Jia was amazing! She made the whole experience worth it. With her, I didn't feel like there was anything I couldn't ask for. I wanted something warm and creamy, with alcohol to drink without coffee but they didn't have anything. She said she got me and they created a spiked hot chocolate drink that was so delicious. They may add it to the menu. It was a busy morning but we didn't have a long wait to be seated. It was raining so we opted to sit inside but if you're not afraid of a little sprinkle outside seating is a vibe. But again, it was Jia and the hostess (I didn't get her name) that made this visit a most pleasurable one. read more

Came into town from NM to celebrate our anniversary, decided to stop in due some good reviews we saw on tick tock. The food was very flavorful, lots of salt, which we like! The service was good overall. Restaurant was small but a welcoming atmosphere. Honestly nothing remarkable, but a decent experience. Not great, not bad. read more

Well it's not as good as it used to be. 3 because good service. But food wasn't that good. Started with waiter saying here's some free little sweet things compliments of the house. Then they were on the bill. My dish had a heavy salted flavor which I thought came from the red onions. Potatoes were good but meal was below average. Worst part the seat cushion needed repair as worn open. Won't go back despite going for breakfast to broken eggs for over 10 years. read more

Service couldn't have been worse. The staff was incredibly rude. It took 20 minutes just to be seated, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Once we were finally seated, another 20 minutes passed without even getting our drink orders taken. Our server eventually came to the table, made a snarky comment, and then walked away without taking our drink or food orders. At that point, we decided to leave. We explained that we were on a time crunch, and the manager responded by saying, "OK, RETARD." Absolutely unacceptable and profoundly rude. I've never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional service at a restaurant. read more

Very clean establishment! We sat in a booth with privacy and minimal noise. Our waitress took very good care of us. We didn't get her name, but if she calls you "Pookie," "Sweetheart," or "Sweet Cheeks," that's her. Food was great! We'd definitely visit another Another Broken Egg! read more

Couldn't really experience much- the hostess was quiet looking down while we stood in front of her, waiting for her to acknowledge us. She never looked up! We left to BrickTops, right next to it. Had a phenomenal meal and service at Bricktops. Find a better hostess Or Train them to have customer service skills. read more

Probably the worst biscuits I've ever eaten. Sausage and bacon were good. The grits were edible but no seasoning! What started as a great breakfast place seems to have changed its approach to customer service and southern style cooking. Disappointing. Servers were overwhelmed, I'm guessing there's a staff shortage. Never got our beverages refilled. After food was brought out, not one server checked on us until waitress brought ticket. She never came back so I had to bring it to her to close out. read more

We dined at Another broken Egg on Sunday and the server was great. She greeted right away and when we asked questions she guided us to what she thought we would like. The shrimp Benedict was really good, but my friends omelet was over cooked. It was pretty much brown see photo and the avocado appeared to be cut either the day prior or earlier in the morning. We didn't say anything which we should have , but the chef needs to realize if the omelette is brown than yellow then maybe throw it out and make a fresh one. We will give Another Broken Egg Cafe another chance. read more

We came late morning (11AM ) during the week and were seated promptly since it was fairly empty (off-season) and given a nice table. Coffee was AWFUL. I tried one type and my wife tried the Columbian (brand new pot) and both tasted like essence-of-coffee. We both ordered Traditional Breakfast and side of 1 pancake. I liked my Andouille sausage but wife had slightly soggy bacon. We were already ticked-off by the lousy coffee and the pancake was raw in the middle. The server took it off our bill without fuss; thank you. Server was counting register so we flagged down a different server to get our server's attention and close out our visit. Considering we came here in 2023 and everything was really great so this visit was a huge disappointment. read more

The service is was legit! You def want the pitcher mimosa to Enjoy with friends. Also it wasn't too busy at 0800 but the later it gets the more it will fill up. Also the food here was tasty!! I had the chicken and waffles and I would go back for it especially the chipotle syrup! read more

Great Sunday morning brunch after worship. A busy morning, but we were seated immediately & served expeditiously. I had the Super Breakfast Bowl & my wife had the New Orleans pancakes. Delicious! Very ample portions, reasonable prices. Lacy took GREAT care of us ! Overall, easily a experience. read more

Pretty good place for breakfast! Our server (Sara) was on point: polite, cheerful, helpful, and available. The menu has a lot of great options with just a few things missing (we're looking at you, Hashbrowns). The Salmon Benedict was pretty good (bagel vs. English muffin approach was interesting, though not sure needed) and the veggie omelet got a thumbs up. The breakfast potatoes they use / prepare aren't remarkable and could probably be subbed for a better offering, but it's not a total deal breaker. Nice inside, not too bog or small, and the wait was none (of course, we're off-season for the area). Thanks for a good meal! read more

Took my husband for his free Veteran breakfast. His meal was just ok but served cold. It was French toast, eggs, bacon. We didn't complain. I ordered Hash Brown Benidit. It came out served with hard boiled eggs, barely warm, cold fried potatoes. The server was busy but I could tell they had no food runners to serve plus they were short staffed. My meal was over $16 so yes I asked for a hot meal with the eggs cooked right. The server was nice and brought back hot fresh potatoes one egg was cooked almost right the other was over medium. My point is if your serving breakfast and are short staffed the least management could do is make sure your food is coming out fresh and hot. The last time I picked up a cinnamon roll to go it was so rock hard I couldn't reheat it or eat it. This will be the last time we eat at Another Broken egg at Grand Blvd. Management needs to step up and help staff or they just need to close this location. For the price you pay for food when you eat out their needs to be standards of quality in place. Thank you. read more

