The two (2) bartenders I interacted with were both very nice, knowledgeable, and did a great job. However, the one downside of my visit to Hendrix was that one of the bartenders was a little slow to wipe down the inside bar, causing me to be surrounded by crumbs and half-eaten food for a little while. It took one hour and 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one waitress working our table and another table of about 15. After an hour someone else came in to help. Some of our group got up and left because it was taking so long. The food was cold, overcooked and mediocre at best. Some ordered coffee upon arrival and one hour later finally got it. The hamburger sliders were burned, cheese on top was hard, cold and no condiments. Just bread and meat. Since this is a cooking and catering business they should stick to that and not run a restaurant as it was obvious they do not have the expertise to do. Going here for lunch is not recommended.
