So I went here today. Reserved my spot for one. My spot was reserved for 1028am. Pulled in, and was ignored at the check in spot for a bit. Got over that. Got my table and sat. And sat. And sat. Literally my waiter did not come to my table for 10 mins. He finally comes, I know what I want. Lobster and Brie omelette with city grits, coffee and water. He repeats my order. I say yes. Simple. He brings coffee out. No water. Ok. Then I get lobster city grits. Ummm nope. The lady puts it down. Walks away. I look around for my waiter. No where to be found. Turn around keep looking.....keep looking....okay find him looking out the kitchen door and I wave him down. I say not what I ordered. I order the lobster & Brie omelette with city grits. He's like oh I thought you wanted lobster city grits. Umm nope. He brings out the right order about 5 mins later. No jelly for the English muffin and no water. I ate a bit or two but I'm like what has happened with the service here. The checkin desk has employees standing around and drinking their drinks out of their styrofoam cups looking pissed. They make eye contact with me but turn away. I make no fuss and just wait. He comes back and I say can I get a coffee to go, a to go box, to go bowl for my grits and check. I wanted to keep omelet separate from grits. Got box, to go coffee, check but no bag or small bowl. Paid check, tipped him, packed food, which was great, but the customer service from the waiter and checkin staff was awful. Hoping this customer service experience is not a repeat in the future. read more

Just got up and left after waiting 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there. They were not busy at 8:45am. We werw rudely asked as we came in the door if we were on the wait list when there are clearly 8 tables in view available available. Then another hostess walked up and asked how many and sat us. Did us no good since we weren't served. Too bad. read more

When I arrived at the restaurant it was a very cute quaint place. I was seated right away - this was about 7:30 AM. I noticed that there was not a lot of people on patrons. I also noticed that there was a lot of staff. Actually maybe more staff than patrons. After a few minutes my waitress came by and took my drink order. And then she was gone for a while before she brought me my coffee and orange juice. And then she took the food order and was gone for a long time. Everyone seem to be busy doing something other than making sure that the patrons got their food quickly. So when my order came out, I had gotten "Their" sausage, and it was not like any sausage I had ever had before. It was very sweet and not a great tasting sausage. I added pepper to it and that didn't really help. The cheesy grits were real good! read more

Delicious menu! The beignets are to die for. It's trendy and super popular even on weekdays. There's a bar with all the brunch drinks you could wish for and fancy coffee choices. They really have it all. The service is good considering how packed they always are. You can go dressy or casual it's a nice mix. read more

One of the best breakfast/brunch places in the area. Ive been to one in Atlanta but this one seems better to me. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks and the service was superb! The restaurant was clean and safe. I can't wait to visit again. read more

I don't have enough great things to say about Another Broken Egg. They have a great assortment of gluten friendly options that never disappoint. I would highly recommend! read more

I used to be a regular at their Destin, Florida location and was worried that the food quality would have gone down with franchising. Nope! The food was excellent, fresh and plentiful. The biscuit beignets were so good we couldn't resist them. I had the Hey Ricky...so good! Hubby had the huevos rancheros and he thought it was very good. Now I'm hungry. read more

Food is really good but the management needs some work. We joined the wait list online and were told it would be a 40 minute wait and checked in within 25 minutes, but we ended up waiting over two hours. The wait staff was very sweet but seemed incredibly overworked read more

Our families favorite breakfast spot!! Not close to our house but worth the drive. Love the blueberry goat cheese pancakes!!

The food was cold and the taste was poor. I have eaten here several times. Each time the food wasn't good. Good coffee with flavored creamer. The service was good the staff friendly. They speak to you upon arrival and let you know what the wait time is or they seat you . The dinning area is nice and very clean. read more

The atmosphere isn't very pleasant as it's so loud you can't have a conversation without practically yelling. The food is mediocre considering how pricey it is. I would definitely not eat here again. read more

Food and service are always great!! Love this place always looking forward to returning.

This was our first time here and babbbyyy it didn't disappoint. My recommendation is to join the waitlist which we did and by the time we got to the restaurant we waited possibly another 10 minutes. We checked in got seated and great customer service started. Our waiter gave great suggestions and we went with the Mardi Gras Omelette and I got the Lobster & City Grits. OMGGGGGG - I am ready for a nap this early!!! I was texting my friends pictures as soon as we got the food. We will definitely be back regardless driving 25 minutes away. Great Job!!! read more

Fast service. Friendly staff. Everything good on menu. Good idea to get on waiting list thru their website.