Walked in the front door. The hostess was returning. Frustration already on her face from whatever happened before we walked in. We requested a booth motioning to the full booth section away from front door. She went looking, none available there so I said we would take the half booth down there, pointing to back side of restaurant. She went and cleaned it off and two others beside it. Back to front cleaning off 2 right by the front door. She grabbed 2 napkin sets and put them on a table by the door where we choose not to sit with people conversations, wild or cranky kids in our face as well as some larger customers behinds when wait line builds up. I requested to be seated at the table area I pointed at, we chose not to sit by door. She twisted around with a huff and puff, went to table, slammed our napkins with no menus onto the table. I told my husband we were leaving. Attitudes like that make me overly concerned of what may "be added" to my meal. We are locals but won't be back!!! We are now sitting in DoNut Hole, greeted very joyfully, asked for preference in seating...nice. Table was ready and the manager just happened to be the one taking care of us. He was also able to keep visual tabs of the actions of his employees that were all hoppin busy and super friendly. We will be back here!!! read more

Terri is an amazing server! She is gracious, attentive, and an asset to this establishment. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Unfortunately, the the Cinnamon Roll French Toast was mushy and had the consistency of bread soaked in milk, not egg. We sent it back. However, because of Terri, I would return. PS. Terri, thank you so much for suggesting that we drive to Rosemary Beach and take a look at the community around the Pearl Hotel -absolutely spectacular! read more

Quick, fresh and tasty. Omelette was well cooked and loaded with flavor. Coffee hot and fresh and plentiful.

Once upon a time, we would go to A.B.E. 3 or 4 times during our Destin week. We'd go less to this one because of distance, but with the subpar experiences at the Legendary Dr. location, we hoped this old standby would be better. I liked my pumpkin Belgian waffle, eggs & bacon. First time trying it & it was good. Wife's favorite for over 10 years, the Floridian crabmeat omelette, was the continuing disappointment. She's very discerning of changes to it and notes a new "sauce" that it had this year. Very different & definitely not better than the original version. Not sure if the local cook has changed it to use what's on hand, or the recipe has been formally changed to cut costs or something else, but with several disappointments in a row, we'll likely be trying more of Destin's other breakfast spots. UPDATE: Received nice followup and genuine concern after this, including a "make-right" gift card in the mail to use next visit. Thanks. read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe was delicious. We used the waitlist feature to reserve our table and by the time we arrived we only had to wait about 5 minutes. We were seated and had drinks within a few minutes. We ordered a round of mimosas with a glass of water. I order the lemon custard French toast and Beau got the bananas foster pancakes and lobster Brie omelette. All dishes were delicious. The lobster Brie omelette was heaven in mouth. Although I tasted a little bit of everything. If you are in the area give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

After reading some reviews about service I was a little apprehensive about trying this place but times are tough and we're in a time where it's hard to find good help. Let me say that the first greeting when entering left a lot to be desired by the young lady who greeted us. We seemed to burden her with our choice to sit outside. I think most people probably would have left a bad review on that alone. Within minutes of being seated we were greeted by a young Asian girl named Sarah and she was fantastic. She was vibrant, smiled and took our order and she gave us updates of how long we would be waiting for our food. I think I'm total it took about 20 minutes which was perfect since my wife and I ordered mimosas. Food came out perfect and it's one of the best omelette I've had. My wife got the Shrimp Benedict which had a creole flavoring and was equally delicious. I will say that the home fries left a lot to be desired. Very bland and just not on par with the rest of the meal. I don't believe it was the kitchens fault I bow they cooked it but rather conceptually just needs more thought. The negatives were not nearly enough to out way the food and service from our server. read more

Very solid breakfast spot. We were greeted and seated very quickly and the place was very clean. Our server was very nice and we had our drinks and order entered in no time. I had the Mardi Gras omelette and found it to be tasty and very filling. My wife had pancakes and eggs with sausage Pattie's. Pancakes were great, eggs were a little runny, but good. Sausage had a nice maple taste to it. Very easy to say we will be back. Thank you! read more

We went in around 11:30 on Saturday during spring break. There was four of us, two adults and two kids. We didn't have to wait, but they were busy. The hostess was quick to greet us and very nice. Our server did great, she was attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Everything was good. S'mores waffles were devoured by the 9 yo, I really liked that they offer smaller portions of add ons so I could try the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes. Very good food! read more

This place was delicious and service was amazing. They are friendly and very accommodating. If you like great coffee and breakfast eat here.

Chose this place because you could get to it by golf cart in Sandestin resort area. Was not disappointed in the breakfast! We got the biscuit beignets out of curiosity, and boy did they taste good! Nice and crispy on the outside, with a nice doughy inside. The dip, which was honey-orange marmalade-like, was also really good. I had the 'Guava Jam' French toast. It was a generous portion (4 big slices of bread) with lots of jam. Not too sweet. My wife got the southwest skillet and said that it was fantastic. Will definitely be adding this place to the list of places to visit again when in town. read more
