These folks had competitive pricing and did a good job installing our new shower glass wall. There was a hiccup with them actually putting in the order as promised, and the installation had to be pushed back a few days (due to the holidays). But overall, they were professional, responsive, and we like the shower glass. read more

I accidentally broke the inside panel of a dual pane bedroom window out in Discovery Bay. I called a glass company that seemed to be from Brentwood or as described East County They came out for a free quote measured and I got a quote quickly that just did not feel within the realm of reality. So I called for a second company to come out. Antioch glass came out did the exact same measurements and gave me a quote quickly for 60% less expensive then the first quote from the other East Bay company that does glass. All workers were very professional the timeliness were the same but I obviously gave Antioch glass the job. Guy came out did the work work. You cannot tell it was ever worked on. If the other company was not so outrageously inflated I would of probably not called another company not knowing and assuming all companies charge roughly the same. Luckily for me his prices just seemed exaggerated. Important note !!!!!!!!! I wanted an honest quote so Antioch glass did not ever know they were a secondary quote, so they were not trying to lowball another company. Highly suggest you keep Antioch glass in mind for an HONEST glass quote. JM read more

I broke outside panel on a dual pane window. They came out measured and replaced it the following week. These guys were prompt and professional and did the job for a fair price I would not hesitate to call them again! They also replaced a shower door last year and its awesome! read more

The great experience starts with the person who answers the phone: she is very pleasant and helpful. I had Antioch Glass measure and install pieces of glass over recently-painted cabinets. They measured carefully and the install went well, thanks to Dalton and Daniel, except for a small area that was damaged that they pointed out to me. They apologized and the shop took care of the repair, which I truly appreciated. Then I needed a new screen door. Ron came to measure, Dalton and Daniel did the install, and everything was great. New door is much better than what it replaced and the two guys were careful in the house and made sure everything was cleaned, installed properly, and ready for us to use. They also took a look at a window I thought might be failing and they assured me it was in good shape. This is definitely the best glass company! read more

Daniel and Dalton exceeded expectations. I explained to Daniel, when he first measured and inspected my shower, that the door fell on me while I was trying to clean it. But it was old and too hard to clean. The screw literally corroded and so the door broke off. So they replaced it, reinforced it along the entire top, added extra water guards around the entire frame, and gave me less metal around the door to clean. Thanks for listening gentlemen! Excellent service! I highly recommend you. read more

We used Antioch glass through our contractor with a master bathroom remodel. The glass enclosure was $1800. It is nice thick glass that was custom cut! I love the black hardware options and the door handle! After two days of resting, we were able to use the shower and I've had no problems, all the areas are completely secure. It truly opens up the entire bathroom being able to see through the seamless glass! The workers had it all installed within a few hours. Our wall was far from even and they were still able to make it work. I highly recommend this company, so if you have an old looking shower like mine, the upgrade as well worth it! read more

Antioch glass came out on the same day to give me a quote, and replaced the broken glass on commercial property the very next day. All of the other glass companies gave me a window of when they could provide a quote or when the glass would be available. I wanted it done right away so Antioch glass was the best choice. They kept their word on their time frame. Whole process was quick and headache free. I'll call them first if need be. read more

We had a broken window in a rental. I called Antioch glass to do the repair. They gave me today's date and a time frame for showing up. Josh showed up well within the time frame. He was very nice to work with. He was polite, did his work fast and efficiently. If I were still in business, I'd most likely try to put pay him to work for me. But alas, I'm retired these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. read more

Ron was great, service was fast and they replaced my window in no time. Looking forward to continuing doing business with them.

I would definitely recommend Antioch Glass, not only were they fast in response but also in their services. Great job!

