The food is good. The atmosphere is relaxed. The service is poor. I have given the multiple opportunities to improve. They are rude and inconsistent. My first time here and yum! I ordered ahead & was ready for pick up. Very busy which I was happy to see being a new location and all. The Korean BBQ was so good & there is a plethora of veggies to choose from! I felt it was a very healthy option for dinner and it was plenty, I couldn't finish the bowl at one time. So good I didn't use the dressing. One thing, I thought the red cabbage was suppose to be pickled, so I ordered double and it was just plain, so kinda boring ha ha. I have been here a plethora of times and i've never had a bad experience. the staff is ALWAYS super nice and they don't act like they hate their jobs. On a couple occasions the steak container at the counter was empty and the employee getting my food nicely explained that if i'd like to get a different protein, that's fine but if I'd be willing to wait a minute the next batch of steak would be done. to me, that's all you've gotta do to provide good service. good job Bibibop read more

I love Korean/Asian food. I ordered something like a bowl and you pick what you want. It was good but I didn't feel there was much ingredients to choose from that I was familiar with. I watch cooking shows on tv daily on this type of food and it looks so good but I didn't really see a lot of the foods I was familiar with on there menu. I have had close to 100 meals at Bibibop. I mainly go to the Rocky River/Fairview (Westgate) location. Based on positive experiences at the Westgate location I decided to try the Avon location. I came on Monday 7-31-23 around 6:30pm. The meatless Monday promotion and the deals in the app keep me coming back. The workers were working very hard. read more

I normally enjoy dining at BiBiBop for many years now. With their recent expansion, I was hoping the quality would be consistent. Sadly, this new BiBiBop location in Avon fails in many areas. It was mid-afternoon so I ordered the BiBiCup Tofu. With this entree you get 4 topping choices. I asked for double Broccoli. This took awhile for the employee to understand and then she put 4 stalks of Broccoli in the bowl. I explained that I wanted 2 servings of Broccoli to equal 2 topping choices. She said that was two servings - 4 stalks of Broccoli!! Are you kidding me - 4 scrawny overcooked stalks of Broccoli is equal to 2 servings? I then asked for beans and egg to complete my 4 topping choices. Both were the smallest toppings I have ever received in a BiBiBop. She then told me it was the management who directed the staff to serve this skimpy portion sizes. For protein I selected the Tofu which was dry and rubbery in texture with a very unpleasant taste. And the edges were hard and not easy to chew. It had obviously been sitting awhile, not fresh at all. So come on BiBiBop - Why are you so cheap with your toppings? Why the not fresh tofu? I can easily go to Umami in North Olmsted and receive a HUGE amount of food for the same price that is always fresh. I hope this is a one time poor quality food experience - otherwise I will be taking my weekly lunch business somewhere else and spreading the word that this location of BiBiBop is out to make money by serving the smallest amount of toppings to its customers and providing not the freshest ingredients. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Went here for lunch and they had no ice, no iced tea, no noodles and no broccoli and the employees couldn't possibly care less. Whoever owns this location needs to step up and be more involved or sell to someone who cares. read more

So this was my first time at BIBIBOP . I ordered the fan favorite bowl. as the waitress was assembling my order she didn't put any broccoli on it. I asked isn't there supposed to be broccoli? She said no I said it's written right above you on the board that it has broccoli in it. after checking with her boss, she decided that I could have some broccoli, the food was delicious. I took it to go which I am only a couple minutes from the store and by the time I got the food to my kitchen it was not very warm so I needed to warm it up. I guess if my only complaint is that I needed to warm it up. That's OK but don't advertise some thing with broccoli and then don't give it to me. read more
