Fantastic new Brewery and Restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice. On the weekend they had live music playing. The beer is brewed in house and all of it is incredible. The food is fantastic. Boy oh boy was this place hopping - even at 5:00 on a Saturday night. While we waited for our table we had a seat at the bar. Although you can get a flight of beer - we all got single glasses. I am not a huge fan of beer - but the semi dry cider was really good! Not to sweet - but not astringent either. Seated at the bar you overlook the brewing floor - pretty cool. We had appetizers: cheese curds (very Wisconsin!) and a pretzel with dipping sauces. Both were very good. I appreciated that the pretzel wasn't sweet. I don't know why some of these big soft pretzels have so much sugar in them - I really don't like that. These were great - and both dipping sauces (one was beer cheese and I don't remember what the other one was) were very good. For mains two of us had salads - one had pizza - and the other a bbq main. All good! Although you can order the salads with protein, we didn't - and were certainly full from the lettuce, candied walnuts, and other parts of the salads. We didn't have any dessert. Service was excellent until the very end when because it was so busy we had a very difficult time flagging our waiter for the bill and then again once we had to wait to get the credit card back with the receipt. I really do like it in most of Europe where the waiter brings the machine with the bill - and it's quick and easy to pay and be done. This was a little frustrating. Staff was super friendly and helpful; beer top notch, especially the coldhead. We had the quinoa salad with chicken and an elk burger. The salad was very nice, burger was a bit overcooked but the elk is worth a try. Also had live music which was a plus. Would return again! read more

We got to Antimony at 6pm on a Thursday and the hostess took our name and told us there would be a short wait. We came back at 6:25 and noticed that there was a table for two available. I asked about it and was told we couldn't be seated until a table of ten was seated at 6:30 and the wait would be a while. I asked about this again at 6:45, when I noticed that only four people were at the table for ten. I said to the hostess, "So you can't seat us at the vacant table for two until everyone at the table for ten arrives? Even if that means 7:15! " The answer was yes. So I had the brisket sandwich and the brisket meal and they were buns. The brisket was tough, dry, and lacked overall flavor. It tasted like I would imagine eating an ACL would be like. Mac and Cheese was worse than Kraft, with a poor consistency and flavor. I will say the cheese curds and the truffle fries were quite enjoyable. With that said, I think you should try antimony brewing once in your life, to learn what a 4/10 resteraunt is like. read more

I'm not from the area, my boyfriend and I were driving by and thought we stop and get a bite. They had a special of a pig roast, so my boyfriend order it, I got the steak tips - well I got my food 15mins before my boyfriend got his food. So my food got cold cause I waited, when he got his - the pork was so dry and no sauce.. the waiter was all over the place having 10-15 mins conversations with other customers as we waited just to get some sauce. By the time he came to us it was too late. It was so bad that we just asked for the check. Which took 15mins to get the check and then another 15mins just for him to get our credit card. When he came back with the credit card receipt- there was no credit card - we had to chase him to get our credit card back. Food and services was awful... read more

Had been wanting to try this place since it opened, unfortunately it was disappointing. The waitstaff was considerate and attentive. The food wasn't great. The truffle fries were cold and had too much sprinkle parm cheese on them, making the taste a bit cardboard. We left quite a few on the plate. The Cobb salad came with an avocado that wasn't ripe yet. The real disappointment was the shrimp on the salad. The shrimp were very overcooked and dried out, not fresh cooked for that order. Unfortunately AB is suffering some opening and growing pains at the moment. We've been twice and have been disappointed each time. Common issues- staffing issues, running out of beer and so-so food. Let's address the staffing problems- both times we arrived at 1pm, once on Friday and once on Sat. It took 5-10 minutes to be greeted at the hostess station. Once seated, there was a delay taking our order and then the food (burgers) came out almost an hour later. The restaurant was nearly empty the first time and maybe half filled the 2nd time. We actually were at a point where we were just going to get up and leave when the food showed up. We could tell the food had been up for a while, tops of buns were completely dried out, cheese had resolidified. Host then mentioned he step away for an hour interview, but no other servers checked up on us. During our first visit we experienced a similar wait time and lack of attentive service. Running out of beer... their flagship Hazy IPA Inter Displacement was tapped out. What was offered was a beer from another brewery. The first time their Elektron amber ale was tapped. This must be part of the growing pains as it takes about 2 weeks to brew, finish and condition beer and getting a good cycle rotation going so you don't run out is all about figuring out the timing. As mentioned the food is interesting enough but lackluster. For our bison burgers and fries, a small salad or cold slaw or summer noodle salad garnish on the plate would have dressed it up a bit. Solving the staffing issue is of immediate concern. Getting people seated and served turns tables =$. Having the waiting staff check up on us would have resulted in us ordering a 2nd beer. Having one beer in an hour and a 1/2 while there was not optimal.... The owner owns 51 Park Street Restaurant in Lee and we've never had a problem being seated and served in a timely fashion so I have no doubt the service issues will be solved eventually. For the time being, we'll let things settle out and come back in a couple of months to see how they're doing. read more

