I was down in Florida and ate at two different locations. Food was all around great! I am from the PNW and wish we had one by us.

This place was really great. The only problem was probably the waiting when we first arrived. They started off telling us it was about a 20 minute wait. Overall, the wait was 40 minutes. It usually isn't that big of a deal but we had 17 guests with us and we were all starving for brunch. But overall, the restaurant was very nice and warming. The food came out quick and it was delicious! Our server was also amazing to. He did a very good job serving over 15 people quick and easy. Shoutout to Chase. Thank you Another Broken Egg for a great brunch restaurant for satisfying our guests! read more

the service was great! the food was amazing! I look forward to returning and trying everything on the menu! read more

First time here, pretty busy. My husband got chicken and waffles, I got chocolate stuffed Belgian, my daughter got choc chip pancakes. Food was mediocre, waffles were really thin and mine wasn't stuffed with anything, just syrup on top, everything luke warm. Waitress never refilled my husband's water during meal, he had to drink mine. She brought bill to table without clearing dishes or asking if we needed anything else. Not a great first impression, but I like to give things a second chance in case it was an "off" day. Bill was $41. Honestly, we love iHop on Sundays and it's cheaper and more food. read more

Been passing by this restaurant from before it was open and was very excited to try. Overall really unimpressed. Prices are average breakfast/brunch prices but for the quality of food it is overpriced. I had the cinnamon French toast which was okay - nothing special. Mixed berry compote didn't taste fresh but fresh strawberries were cut. Bacon was extremely hard and overcooked. And I have never tasted eggs so plain - it reminded me of bulk buffet style eggs but that's offensive to buffet style eggs. My S.O. Ordered the salmon power bowl. Which was average - quinoa, veggies, grilled salmon. (Didn't have high expectations because really who orders that for breakfast?? But that's besides the point) he said it wasn't that filling but again can't knock them for that. He ordered a side of sausage which was very dry and thin. It was simple like a power bowl is. Coffee was watery and weak. Keep in mind with certain meals if you don't choose plain grits or potatoes as your side anything is else is like a $2-$4 up charge. read more

This place was AMAZING!! First time there but plane to go back as often as possible. Great mimosas, Awesome food and a wonderful atmosphere.

Cold coffee was the best!! A must order if you go there. The spinach salad with goat cheese that came with the crab cakes and green tomatoes was really great too! read more

Not sure if it was the food establishment or customer service from our server Donna, but this place was very underwhelming. There was a 35 minute wait for a table so when we sat down we ordered my daughter's food to come out first and then we ordered our food when Donna came back with our drinks. She finished her meal and we noticed all of the tables around us got their food before us even when they sat well after us. We asked the manager and the server comes out and then says oh I forgot about your food nonchalantly. Spoke to the manager about a soggy chicken and waffles plate and she offered to take it off of our check which we were very appreciative of. Our server Donna came back and gave us an attitude because we got an item voided off of our check. She was short with us and dropped our check off and left. I really looked forward to checking this restaurant out and was on my must try list but sad to say it was a disappointment. I've never left a review before, but I think my experience here today at your establishment definitely needed feedback. read more

Mom was in town visiting so we were looking for a new place to grab breakfast on a Sunday. Found ABEC "nearby" on the Yelp app and put our name on the wait list (smart). When we arrived, there was a decent amount of folks milling around, luckily for us we had a leg up thanks to the early check in and were seated promptly. The menu carries a very unique selection of breakfast favorites...all of which delivered. The "ba-key-zo" omelette was crammed with rich cream cheese and spicy choizo. Mom got the shrimp and grits which was savory smooth...shrimp--plump and juicy. Not overcooked and stringy in the least. Wife got one of the specials. It was a lemon pound-cake, seared off like french toast and covered in a raspberry topping. She won. Sure the omelette and the S&Gs were good but that specialty dish was the leader of the pack, hands down. So depending on when you go, there's a good chance you'll find some amazing treasure waiting for you on that extra little menu. As for drinks, their ABE Famous Infused Mary hit the spot...nicely garnished with pickled peppers and other assorted veg. Mom and wife both went with specialty coffees, equally satisfying The price was respectable (3 meals, 3 drinks + tip was around $50ish), the wonderful patio was pet friendly and the service was great. The construction surrounding the establishment did little to affect the ambiance and atmosphere, just made it a little tricky to find off the street at first (but that will be gone soon). Looking forward to going back and seeing what they can do for lunch! read more

