We've been waiting for 120 minutes for a table they said we'd get in 40 minutes. Yes normally we'd walk away and find another place however this menu has adjustments for our limited diet. Don't recommend planning to come on a busy weekend read more

The waiting system is flawed and management is incompetent. They are unable to fairing maintain a waiting list. We were told 50mins wait and waited 2hrs and finally realized that they bumped us several times Never again. read more

Yesterday's brunch was Awesome.... as usual! At any restaurant I like to get something I can't make as good as they can, well here that's pretty much anything on the menu ! Start with anything with hollandaise sauce on it. Why try this at home ya'll, take the family here next time read more

Elaina was Excellent!!!! She deserves a raisewe received great service even extending behind the normal requirements.

I'm a bit taken aback by the so-so reviews for this place. We have recently moved from Virginia, where there are way more food choices and definitely a higher standard. So far, Broken Egg Cafe is the only decent place we have found to eat! We are here from brunch just about every Sunday. The food is delicious and the staff is great. read more

Service was excellent and the cinnamon roll French toast was awesome - the ABE infused bloody is a must. It's one of my favorite brunch spots on my way out of town after a game! read more

Great service and delicious food every time we go! The only complaint I have is that my poached egg is always overcooked, even when I ask for it to be runny. The coffee is also outrageously priced at almost $5 a cup. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Server was terrible. Maybe it was her first day Idk. Very inattentive, slow, & nt very helpful. She wasn't even apologetic or offer to fix my food when it was messed up. My food came out when my fiance was halfway done with her food. It was cold, & I only ate the potatoes & eggs. That weren't even right either. Very pricey for what you get. We thought it was gonna be a good experience because we were offered cinnamon rolls for waiting, & they were very apologetic for that. It literally went downhill once we sat down. NEVER will be back! read more

I love the food here and I love the people here but for the life of me I cannot figure out why they can't get their take-out orders correct. Wrong every time. Today delivered without the orange juice. Pancakes but no butter or syrup. Wouldn't that be standard for a pancake order? Maybe it's just me. Anyway if you get takeout don't leave the store until you investigate every item. If you have it delivered you're on your own. That is all. I'm still giving five stars because I love this place and I'm putting the order checking on myself and not them, if they ever get it right I'll give them six stars read more

Food is okay. Breakfast dishes we ate were not very innovative as the menu would have you believe. Disappointed since it was highly recommend. Maybe we just didn't order well. read more

Don't go here unless you check in online first. Waited an hour on their list in person and was told because I didn't check in online that I didn't have priority. Still was 15 on the list. I don't mind waiting but tell me your policy first. Terrible customer service. Won't be back. read more

This is a really nice spot, easily accessible. Had the crab cake Benedict with grits and bacon and was not disappointed.

We had very slow service. Everyone in my parties food was cold and/or wrong. There was a hair in my potatoes. They forgot our beignets until we were done eating. The owner came to our table and came up with an excuse and didn't seem too concerned that our food was messed up. read more

Decent food, small portions, not cheap. A lot bigger inside than it looks like from the road. Showed up at 9:40 and were told 20-30 minutes ... at 10:50 we were at a table and had ordered but still had no food. The food was decent - but not great - and the portions were tiny. At ~ $12 / plate for breakfast I expect more. Higher quality .. more quantity .. something. I might go back in 6 months or so to give them another shot but I'm not in a hurry. read more

WOW!WOW!!! This place is an absolute must. If you have time, please stop by. You will not be disappointed at all. The service is A plus. The food is Delicious. And don't forget to try the mimosas. read more

It you come during the weekend expect to wait awhile. The plus is you can sign in on the waitlist on Yelp. Other than the wait, the food was really good! I ordered the crab cake Benedict and husband ordered Mardi Gras omelette. Both were delicious. Also ordered the mimosa pitchers. Perfect for 2. Our server Tamira was AMAZING! So attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Make sure you sit in her area read more

It's a little pricey but worth it. We didn't have to wait long, the service was great, and the food is amazing!

Great food, service and atmosphere. Food is delicious We will be back. Love the line sign up on line.

Nice place! The decor is so cute and the food is delish! The mimosas are a must have. I got the strawberry mimosa and it was amazing! Also had the tropical sunrise which was tasty as well. I had the skinny omelette meal, which came with a fruit bowl of pomegranates, melon, and strawberries as well as an English muffin. Will definitely be back! read more

Went sunday morning. Everything was amazing. The food was fresh and hot. The service was beyond excellent. Ally was our server. She was polite, attentive, and quick with drinks and getting what we needed. Can't wait to go back. read more

If I could give it 3.5 stars I would. My husband ordered the bacquezo omelette and that was amazing...full of flavor! I ordered the southwest scrambler and that was very underwhelming...lacked flavor which was a surprise since it had chorizo. We waited an hour which is fine but then to have a dish you didn't even finish after a few bites is disappointing. Our son loved the bacon and cinnamon roll he ordered. Staff was friendly and manager/owner not sure which he was...he was so kind and friendly all while helping his employees through the busy time. Service was ok took a long time to get a straw, water and our food. We are foodies and love trying new spots especially breakfast! We will give it another try before we decide if it will become one of our Goto places or not. read more

