I emailed and got the "quality control" guy to come out the following week. I asked a few questions but felt like I was a waste of his time and he's : trying to teach the guys about customer service: he went under the house said everything was secure and left ... No one said anything about the 3 inch gap between my home and the foundation/ wall that STILL needed to be repaired/ re leveled. Very noticeable.. as you could see the back yard thru the gap. so disappointed in this company! We had to hire another contractor to get that level. Ridiculous!! I trusted them to repair my HOME!! It's my HOME it may be a 'job' to you but I'm paying YOU. I choose you. And now I am sorry .

I had a 70 year old retaining wall next to the sidewalk that was failing - large cracks, leaning…read moreout. A serious hazard and potential liability. Previous owners planted large shrubs next to the wall, making things worse. Most of the professionals I talked to wanted to repair this wall. Ricky Lemon said it would be a lot of work, and expensive, but he agreed with me that the wall had to go. He and his small crew tore out the wall and the shrubs, hauled off the debris, and installed French drains and a terraced block wall that looks great in about two weeks of really hard work. Mr Lemon and his crew were respectful, pleasant to interact with, always willing to explain what they were doing, considerate of me and my neighbors, and really a delight to have working on my property. The work was top notch. The crew worked hard in hot weather - and I like this about Ricky Lemon - he provided cold drinks for his crew, insisted that they take breaks, and did not work during the two hottest days (so far) in July. In the end, he added railings on both sides of the two flights of steps up to my front door. Since I am as old as that wall was, I am really grateful that he did the extra work to find good-looking, sturdy, safe railings for me. The whole thing looks great now - I need to plant some flowers in the terraces, but it is too hot for that just now. If you hire Ricky Lemon, you will get someone who is a really good worker, who produces a great result - someone who knows what he is doing and does it really, really well.

It had been many years since it was cleaned. The technician arrived slightly early and got straight to work. He seemed knowledgeable and had all the necessary tools and supplies. After getting under the house, he quickly determined that the odor was coming from the laundry area, not the dryer vent. It was the foul smell of a skunk. The dryer vent was indeed in need of cleaning; reassembling the ductwork, he used screws and tape, so I feel it's very serviceable. The gentleman was considerate and flexible because I asked him to give our wood insert chimney a mid-season cleaning. Having a strong draw is essential since it provides over 60% of our heat. So thanks to the skunk, we now have more efficient facilities and a new resource. I will put the Ye Old Town Sweep in my contacts for their service next year.