I had a great time at Another Broken Egg! It's the perfect brunch spot! My server, Genevieve, was so sweet and she suggested the City Grits and they were to die for! I'm looking forward to coming back again! read more

On vacation in Orlando and we stopped into Another Broken Egg. Genevieve was our server and was amazing! She recommended the blueberry pancakes and they were so good. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town! read more

Ok why the 2 stars? Service was excellent. Table was great. Food was ok at best. Price was high for bfast food. Ordered Belgium chocolate stuffed waffle. The waffle seemed cooked in a device similar to Hampton Inn morning fair. Not too exciting and I could have made better batter. Tried veggie egg omelette. Kind of on think side which doesn't mean better. Had some greens tossed on top without any point. Lastly my wife had two eggs over easy (I can do same at home) and bacon. Bacon was very crispy and way over cooked. I had coffee and she had mimosa. Price was $38 and change before tip. We would have done much better at First Watch. Won't be back. Our server was awesome, but for overpriced, just ok food, you can do better. Sorry guys. read more

I like this restaurant the only thing bad I had to say is the wait time for a waiter to come to the table was a bit long I had the Chicken and waffles my tenders were fried to perfection Also I had the Strawbeery mimosa sparkler it was awesome I will definately be back read more

Nightmarish: After a 45 minute wait (we were told it would be 30-40 min) with a buzzer, it finally buzzed. We went up to hostess Nicky and told her it finally buzzed. She scrolled through her list and said "we never called you! that's weird! Sorry, there is nothing I can do for you, there are other people in front of you, you will have to wait for them - its about a 45 minute wait." Asked for the manager, got Melinda (Melissa?) the assistant manager who just giggled and said sorry. Don't bother going here, it is a crap shoot whether you will ever get a table and frankly, they don't care how bad their customer service is. Never again, there are many other good restaurants who have their act together and appreciate customers. read more

Great place for breakfast and brunch. They have seasonal dishes, such as the turkey and cranberry Benedict as well as interesting takes on traditional items. Enjoyed the fennel and lemon Bloody Mary! read more

We had the worst discrimination due to our skin color. We arrived at 11am told 30 min we waited 1 hour warched while couples with less and more people were seated before us. When we inquired and asked to speak to a manager,  Shannon she refused to talk to us. We were taken to a table outside after requesting a table inside. The table we were taken to was filthy. We requested an inside table the server said no because we have other ppl to serve! It was absolutely awful and I plan to inform everyone thatbthe service and customer service from the manager was disrespectful demeaning and discriminatory. This was the worst experience ever. Im usually at this place 2-3 times a week. Ill never come here after being treated so inhumane! read more

Visited both locations Lake Mary & Winter Park. The customer service at both locations were great and the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back. read more

Don't waste your time going to this place! You will wait at least 20min on a slow day JUST TO GET SEATED!! The food was okay but nothing that you can't get at ihop. The waitress was so slow to bring us our check and then we waited even longer for her to pick it back up we literally couldn't wait anymore and just left cash so we could get out of there. To be honest I could have walked out and not paid that's how clueless she was, but I am not that type of person. I will be taking my money to First watch or Keke's. Terrible. read more

Its was good food but not my favorite. The breakfast potaos were hard, we all left them on our plate. They should change those potatoes.

This place has a great atmosphere. Friendly staff. The service was quick and the price was reasonable. The food was wonderful and very tasty. read more

My favorite place to meet friends for breakfast or brunch. Great menu, awesome coffee, the grits are tasty.

