I am pretty finicky preferring charred rare or Pittsburgh style which is not well-k own in these parts & requires a very hot grill. One of the owners, Louis, who is very hands-on, was manning the grill the last time we were in & our server I fed us that their grill was not as hot as required to really get that good char. No problem. The steak came out to my liking and Louis even came to our table to make sure I was happy with his artistry. Classy! And I was! Will be back soon and often.

The waitress told me the gratuity was added because the bill was over $100. That policy was not posted anywhere on the menu or on the chalkboard. As a result, the server was tipped twice. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