Yelp messaging is the easiest thing to do when you want to compare prices and see how soon something can get done. I've used it only a couple of times before and it is so easy! I needed to replace the broken sidelight window by the front door. I received quotes from a few companies. All were great to work with. Chose Antioch Glass because they could place the order for the glass the day I called and they were priced competitively. They were also so easy to work with. I thought the estimate would take a day or two at least but they were able to get it measured right away, on the same day, because they were already in the area. I realize that doesn't happen everyday but it was really nice! Hope to not have any more broken windows but now know whom to call if I do! read more

Fabulous customer service!!! I went in for some glass shelves for a cabinet. They were very helpful and the price was right! It's a long story, but I ordered glass shelves for a cabinet and in the mean time the original cabinet shelves were found. I called to try to cancel my order (as it was several hours later) and Melissa made it happen. They were able to cancel the order and save me a lot of money. I will use them for future purchases most definitely! I really appreciate their ability to take care of me as a customer even though it cost them a sale. Honest and customer service was awesome! read more

Wow wow wow wow! Antioch Glass never disappoints. I decided to contact them when my father in law was getting his shower remodeled. They did such a great job with the installation I contacted them to install a mirror in my garage as well. Outstanding service, professionalism and a job well done! I highly recommend this business!

I do not recommend Antioch Glass at all. Their service is very poor and attitude is even worse. My initial call to them was pleasant and it seemed that they were going to do a good job, but after setting an appointment I never heard back. I called three times and finally got the owner of the company asking if the job was done. After being put on hold for five minutes, he came back telling me that it had not even been started. I explained my concern...yet he did not care, despite being the owner of the company. It seems that this lack of service attitude trickles down from him. Do not use Antioch Glass! read more

I called on a Friday afternoon for an appointment, three minutes before they closed, and was given an appointment for Monday morning. I called Monday morning to share that I forgot that I had a 11 am appointment and the scheduler made it the first call of the morning I live in an older home and five small panes in three windows were fixed within an hour. Definitely a four-star service rating. I would have given them five stars, however, for my bathroom window where he replaced 50% of the panes, while he was on the ladder outside cleaning the newly installed glass and I commented now the rest were dirty. He just smiled and finished cleaning the three new panes. For excellent service, he should have cleaned the other three. Would I use them again? Absolutely, despite the missed opportunity for above and beyond customer service. read more

We wanted to get new windows in our home as the ones we had were original to when the home was built and just not very good windows anymore. I called and made an appointment, someone came out and measured our existing windows, they went over all the options we had for new windows, got them on order and once those new windows came in they worked with our schedule to get them installed. Everyone that we worked with during this process was very nice to speak with and professional. I highly recommend Antioch Glass. read more

Needed to replace a broken window and called a few local glass shops to get quotes. Antioch Glass had the lowest price among 4 other shops so I paid a deposit and scheduled an appointment for someone to come take the measurement. Al showed up on time and got the measurement quickly. I had some questions for him and he answered me right away. He was courteous and professional. A few days later, he came to install the glass, took less than 10 min and cleaned up all the broken pieces too. I was very impressed with Al and would recommend him to anyone. read more

Unfortunately I have had to use their services on more than one occasion. Fortunately, they have provided 5 Star service every time! Call them for a free quote. I recently had my front passenger window replaced on my Honda Civic after some homeless meth head smashed it in looking for what, I have no idea (nothing to steal). I had the windshield replaced on the same car a few year back when something flew at my car on Vasco. They replaced the windshield in my Toyota Sienna as well. Fast, reliable, quality workmanship. read more

I give three for fast service and price. Not a five because the guy accused me of rolling the shattered window down. Called Antioch glass on a Thursday and they installed a new windshield for me that Friday morning.. You are going to say wait you can do it faster with Safelite! Yes for $389! antioch glass did mine for almost half of that and had it ready by 11 AM.. Two young men (maybe in their early 20s???) came out because we needed a repair of our shower door. They told us it would have to be replaced because they didn't have the equipment to repair it. While they were looking at it, they also took the inside handle off the shower door, more correctly, they broke it off and just pushed two little screws (which were the wrong size and fell out) into the holes. And NEVER said a word to us about the issue. Had they been honest and told us they had a problem, we would not be angry about the visit. Instead, they tucked their tails between their legs and left! We will never use Antioch Glass for anything again because they cannot be trusted. read more

I called around to source the best price and it was Antioch Glass by far. Al the technician showed up to install the glass. He was on time. He got it going right away.
