo treatment at Stoneybrook I looked up a nearby Jiffy Lube to surprise her. Billy directed me in right away. You don't even get out of your car which was nice because it's chilly out lol. James helped me choose the right oil and told me some other fluids that were low in the car. Jacob did a great job too. I was in and out if there. Just make sure you enter the lot in the back. The front lot is the exit. Oopsssss lol read more

Jiffy Lube - Loved that I can stay in the car :) - Auto Repair Near Me - Saint James, New York

Came in right after they opened, no line, no hard-sell, out the door in 20 minutes. The guys were SO pleasant, friendly, and efficient! I don't care how silly this sounds but having an oil change done in 20 minutes with no fuss totally started my day off right! read more

Awesome service along with a great a great team that they have over there at the st James location. Did my brake fluid and oil change in a timely fashion and were very formal and straight forward with what work needed to be done, along with not being pushy about doing work. read more

I usually have issues getting my cars oil change since it's a diesel engine. I just moved back to Long Island and didn't know where I should go for my car. This location had everything needed to do my car. The manager and his staff were very nice and professional. I'll be coming to this location from now on. Thank you! read more

Since I moved out here I have coming here and each visit has been pleasant. The customer service is always great. I never waited longer then 30 mins. They make sure the maintenance light is off and I always have a new sticker. I know this may sound like this is what they suppose to do and it is but some Jiffy Lube doesn't. read more

I just needs a top off between oil changes. They made me wait until all 3 cars were completed and sent on there way to put a quarte of oil in my car. I have been using Jiffey Lube for about 30 years. Probably 20 different cars all servised at Jiffey Lube over the years. This was not fun for me. Thanks but no thanks is what this means to me. My wife's car, 2 Daughters cars and my cars. That's a lot of services. NOT RIGHT! read more

The place reeked of pot when I drove up. Came in for the "signature service" which is supposed to include oil and filter, check wipers, check and top off wiper fluid, check and top off radiator fluid check and top off tire pressure, check serpentine belt, check air filter and maybe more. They changed my filter (I assume because I never saw the old one) filled my oil with what is supposed to be high mileage oil (couldn't tell because it came out of a plastic canister) closed my hood and started writing my bill. I had to remind the "service manager" about wiper fluid, tire pressure, air filter, etc. They topped off my wiper fluid, filled my tires to 36PSI (according to the invoice. It should only be 32 PSI as per the sticker inside my drivers door where it is on every car) and then wrote my bill for $90 dollars (signature service price for high milage plus tax). I had a $10 coupon on my phone so it was a bit less but still not worth the "signature service" that I received. You can bet corporate will hear about this rip off place! read more

John G. did a great job! Immediate service, the whole staff were helping each other and we were in and out in a jiffy!

Was in desperate need of an oil change and they did the job quickly with no issues, however, they said they filled up my anti freeze and washer fluid but they never did considering my washer fluid light went on a week later and my anti freeze was non existent when I went to fix my heat. Super mad that I thought I could trust them since they were nice but they screwed me over and I paid for services I never got. Never going back unless they fill my anti freeze and washer fluid for free since technically I already paid lol read more

These guys are great I went there closer to closing time but they didn't mind at all. The whole crew was polite and efficient I was in and out in a little over a half hour. By far the NICEST and most RESPECTFUL auto service shop I have ever been to. My car isn't even done being serviced yet and I'm already happy Just from being treated so nicely. Clean shop too! read more

Waited over an hour before they took my car. Watched as they moved my car to another lane to push someone else ahead. Then the guy behind the counter lied about it. A guy who came in after me just left! read more

They told me it would potentially be a 45 minute wait before I could bring my car into the bay, so just for "sh!ts and giggles" I set the timer. They actually took me in 17 minutes, and the guys here are awesome! I'll definitely be back. read more

Usually before getting an oil change, I'll search for discounts or deals and decide on a specific shop to go to. This time, my car had been overdue for an oil change and I was getting a bit paranoid by the "Maintenance Required" light. I first stopped at PepBoys that told me my waiting time could be up to 2 hours so I drove about a 1/4 mile to this Jiffy Lube and they finished the job in 15 minutes!! I paid ~$32 which is more than I would like but I will still rate 5 stars for their fast and friendly service! **I am fearful that auto repair shops will cause more damage than repairs on my car! Especially after a nail magically appeared in my tire after an inspection at Good Year. Thanks for fast oil change and honesty! read more

Don't go here. They forgot to put the cap back on and all of my oil leaked out and I brought my car back and they said they lost the cap so they rigged it and it ended up damaging my car which costed thousands to fix read more

I couldn't get my oil changed due to a knuckle head move by my mechanic who lost my pan plug and didn't tell me that he put a spark plug in place of it and the manager would not change the oil because of it. He did the right thing. They topped of my fluids and checked the car for me @ no charge. They also supplied me with a new Honda oem plug to put in. What a pleasant surprise to find people that still give great service even when they are not charging for it. They have me as a customer for a long time to come and even the free coffee was very good. I was very pleased to say the least. Absolutely give them a try. read more

Took them maybe 20 minutes to do our oil change. The whole staff was so polite and friendly. Great experience. Will return
