She was very helpful, friendly, and she hustled... as they weren't very busy, but she was the only one working the dining room and she had to work on to-go orders as well as handle all of us in the dining room. Their menu is filled with some tempting dishes. We started with their "beignets" which were deep fried biscuits and they were GREAT! They came with orange marmalade, which I don't like at all, but that marmalade tasted so good when added to a bite of each beignet! Our entrée breakfast dishes were also really good... their homemade sausage was tasty and perfectly cooked! The chicken tenders on the Broken Egg Biscuit Sandwich were perfectly battered and fried... they were tasty! Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend... We'd definitely return! read more

After reading the reviews on here, I almost didn't want to give them a try, but figured early on a Sunday morning couldn't be THAT bad, could it? Walked in at 7:40am. No one was in the restaurant, and no one was at the hostess stand. I immediately started regretting my decision, but within 30 seconds, some young lad peeked around the corner and hustled up to the desk. We were seated right by the old carry out door in the back. This place is exactly how O'Charley's left it, with the exception of a stenciled chicken on one wall. ' The host didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink, but our waitress was reasonably quick coming out. After asking if we've ever been here before, she went through the menu in excruciating detail. The only drinks we ordered were coffee and water. I think they had to make the coffee, as it took about 5 minutes to come out. However, I will say it was surprisingly good. For breakfast my wife had scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach that was really pretty good. I had a seasonal special, soft shell crab over scrambled eggs with some veggies and andouille. We both got English muffins and fruit. While waiting on the entrees, we were presented with an order of beignets as this was our first time in. You can't go wrong with chunks of dough deep fried and coated in a shit ton of powdered sugar, but the real beauty was the orange marmalade they served on the side. That was really good. The entrees came out after a bit of time. Would have been a reasonable wait had they been busy, but seeing that there were now only 2 tables occupied, I would have thought they would have come out quicker. Both were good. The presentation of the soft shell crab was excellent, but the taste was bland. The fruit was very, very good. Fresh berries and a chopped up pineapple they must have butchered that morning. The check came to $50, which seems like a lot for breakfast, but we both left more than full. Overall, a step up from Denny's but nothing to write home about. read more

I've seen these around town and this location replaced Charlie O's. I hate these places that close at 2:00 pm because I prefer late lunch. There is a mix of breakfast and brunch - waffles omelettes eggs Benedict chicken tortilla soup jambalaya and gumbo + salads etc. I chose the lunch combo with lump crab Benedict and cup of gumbo. The English muffin was black/burnt on edges but the egg & andouille sausage were fresh and good. The gumbo was hearty and delicious and not too spicy. My bacon chorizo omelette was fantastic. It was very flavorful! Stuffed with lots of chorizo and with big chunks and a strip of bacon on top. Green onions and cheese as well. The multigrain toast and side of pancakes were unremarkable. The side of grits was super creamy and smooth and that was unexpectedly good too. I'm impressed for less than $20! read more

Daughter ordered Monterey omelette with sausage on the side since she's vegetarian, it came made with the sausage and they forgot the sour cream. Came out in 19 minutes, which server said was the fastest he seen food come out. The replacement order took 20 minutes, which should've been on the fly, it came out missing the sausage on side and again the sour cream was missing. A few minutes later the sausage came & still no sour cream after asking 3x. Of course the other two of us had long finished our meals by then! No refills on super overpriced drinks! Never took away any of our dirty plates while we waited for the replacement dish. I would've like to have got some extra syrup on the side, but he didn't come back for like 12 minutes by then I had already finished my food. Wife's omelette was too oily & my chicken / waffles was a bit wimpy on chicken tenders. Server was largely missing & apologized 5x but no mgr ever showed up & we looked & couldn't find one. Well, it's been a year since I've been here and parking lot was virtually empty at 12:02 which is high noon. The restaurant also was empty. I actually sat in one of the booths in the bar and not only was I all alone for my 43 minutes here. no one new entered either. I realize they close at 2 but that's all the more reason to come and be one of the last ones served. My server Heather was friendly and called me sweetheart at least 8 times. the menus are diverse and huge. Took me a long time to decide between breakfast and lunch and watch the carbs which we all need to do. I ended up with a sandwich called Stack Club which was ham turkey bacon and cheese on 12 grain bread and I asked to remove the avocado --it came with a pickle which I never got and oven fried potatoes which were cut so small they ended up looking overcooked and fried instead of roasted in the oven. I thought I had started my order asking for iced sweet tea light ice, and I got brewed iced tea with no ice, which she remedied quickly. She was also the hostess and the bartender today. So three hats off to Heather cause she was wearing that many. There is a service charge of 3% marked on your receipt for credit card charging. But they remove it if you pay cash --just a small thing to know before you go. Slightly disappointed today but once the bloom was off the rose for this restaurant, it's been about nine months since the parking lot and the restaurant was full up and overcrowded. It's not to say their food isn't delicious because it is it's just there are so many other choices in the city of Strongsville and surrounding cities to choose, especially for breakfast like Bob Evans, Perkins pancake, and so forth. I was there for 45 minutes and other than being totally alone to make a mess of that sandwich which I did a great job of, it was a great experience. Our server (Annalise) was highly attentive and apologetic, checking in regularly and constantly saying she was still waiting on our food. When the food finally came out (almost an hour after ordering), it was cold and had obviously been sitting. We mentioned this to our server, who apologized and said she'd tell her manager. A few minutes later, our server returned - visibly in tears. She apologized profusely, asking if there's anything she can do to make it right. She said her manager blamed her for bringing the food out late. Here's the thing - there were multiple tables waiting as long as we did - all with different servers. And as attentive as our server was, there's no way it was her fault. It's hugely disappointing that the manager would blame the server and make her apologize to us instead of coming out themselves. Instead, they were in the back screaming at people... We could hear it in the dining area. We felt awful for Annalise and hope she is treated better in the future. What a fantastic new addition to Strongsville! We came in for breakfast just five minutes before closing, and the staff still welcomed us warmly with great service and smiles. The trainee at my table was rude and got a attitude when I sent it all back even though it was soggy saying "I don't know why it's soggy I just put it together myself, but to me it looked like it was sitting there and that's why all the whip cream became water and made it soggy, my actual waiter was extremely nice about it and said she was so sorry and made me a new one but her trainee was NOT. My boyfriend who is an avid coffee drinker( I don't drink because I am pregnant) said the coffee tasted burnt and only took that sip. I was very dissatisfied and then when the bill came to 50 dollars magically for 2 meals, the prices for the foods magically changed when the menus said different. I will not be returning. read more

It took about 90 minutes to come out and it was just the worst dining experience I've ever had at a restaurant that makes breakfast. Literally no one in the restaurant had food. It seemed like they were cooking food for one table at a time. I don't live locally we were just visiting so I won't go back, but if you do live in the area find somewhere else to go. Whoever manages the restaurant should really be fired. The staff seemed fine, albeit helpless. Just visited the South Park Meadows location in Austin. The menu had lots of choices. I chose the apple fritter French toast which came with eggs and a choice of meat side. I asked for crispy bacon, and it came perfectly cooked. The meal was excellent and our server, Quinn, was extraordinarily great. There were 5 of us and every detail was correct, and she was attentive but not annoyingly so. We stayed a long while visiting after we finished eating and Quinn even returned to our table after we had paid to ask if we needed more coffee or water....That was GREAT! read more