Went with my two toddlers and husband on New Years EVe for brunch. The food was excellent as usual however what set this visit apart was a server by the name of Donna. She noticed that my children were acting up, immediately brought them over crayons....when she saw that they were bored with the crayons, she brought over yogurts that we hadn't even ordered. This kept the kids calm. She wasn't even our server. There should be more servers as attentive as she was! Thank you! :) read more

I love their Huevos Rancheros, must try. But to be fair everything is really good there

Breakfast/brunch staple! Good food, good service. Go earlier than later to avoid the crowd. Oh and a MUST is the biscuit beignets!

Added our names to the waitlist through the website. As soon as we got there we were checked in and within a few minutes we received a text that our table was ready. Restaurant was packed but service was still excellent. Server was very friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. read more

food is always sooooooo good! and the coffee alcoholic beverages are to die for! love this place!

I went to ABEC with my fiancé for brunch on our anniversary. He had heard rave reviews from co-workers, and he wanted to see what the hype was about. Our food was delicious! Without a doubt. We even had their spiked cold-brews. I don't know what it was about this place... staff was nice, food was good, but there was something that I feel was missing. If you're looking for good non-traditional brunch foods, this is the place! read more

Great omelettes, unique and different setting. It is definitely is worth the line and the drive. We can't wait to go back again. Everything looked incredible. read more

My wife and I decided to visit after reading some reviews. I had the eggs benedict. I loved that they used a nice thick cut of grilled ham. The hollandaise sauce was nearly perfect in my opinion. The poached eggs were a little over done but, I'm just being picky. The whole meal as delicious. The service was good and the restaurant was beautiful. My wife just had a traditional dish, scramble eggs, bacon and toast. We are sure to come back and try out new items. read more

We checked this place out on a crowded Saturday morning. We were seated pretty fast as well. The service was touch and go from here (water remained empty and food took a long time) but they brough us out free beignets without us asking as an apology. The food---AMAZING. To die for. The crab omelette was one of a kind. I would def. make my way to Winter Park for this again. Next time--I'm trying some drinks for sure. read more

YUM YUM YUM! I don't know why it is so hard to find a good veggie burger in Orlando, but I can finally say this place has one of the best around! On the side they have home fries that are cooked perfectly. My husband ( who doesn't quite understand the point of a veggie burger) took a bite, and said he would eat them everyday if they tasted like that. The ranch sauce and the avocado makes the sandwich. My husband had a huge omelette with home fries also. Of course, we had to start out with a mimosa. There was no wait time, and the waitress was so nice. Thumbs up :) read more

I stumbled upon this little gem. A New Orleans/Louisiana styled breakfast cuisine. The complimentary Beignets were delicious. I enjoyed the grits but the flavor of the sausage patties were not what I expected. I am willing to visit again and try a different dish. read more

We really enjoyed our breakfast here! We started with the city grits which were yummy but not too rich. Hubby had the Stan's Mardi gras omelette which was very good if you like crawfish..the hollandaise made it a little rich for me but he enjoyed it. I had the supreme omelette and added spinach...it was good but just a tiny bit dry. The coffee was great. I am going to solve the mediterranean vs regular potato dilemma- go mediterranean...crispy red potato wedges seasoned with herbs and olive oil with feta cheese...different and so much more delicious than their regular potatoes! We really liked sitting at the bar and noticed several patrons enjoying mimosas and bloody marys- maybe next time :) read more

Hum what was I thinking? Sunday at noon? A breakfast place! Well after waiting 30 minutes and bothering the hostess about the empty dirty tables I finally asked if they were understaffed. Yep. Then when we were seated, they has obviously pulled a new guy off the streets. How do I know? Well no pen or paper to take an order. Promise that he could have us out in 30 minutes. No silver wear or napkins and no training. Sorry this franchise gets an f. Not to mention my stomach was upset for the rest of the day. I can only imagine what shape the kitchen was in. read more
