They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. Cori was recommended to me as I needed a house interior painted and a deck that needed some new…read moreboards and new paint. It did take a couple days of back and forth to get ahold of him as he is very busy. He told me he normally has a separate deck crew, but not many people are looking to work, so he is doing as much as he can with a small crew. I also had a few handyman repairs that needed to be made to a door frame and some exterior paneling to the house. Cori said he could handle all of it. I was quoted $6,500-$7,000 for the entire amount of work and materials. The deck was going to be stained instead of painted as the weather was lousy and we were trying to get the house on the market quickly, so that helped a little with the cost. Cori was able to get all of the various work done in less than a week. We even added in the kitchen cabinets being painted, which I expected to be about an extra $1,000. He was able to add that no problem. All of the work was well done. There was some very minor touch-up that needed to be done after the initial inspection and that was squared away immediately. Overall, it ended up being just under $7,400 -- including the cabinets, mind you -- so Cori came under on the low end of his initial quote. We were able to get the house on the market quickly and sold the house for what we were asking in less than 2 weeks. I believe this was in large part to Cori's quality work. If I ever need similar work performed in the future, I will absolutely give Cori a call and I would tell others to as well.

After getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Patio Cover People. They did a great inspection and quote and scheduled the install. The cover was installed in one day. Complete professionals in tearing out the old cover and getting the new cover installed, taking care not to disturb the lawn and also making sure the pavers were reset and looked like they were never touched.
