I've trusted this auto repair shop for years with all of our family's cars, but this last visit was…read morethe worst experience we've ever had. My mom brought her car in because it was hesitating to accelerate past 50 mph. After paying $189 for a diagnostic service, the mechanic first said the engine had failed and even gave her a quote for a full engine replacement. Later, the story changed -- first to a catalytic converter issue and then again to something else. When she picked up the car, it was in worse condition than before. It wouldn't go over 10 mph, and they admitted they already knew it was running that way but still let her drive it into traffic without warning her. The only reason they looked at the car again was because it came back in such bad shape. They were combative when we asked questions, and the engine cover wasn't even secured afterward. This used to be a shop we trusted, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent diagnostics, and disregard for safety were unacceptable. If you're looking for honest mechanics and reliable diagnostics, I would strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

I went for my headlight!!!" They hadn't even looked at my headlight yet and told me they're not sure if it's in stock. And I'm like "well I bought that headlight from you in the first place and wouldn't you check to see if it's in stock before taking my car back to service it?" Anyway, I was highly pissed off. They always try to upsell everything and that's why it takes so long to get anything done. They even took my back tire off without my permission.
