1) They lost my computer charger 2) They didnt even fix the…read moreproblem I brought it in for 3) Took weeks longer than estimated (to not fix anything!) 4) Horrible communication This has got to be the WORST business experience I have ever had. I dropped my laptop off with the charger for the headphone jack to be fixed and a few weeks later I was called back and told that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I went back to the place to pick it up and the owner gave me bad news. He said that the person did not fix it at all and on top of that lost my charger! He called the person who was supposed to fix my computer and he claimed that I did not have a charger when I brought it in which was complete you know what. To redeem himself the owner didnt charge me for the time trying to fix it and let me borrow their charger as well as supposedly ordering a new one for me. Also to fix the audio problem he let me borrow a usb interface and ordered one online in which we agreed for me to buy and then trade off the stuff thats mine for the stuff thats his. In the shop, the charger had trouble charging. Turns out the charger is broken and only works for 5 seconds max on an outlet and then will not work again on the same outlet for the rest of the day. I have tried it on multiple outlets and at different houses. And to top it all the off while I still had a little bit of charge for my computer I attempted to use the supposed state of the art usb interface, (he said it costed $160, I seen the same one brand new online for an average of $60 - $70), and it didnt work!!! The owner told me he would call me in one or two weeks when he received the shipment of the charger to replace the one they lost, and the usb interface in which I was going to pay for. Well that was about 3 or 4 months ago and still waiting for him to call. Ive tried contacting them multiple times but no response! The original estimate to get my computer done was only 24 hours and it took them weeks and whenever I called they would say that they were working on it and it would be ready to be picked up the next day. Also during work hours I went to the place 2 times and nobody was there. The second time however the owner arrived there after I waited 15 minutes and was about to leave. And if you have the same luck as me, they will never answer the phone. Bottom line this is the worst business I have ever encountered in my life and I do not say that lightly. The only 2 things that I have ever written a bad review about is this place and Academy of Art University. But they got 2 stars. This place doesnt even deserve 1!!! I cant believe this place is still in business. Very unprofessional.

I brought my $3,000 laptop in to have the fan replaced because a bearing had begun rubbing and making noise. I even got them the replacement part, I just needed them to install it. I was told it would take a week, which I understood. After 1 week they called me and said I could pick it up. I picked it up, and when I got home I turned it on. Upon turning it on I was met with BIOS error codes and the computer refusing to bypass them to "conserve the health of the hardware." I brought it back, and told them what was happening. They quoted me another week for diagnostics, which I agreed to. After a week they told me it was my battery and that it would need to be replaced. After ANOTHER week (3 weeks since initial drop off now), they called me again and said it was ready to pick up. I picked it up, brought it home, and it was still completely destroyed. More BIOS errors, the computer running extremely slow, and it turned off instantly if it became disconnected from the charger. I brought it back once more and was met with someone telling me "well you can still use it like a desktop, just always have it plugged in." After they took it again, quoted me another week, etc etc, they told me it was my CPU that was fried and that I could pick up my computer whenever, but that it wouldn't turn on. Keep in mind I initially dropped it off for a FAN replacement. After a strongly worded phone call, threats of a civil suit, and twisting their arm, they agreed to replace the parts THEY broke but that it would take a significant amount of time. 3 months after this call, I get my computer back and it works. Since then I have experienced nothing but issues with my computer. The fan has begun violently shaking the computer, keys are pressed in and will double type (or not type at all), and the AC charging adapter has become intermittent. I wouldn't trust these people to replace TV remote batteries. Take your business elsewhere.