Have been to Antimony several times and food has always been good. service is excellent and space is very clean. Our last visit was a disappointment however. My husband had a Prime Rib French Dip and he said it was very good. I ordered the beef stew. Stew arrived in a large bowl with Ciabatta Bread. The gravy was very flavorful but there was not one piece of beef. There were 3 pieces of carrots and 2 pieces of potatoes. I informed our waiter that the stew did not have any meat in it He apologized and said he would get some stew with meat. He returned without any meat in my stew and told me the chef said the meat was just reduced into the gravy. Paid $24.00 for beef stew without beef. Not a good value. read more

This brew pub looked promising as an easy place to grab lunch. The food was just awful, the breakfast sandwich appears to have been made with reconstituted eggs (powdered?), and was smeared with mayonnaise - the home fries were not crispy and were glistening with oil or butter - it was literally inedible. The hot wings were not crispy, more fatty than most, and were doused in sauce. Service was polite and tried their best, but they needed to be flagged down for napkins and water and the check. The ambiance was fine, with live music and an open floor plan with bar, and outdoor seating available, and I'd return in the future to sit at the bar for a drink with a friend. read more

I'm a fan of their sister restaurant, 51 Park, so decided to try Antimony. When I go to 51 Park I often order a salad and have them substitute greens for arugula. When I asked the waitress if I could substitute greens for the arugula in the grilled portobello big plate, she said the chef won't make changes. The dish was good but I would have enjoyed it more with the greens. My husband loved the brisket sandwich. The atmosphere and wait staff were both pleasant. We will be going back. read more

Once inside I was welcomed and enjoyed several/many beers as well as a smoked turkey leg (special for the autumnal themed festival). The food is reliably decent bar food. Review is for bar service. We had a night out tonight. We spent a $100 on a dinner at the last minute, We both got a drink. Bartenders turned over. I ordered a espresso martini from the female. While she was making the martini, I asked her to give me the dirty ice and I noticed she had not poured the coffee but she had shook the martini and poured it ( verifiable on camera). I then said I'd like the dirty ice, but please don't forget the coffee. She then turned to me, looked at me and said I'll bring your drink over When I'm done. You don't have to watch me. When she went to pour the dirty ice, she took the dirty ice, drained it into another glass I suspect for herself and then brought me over A glass of ice. When I questioned what she did she attempted to argue with me tried to embarrassed me and then ignored us. We left the martini was terrible over poured the bailey's and it was foamy so when foam went away it was low. They use cocktail glasses which have less than a typicql martin today . i Their employees would rather allow the bartender to drink the remains of the dirty ice or dump it down the sink. A waist money in any bar practice, than give it to a patron who just paid a 100 tab. People go to dinner to distress and celebrate not to argue with a slimmy bartender whos skimming drinks and doesn't care about the customers. read more

We came upon Antimony Brewing randomly. We were pleased with the experience. Very cute decor. Our attentive server Kadence offered excellent suggestions for a beer flight. Food was both delicious and beautifully presented! We enjoyed the fig and goat cheese salad, Cuban sandwich and caprese sandwich. Each came with home made chips and tasty pickled vegetables. Saw a flier at our hotel for this place and it was nearby. Great stop to make. 14 beers on tap, my Triple Chocolate Coldhead was great. A little touch of chocolate at first that was light, not overwhelming and not sweet. We had 2 salads - Cobb and Fig. Both were good sized and were very tasty. The fig was imaginative with Panko crusted warm goat cheese and fresh figs. Service from Blake was great. It is a big well done space and they have live music on weekends. read more

We are so happy that Antimony opened! I've been there for dinner with friends and family several times and each visit has been great. Most recently (and at my suggestion), I organized a team dinner with a group of coworkers. Happy to say that once again the staff, service, beer and dinner were all excellent. An appetizer we tried were the brisket egg rolls, served crispy hot and delicious. I enjoyed the salmon dinner and others had the Cubano, assorted burgers, and my hands-down, absolute Antimony favorite - the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I had this delicious creation the first three times I visited! Also, be sure to catch any of the musical acts that come thru because they're a treat as well. After a very disappointing first experience about a month after their opening, we decided today to see what the brunch was like and if the opening kinks had been ironed out. No such luck. When we came in the place was 2/3 empty with many open tables. The hostess told us it would be 5 minutes to have a table cleaned. 10 minutes later as we watched the two servers standing around and chatting the hostess informed me that they only had those two working and they were finishing with their current tables. Um.... After ANOTHER 5 minutes we ended up sitting at the bar. My order was wrong, the food had zero taste and I had to get up to find salt and pepper and silverware. Needless to say, I don't think there's going to be a third chance. read more

Worst service i have had in a restaurant. I know it is not a fancy restaurant but to be seated and have no one come over for 30 mins. And then to have to ask the manager, " Should we just go to the bar to order" is not good. No waters for the table, no checking in on the meal or if we needed new drinks. Incredibly service. The food was good but to have a chicken sandwich and a burger. And app. That didn't come out until after our meal take 2 hours is awful. Disappointed. Service not great, food underwhelming. Got the fig and arugula pizza, less arugula. Waiter nowhere to be seen. Was told later the kitchen was out and substituting but forgot to put anything on it. Actually, suggested to take it home and put on my own! I am sure it was said in jest, but wasn't very funny. Other eateries might have asked the customer if they wanted another option. Evidently not this one.