We sat at the bar because it was pretty busy on a Saturday morning. Service was very good and the recommendations were spot on. Cucumber Bloody Mary was great. Southwest scramble and huevos rancheros were both a hit. Highly recommend stopping in for breakfast / brunch. read more

Food ok at best - breakfast for 3 $65 plus tip. 3 omelets and 3 beverages ( no alcohol) . Won't return

Food was great. The shrimp and grits were really good Drinks were great. I love their mimosa pitchers and the different flavors of mimosas. Tables are just really close together. Not really covid friendly. Other then that it was good. read more

This place is in a strip mall so the patio hs that feel but they do a really good job with decor. The food is large and has awesome and different flavors. Everything was great. read more

I would usually give this place 5 stars because my service is good however I was disappointed on the food that was served, my grits were obviously cold and lumpy and they covered it up with the shrimp mixture. I never send food back, so I just chalked this up to a bad experience. I will be back and hope to have a positive experience next time. I think going toward closing time maybe a negative going forward. read more

Great food ! Service could use a lot of work. We got here early to avoid the crowd and it was still a long wait for our food. The atmosphere would be better if the servers weren't gaggled at the front post like hens sharing long conversations you work at a restaurant there are a million things to do I asked one to refill my coffee because she never came back. The girl had the audacity to say " tell your server" clearly I couldn't if had to flag someone else down ! Once it got busy the group of girls waited behind the kitchen door gossiping ! Idk if they are talking about customers but that's what I perceived. Customer service should be everything. read more

This food was AMAZZIINGGGGGG couldn't have asked for a better meal. Shrimp and grits and it could make you leave your husband for the chef (or wife) it's that's good. First time actually eating here. I've been here a 3 other times but each time it was too crowded and I almost left today because of the crowd but my daughter was hungry. Got here at 9:45 and was told a 30 min wait. No problem I get it. It's a Saturday and it's raining. Table was ready abt 45 min later. Another 20 min before I received my food. I heard another waitress tell another customer because it was her first time she was able to free beignets. That's cool but my waitress didn't mention that even after I told her it's my first time. This is a very small establishment for a place that's always busy. Food was ok. They messed up my daughter's order and it was fixed. My garlic toast tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. I'll give it another chance during the week day read more

Our first choice for brunch every time. Great food, great service and a nice diner environment. Michelle is an absolute gem of a manger and friend! She deserves twice what she gets paid in my opinion. Beside the great food, she is the major reason we always go back. read more

I absolutely loved the food here. My wife and I were always hesitant about eating here because there's always a wait BUT it was very worth it. The servers will recommend food to you when it's your first time and you get a complimentary order of Beignets as an appetizer. I could have eaten the beignets the entire time and I would have been satisfied. The environment is very well kept and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I can't not wait to go again. read more

Lovely location on Devine street, near some nice shopping strips. Everyone was nice and the place was filled. The food temperature for my table was inconsistent. Biscuits were lukewarm, my daughters waffle and egg were pretty much cold, and our orders were acceptably warm. We sat in booths that squish you towards the table, and table felt higher then standard... this made for awkward eating. This could be an issue if you are shorter. It may be better to eat at a table and chair set-up. The food was OKAY. I gave three stars because of great and fast service read more

High hopes when we arrived. Waiter was friendly however... it took 45 minutes to get cold eggs and waffle for me - and cold eggs and sausage for my man. The waiter was suppose to get me syrup but as I watched him chat up a fellow worker I ended up getting it myself. May try another one because potential was there but won't return to Devine St. read more

OMG!!! This place is amazing I ordered Togo and it was the best even out of the box. That being said Togo food usually sweats and is subpar but this place has the best packaging. Second time here and both times the food has been amazing and the service was outstanding. Will definitely be back

Worse than mediocre, I tried twice. I'll never go back. Here's what was wrong: 1) My "healthy omlet" was cooked in so much butter and cheese that was plate was dripping over the sides with oil. They clearly forgot about it so they reheated it with butter and more cheese. It was inedible. 2) The granola fruit entree was a HUGE miss. The fruit to granola ration was off... it was like eating a plate of dried granola. 3) the chicken sandwich was so over cooked/fried it was a hockey puck. My son tried, but gave up halfway. 4) The egg sandwich bread was burned to a black crisp so they flipped the burn side so we couldn't see it. Come on, that's a $10 egg sandwich... you can't redo a .15 cent piece of bread??? 5) terrible service. She took our order and never visited again except for the check.... which was $87 for 4 of us to have breakfast. 6) They forgot ambience. Small strip mall place with no noise control or block from the constantly opening door. Packed with tables and people. 7) We are regulars at Eggs Up and Pancake house. We won't stray again. This place won't last with their price point for poorly cooked food, bad service and loud. VERY NOISY. read more

Food and service was terrible. Once walked-in we were seated immediately, however after 10 minutes no one showed up to start taking our orders. We had to ask another waitress who was passing by who is the waitress for our table. Then a minute later our waitress showed up. We ordered three coffees and waters, two of the coffees were cold. Then we told the waitress that we need two fresh coffees and the waitress left the cold ones on the table. It took 30 minutes for three of us to received our food and the food was not great! Taste I would rate it 4. You could tell the pancakes came straight out of a frozen bag (Not made). Then it took our waitress a long time to check on us. First time there and overall not great. I should have went to places that I know provides great food and great customer service like The original Pancake House and Cracker Barrel. read more

Karina is a great server. Even when it is busy ( because the place is so good ) she still did a very good job. The manager made sure that we were taken care of as well.
