They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. It was to be a square 10' up made of metal and wrapped in cedar. Jeff seemed very friendly when we first spoke. That's really the only good thing I can say right now though. His work was not square (despite having received numerous architectural drawings and dimensions we required) my customers had an extremely difficult time getting hold of him, and he did not follow through on his promises to me. Unfortunate to say that's yet another small business owner will likely go out of business for lack of professionalism.

A car wreck , he had to go to the hospital. Always something . This went on for 7 months or more . We hired a lawyer. Found another older victim that was scammed. Spent thousands of dollars. In the end Daniel received MORE money form us . In the end we spent over $35,000.00 on this situation. We asked for receipts that were not provided. Daniel and his kids put in approximately 30 metal T posts and I roll of wire. He scammed alot of money over 15,000. 00 after the out of court settlement. My father as since passed away . We also had a elder abuse case filed but that was dropped since my father passed they wouldn't continue it . Daniel received alot of money for doing much of nothing !!!!! I put up a review 3 years ago at the start of this situation now this is how it ended. Please dont hire company !!!!!! You will be highly disappointed and your money be gone with a job NOT completed.