My wife and I ate there today for the first time. It was a mostly good experience. We were told there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait and we got a table right at 20 minutes. They took our order and our food arrived about 20 minutes after that. Eggs, waffle, bacon, sausage, hot chocolate, all good. Mostly very good service. Minor complaints: We had to ask for straws twice. Plus, I asked for a description of City grits and the describer didn't mention chopped tomatoes, which are a deal-killer for me. I would have asked for no tomatoes if I'd known. And finally, the prices seemed high for this area, except the place was packed which means the prices aren't too high for this area. We'll eat there again. read more

I highly recommend this business. It is a great place to ifind gluten free breakfasts , as well as other items. The staff are great & they will try their best to make you enjoy your meal there. The food is delicious, tasty, and well prepared. Service is fast, efficient, & pleasurable. The gluten free pancakes are the best gluten free ones I've ever eaten! I love the menu. They have a gluten free menu, a vegetarian menu & a regular menu. Even have gluten free Mimosa. Lol. Nice, beautiful restaurant. I'd eat there every day if I could. If you've never been, you should try it. One word of caution-- they close at 2:00 pm . So go before then. A wonderful outdoor area is also available. Thank you, Another Broken Egg! You are my happy place. read more

Astonishing, astounding, surprising, stunning, shocking, stupefying, breathtaking, etc... (I literally copied expressions of AMAZING because one word just wasn't enough ) So, I am a true foody, move and travel frequently and serious about my fancy adult beverages. You will find everything and more in this perfect establishment. The staff is the real deal - friendly, attentive, fast and pay attention. Management has introduced themselves to me on all visits and are consistent with service. Yes, the wait is very loooonnngggg. Good things worth waiting for what can I say. Don't be nasty, don't come if you're in a hurry, and instead bring a book or a friend, grab a coffee or a mimosa and make it a start to a glorious day out. LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Keep cracking eggs, see ya soon read more

We had a great experience a couple months ago here so decided to come again. I joined the waitlist so the table was kind ready when we arrived. However, it took 50 mins to get the food. The omelets are dry and a bit salty. My French Toast order was wrong..so I waited another 20 mins to get the right food. Not a dinning experience I was expecting...especially considering the time we waited. read more

Under staffed and the service was fine. The food took forever but was solid. I had the Mardi Gras omelette and a side of buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were tough! The omelette was pretty good with plenty of filling! If you go expecting spectacular then you will be disappointed. read more

I've been three times in the past month, plan on going this weekend as well, and it's worth the 40min drive each time . It's absolutely ridiculous how DELICIOUS everything is. Wow! Our son attends Auburn University so this place is a staple there in Auburn, AL. We didn't know what we where walking into and so happy we stumbled around Another Broken Egg Cafe. Our new place to visit each time we are in town. Great food, great service! Love love the decor. read more

We were seated very quickly during lunch time on a weekday, which was a surprise since the parking lot was full. We have waited a few weeks since the opening to allow for them to get the recipes and processes down. Service was great and the food was good. I had the chicken and waffles, which was good and my wife had the blueberry french toast and it was phenomenal! The menu pricing is a little on the higher side, but for good food and great service I don't mind paying a little more. read more

The decor of this establishment was quaint and cute. The staff were personable and every one greeted us from the time we walked in, until the time we left, including 3 managers. Our serves asked my child's name and even remembered it throughout the service. The food was delicious and I really only have one "complaint". I ordered the "Lobster and Brie Omelette" and it was fairly delicious. The only thing wrong is it was a folded egg with the toppings on top. It would have been better if everything was mixed in. I could also tell the eggs weren't fresh and were from a carton just by the taste. This is very possible in any establishment, but since the toppings weren't mixed inside the omelette, it was very easy to taste. Other than that, it was delicious and I would return if I visit Auburn again. read more

Solid breakfast option. Big portions so you won't leave hungry. Custom coffee mugs are a nice touch and you can buy one. As a server! Service was great. We went at a peak time. Get in line via website. They don't take reservations. Even with an online reserved spot, wait was still :20. read more

Awesome brunch place and love that you can check in on yelp. Four stars because every time we go, the food wait is 30-40 mins. If they can fix their kitchen issues, this would be a solid five stars. read more

My mom and I decided to go here on a recent Saturday morning since we hadn't been since it opened. We got there around 10:30, and the wait to sit inside was about 15-20 minutes. We opted to sit outside to avoid the wait. It was a little hot, but I know they can't control that. Our waitress took a minute to come take our drink order then it took about 5 minutes for our drinks to come out. She was very slow about getting refills. She didn't come by from the time she dropped our drinks off until she brought the food out. Then we only got one more refill. My mom and I both ordered different versions of the French toast- each very delicious! The eggs that came on the side were good as well. However, I did not enjoy the sausage. It has a strong herb flavor to it. That was my only complaint. Overall, I would go back. However, I'd prefer a more attentive waitress. read more
