The wine menu for the flight is actually embedded with flower seeds! Also enjoyed hot goat cheese dip, fingerling potatoes, Spanish meatballs and scallops. Everything was fresh and tasty. Already looking forward to our next visit.

I was only in town for one night so I was torn on where to go to dinner. I looked through Yelp and…read morereservation sites to see what was available and then honed in on what might be a wow dinner. I had a few options, but ultimately landed on Gervais and Vine and made a reservation. On the recommendation of our server, we started with a bottle of In Sheep's Clothing and got to ordering. I had already scoured the menu before coming in so I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I love that it's smaller portions so you can order different dishes and try a bunch all at once. We started with the baked brie which I think had an apricot spread plus some fruit and bread. Then we did the petit filet mignon, pork with gorgonzola cream sauce, spicy shrimp gambas, and the seared jumbo scallops. This may sound like too much for two people and you would be right but it was so delicious. I highly recommend everything we had. If I had to choose some standouts, the shrimp were phenomenal and I'm still thinking about them. The biggest surprise was the pork. It was a good size portion in comparison and the cream sauce was so good. Honestly, if you followed this order to a T or any variation of it, you can't go wrong. We weren't rushed in any way so in lieu of dessert we took our time finishing that bottle of wine. While there were some other menu items that jumped out at me, I would absolutely come back and order the exact same thing again. This was one of my favorite meals this year.

We needed about 200 servings and he made it happen flawlessly! The seafood and the all you can meat were the stars of the show but the vegetarian had those animal lovers just as elated! Having Hugo cater a Spanish feast was much more memorable than just a dinner out at a restaurant. Our meal was a huge highlight of the family weekend.

Great range of items and price points which made a great first impression. We ordered the Brussel Sprouts for the table. Really good... nicely roasted on a sweet/savory sauce. We split the Rigatoni with short rib meat... simply said... excellent! Sauce, cheese, meat, pasta, all perfectly portioned, plated, and priced. Friend had the Fish & Chips... the pice of Haddock was excellent and the WA fresh cut fries were great as well. Ambiance was below average. We had an outdoor table which was below average... also got to watch a guy beg for money pretty much throughout our dinner, which was not cool. I also thought the beer was way over-priced, so stick with water. All & all, a pretty good spot but called just short of getting a full five stars.

Hendrix was a really fun restaurant, and a great place to stop in for a round of evening drinks!…read moreWhat's funny is that I had walked past Hendrix probably hundreds of times, and never thought to drop in. Well, I'm very glad that I finally did! I really liked how there were two (2) floors of the restaurant (after walking up a flight of stairs), one being a typical dining area, and the other being an awesome rooftop lounge. I didn't get anything to eat, but I was impressed by their selection of draft and canned beers, as well as their selection of wines. The two (2) bartenders I interacted with were both very nice, knowledgeable, and did a great job. However, the one downside of my visit to Hendrix was that one of the bartenders was a little slow to wipe down the inside bar, causing me to be surrounded by crumbs and half-eaten food for a little while. I know this isn't a huge deal, but it was a little gross. Other than that, Hendrix was a great experience, and I'll be back with friends soon!

These giant paella pans are extremely eye catching due to all the colorful ingredients used to make the dish. It's hard not to stand there staring for a while, smell that delicious seafood flavor, and ultimately make it your entree of the day at the market. For me, a paella is only perfect is it has a crispy crust to the bomba rice, widely known as soccarat in Spain. That crunchy and smokey texture adds a lot to this particular dish. However, with that said, they really use a lot of seafood and give this rice such a great taste. It's hard to complain much when you are enjoying your food ... ... and I certainly did.

It took one hour and 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one waitress working our table and another table of about 15. After an hour someone else came in to help. Some of our group got up and left because it was taking so long. The food was cold, overcooked and mediocre at best. Some ordered coffee upon arrival and one hour later finally got it. The hamburger sliders were burned, cheese on top was hard, cold and no condiments. Just bread and meat. Since this is a cooking and catering business they should stick to that and not run a restaurant as it was obvious they do not have the expertise to do. Going here for lunch is not recommended.
