Yummmm! My cousin and I came here for brunch and this place did not disappoint. We went on a Saturday and we added our names to the waitlist and it stated 25-40 minutes, but when we arrived, we were seated immediately. This was about 11 am on a Saturday. My cousin ordered pancakes and I ordered the lobster and Brie omelette. The lobster was sweet and the cooked to perfection. The omelette was divine. The grits were nice and the right kind of thick. The English muffin came on the side. It could've been toasted, but it was just the muffin. Good but toasted I believe it would've been better. Then I had the blueberry margarita. They have great variety including some adult beverages if you're in the mood to get your day started off that way lol. The service was amazing! I used the wait ahead option online and timed it just perfectly. It was definitely crowded and busy but we walked in and were seated in seconds. The wait staff and runners were all super friendly and the atmosphere was busy but in a good way. Lots of families and friends sharing a meal together with plenty of conversation going on. Went here for brunch around 10am and got seated right away since it wasn't too busy. I ordered the Shrimp Benny with a Peach Palmer and both were delicious. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. The only downside was that by the time we were wrapping up, the restaurant got pretty busy and it took a while for our server to check in, so closing out the check was a bit slow. Took my parents here few days ago for breakfast as they are visiting Columbia for a few days and they are picky eaters. Let's just say everyone left very happy & satisfied with how amazing the food was. I recommended my mom get the cinnamon roll pancakes, my dad get omelette, and I got the biscuit with gravy, 3 butter milk pancakes, and the full basket (8 piece) beignets. The cinnamon roll pancakes literally felt like I was eating cinnamon rolls for breakfast, but it wasn't overly sweet like the real thing. The sausage gravy was good, not too rich and spread all over two pieces of a giant, soft biscuit. Buttermilk pancakes were delicious, and spongy and the sausages that came on the side were home made patties. The omelet seemed like any other omelet, I don't have anything hype to mention about. Now the beignets were slightly crunchy outside, but soft inside. I didn't even need the dipping sauce because its natural flavor alone was sweet enough. Service was quick, staff were professional, highly recommend coming early to beat the crowd. It's a very popular place and the line gets long fairly easily. They do have an option for putting your name down on an online wait list. The location we went to has good amount of parking unlike their other location in downtown Columbia. Not sure if you have to ask for REAL eggs or not but the eggs i got all three times had a very nasty smell to them. The taste matched. I drove all the way back up there both times and each time the eggs just smelled like a dirty toilet. I'm not sure how people are eating them but i haven't been back since. Even the eggs that we ate in the field while in the army were better and we just added water to those and some pepper in a large bag. I've been here a few times and it's prob one of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots to go to during the week since it's not too busy and crowded. My baby graduated kindergarten today so I decided to treat her. She got the kids dollar pancakes and bacon and scrambled eggs and I got the Mardi Gras omelette with side of fruit and house blend coffee with half and half. I got the omelette without red peppers and it was so good. I think there is crawfish, shrimp and andouille sausage in it with a hollandaise sauce. The meat was cooked perfectly and gave the omelette a lot of flavor and texture. The sauce was creamy and also gave a different texture to the omelette vs just putting hot sauce on it. I think it paired perfectly with the seafood and balanced out the flavors. I forgot they had green onions on top which I could have done without but I just took them off. The coffee was a medium roast and was so fresh and I love the smell of coffee so it made everything better. It is still strong but not overpowering. With the half and half and Splenda sugar, it cut the bitterness and was still a bit sweet to enjoy. I'd say it was overall a 9/10. My daughter enjoyed her pancakes and bacon and they make it crispy how she likes it, she said it was a 10/10 lol. She also enjoyed my blueberries and i ate the strawberries which were perfectly ripe and sweet. Definitely a good brunch spot but I'd recommend going on a weekday and avoid weekends especially holidays if you want to avoid waiting. read more

It's possible to grab some seats at the bar. I love that they have a specials that change seasonally. I ordered the strawberry pound cake French toast with eggs and bacon. Also had the grand mimosas. Been here twice now. First time about a month ago with a buddy of mine for an 8am Saturday breakfast meet. Not too crowded that early but it was 'slammin and jammin' when we left about an hour and a half later. Good coffee and great breakfast menu offerings. First breakfast dish I had ever for breakfast that had Brussel Sprouts as one of the main ingredients. Second time was just a few weeks ago with my wife and I catching the Sunday Brunch. The "Join the Waitlist" option worked perfectly, and when we joining it we had a 45 minute wait with over 25 tables in front of us. When we checked in, we only had to wait about 5 minutes at the most before we were seated. Service was a little slow for the brunch but that's to be expected considering how busy it was. On a whim we decided to grab some breakfast and we ended up at this lovely place! First tip if you're craving some brunch on a Sunday is Online Reservation will save you so much time ! We logged on to yelp & made it in and there were many people waiting to be seated. I think the best decisions was ordering the Tito's Bloody Mary it was delicious! I wish I knew the other Bloody Mary one was the only one with bacon but man still a great drink. I ended up getting a eggs Benedict & Husband the traditional breakfast I believe I enjoyed my food and those potatoes I know now while they are good grits here are the way to go so much better ! The English muffin was singed around the edges but not really toasted. The home fries were from frozen chunks and had too much Old Bay type seasoning salt on them. I guess they were out of 1/2 and 1/2. My milk/creamer arrived in a to-go condiment container. I asked for my check when I got my food since I was alone at a 4-top. I also had a meeting to go to. (The bar was closed. I was trying to be respectful to the wait staff and free that prime table.) For the next 15 minutes I waited for someone to pick up my check. Finally had to wave the trainer/waitress over to collect it. She acknowledged me from across the room, but continued to make other stops before coming over. It was frustrating and disrespectful.
