I wish I could give more than 5 stars…read more A major competitor in the business of foundation repair had given me an estimate of $35,000 (after "veterans discount") to level the cracked concrete slab in my outbuilding. Colt from Ram Jack came out and meticulously measured the elevations and they all fell within 1/2" of each other. He advised that doing nothing was the best option. He even took the time to show me how he obtained each of the measurements to make sure I understood the situation. He also described what to look out for to detect future foundation issues. Colt and Ram Jack just saved me $35,000. Colt declined my offer to pay him for his time. Without a doubt, make sure you get Ram Jack to give you an estimate before you go ahead with anybody else's proposal for your foundation issues. In this crazy world, it is truly heartwarming to know there are still people and companies that have integrity and those people are worth supporting.

Very pleased with the work, from the beginning sales person visit to the ending follow-up chats, on…read morethe phone, about the work performed. We had a foundation in a corner of the house where the soil under the footing was washed out. The length was about 12 feet with a 4 inch gap between footing and ground. We called TerraFirma! Very soon we were meeting with our sales person after he inspected the outside of the home, the crawl space and measured elevations within the house. There was 1/2 inch drop in elevation where a crack was in the middle of the unsupported foundation wall. Plenty of photos were shown to us about the condition of the crawl space. We made a decision to support the crawlspace with a helical screws option. 4 piers would be needed to hold up the problem area. This was a guaranteed option where the other was to inject the polyLevel material. This later option might do the job just fine. But, could also allow sag, again, at a later time. We wanted the repair done once and for all time. Also, the inspection found two posts failing to support the floor beams. We would have those replaced, along with a sump pump installed, in the crawl space. We signed the contract and were placed in the work schedule which was a couple of months out. We were asked if we would like to be moved up in the schedule if there was an earlier opening made available due to cancelation or whatever. We said yes to that and as a result the work was able to be completed a month earlier than we expected. Great! The crew arrived, on time, and got right down to it, literally. All engineering, permits, inspections by third party engineer and county officials was taken care of without a hitch. 4 piers were in place in 1 day. The 1/2 inch drop was corrected by the helical screw piers. When we had questions about the work, our crew foreman guided us through the project process so we received good answers from him. Very satisfied! I rarely use this word but I gotta' say it was "Awesome" to watch the technical crew install those piers. Quite the combination of difficult, strenuous labor and technical expertise using high quality gear and materials. Thanks, again, for the good work!

He was Very Kind & Gracious every step of the way. Pricing was fair. Ricky was flexible, and adapted to our changing wishes about the work, as it went along. He sealed our concrete driveway and sidewalk, as well as applying a Beautifully Decorative Trim on the Driveway, and All Along our Stamped Concrete Pathways that encircle our house. But most impressive to me was his masonry work. He restored and sealed our terraced stone front yard, that had been crumbling apart for several years. He ground out the cracks and the old crumbling mortar, and replaced it with a mortar that matched our stones much better than the original. He added years of life to the steps and top platform. Plus he added new stones where we wanted them, matching them pretty well, even though our type of original stones are no longer available in our area. I've looked. He did a Great Job in every way, and he's a Mighty FINE Human Being! Thank You, Ricky! Hope to see You in 3 years to seal it all up again. ~Sunny :)

Previous owners planted large shrubs next to the wall, making things worse. Most of the professionals I talked to wanted to repair this wall. Ricky Lemon said it would be a lot of work, and expensive, but he agreed with me that the wall had to go. He and his small crew tore out the wall and the shrubs, hauled off the debris, and installed French drains and a terraced block wall that looks great in about two weeks of really hard work. Mr Lemon and his crew were respectful, pleasant to interact with, always willing to explain what they were doing, considerate of me and my neighbors, and really a delight to have working on my property. The work was top notch. The crew worked hard in hot weather - and I like this about Ricky Lemon - he provided cold drinks for his crew, insisted that they take breaks, and did not work during the two hottest days (so far) in July. In the end, he added railings on both sides of the two flights of steps up to my front door. Since I am as old as that wall was, I am really grateful that he did the extra work to find good-looking, sturdy, safe railings for me. The whole thing looks great now - I need to plant some flowers in the terraces, but it is too hot for that just now.
