Food was delicious, wait time was decent , strawberry mimosa pitcher was good . The gnats flying was the worst part of this visit here .

I love this place. The food is so diverse and everything was so delicious. Definitely worth the wait and the pancakes were amazing can't wait to go back!!! read more

I am writing this review after spending 2 and a half hours at the place (50 mins wait time + 1 hour 15 mins for food to be served, rest to eat). I have been to locations in Atlanta which are good but the Auburn location is an embarrassment to the restaurant chain Here are the list of issues I faced 1. An hour and 15 minutes more of wait time after we were seated to get food (reason given was not enough people working to cook food) 2. Food was cold when it came out. Not something to expect after the excruciatingly long wait time (had to send back sausage, eggs and the potatoes to get hot food) 3. Found a walnut in my French toast. Luckily I am not allergic to it. What if someone was allergic? Food service is no joke and management should take this seriously. read more

Excellent service, delicious food, and very clean. We had a great experience visiting this restaurant for the first time. Will definitely return! Family was excited to see they sell the cute coffee mugs too. read more

The wait for our food was close to an hour .The restaurant itself is nice, we used on the online waiting to reserve a table which was awesome! But the food was cold, the waffles were hard, which we could have asked for soft but didn't think to ask at the time, the tenders to the chicken waffles were burnt to perfection...meaning they didn't look burnt but they had the burnt taste. We have tried this restaurant 3xs in hopes of next time being better, but we have decided this was their last chance to get it right. read more

Went early this morning after prayer service at church. We both ordered the buttermilk pancakes and they come with two eggs and meat of your choice. My eggs were perfectly cooked over-medium as ordered & were yummy. The bacon was delicious, the pancakes were fluffy and so good, but I could only eat half the order. Real pure maple syrup was served with it! My husband had scrambled eggs with sausage and absolutely loved it. We definitely enjoyed our trip to Another Broken Egg again and will keep coming back. The staff is so friendly and our waiter was on top of our every need. Thank you William!! read more

We had Anna as our server, she was amazing!!! The food was perfect. 10/10 recommend. The atmosphere was so nice

I have been wanting to come to one of these franchise locations for a while, and I am glad I chose this one. My dad and I came on a Tuesday morning at 10:00 and sat on the patio. Our waiter was so nice and he checked on us very frequently. For my meal, I got a stack of peach cobbler pancakes, and a stack of bananas foster pancakes. The peach cobbler pancakes were delicious and had a perfect amount of crunch from the granola. The banana foster had a sweet rum sauce that didn't need any extra syrup, the pancakes had pecans and bananas inside. They were both some of the best pancakes I have had, with the banana being better than the peach. My dad got a lobster and Brie omelette with city grits, and he let me try it. The omelette had a creamy lobster sauce covering the top of it and it was bursting with flavor. His grits were filled with bacon and Gouda cheese for the ultimate savory combo. Overall we both loved this restaurant and will be trying another location soon! read more

Large selection of food on the menu. Food was good but came out lukewarm. Server was attentive and kept glasses filled. Busy place so a little noisy. read more

Great food. the sausage is some of the best tasting sausage I've ever had. Well cooked eggs. Really good French toast. My partner got the crab cake and fried green tomatoes. That was great as well. Hard working staff as well. read more

The best cinnamon roll French toast I have ever had super fresh and the potatoes and bacon were perfect! I've never been anywhere that I did not have to send the Bacon back in order to get it "well done" like I requested. Everything was great my only thing is I wish they could add some type of cappuccino or latte to the menu read more

Staff is really nice, food is delicious, and the building is beautiful. Glad I had the opportunity to have breakfast here; wonderful experience. read more

Their restaurant has a hard time with conveying wait times. I joined the waitlist online (3 ppl), & it said it a 30-45 min wait. We arrived at the restaurant 20 min later. I checked in w hostess as instructed in the text upon arrival. Only for her to tell me that the clock starts as soon as I check in with her, & now it's longer than what was estimated when I checked in online. The she argued w me that the website says it starts upon checking in. I just went all the way through the online waitlist again (short of confirming), & NOWHERE on there does it say your wait time begins upon check in w hostess. Nor does it say that in the text confirming my spot on the list. They just make stuff up. It's been a while since I've been here, now I remember why. 2 other times I've been, hostesses pulled the same stunt. Customers in line were furious & called them out for the same lie. They'd walk away & I overheard the 2 hostesses say if they didn't tell them that, nobody would online check in. So they even acknowledged it's a stunt. The food's just ok & definitely not worth dealing with a dishonest business. Go to the Flying Biscuit instead. read more

Assistant manager (maybe) and or hostess (blonde lady) was so rude! Booked online for waiting list and came in 10 minutes ahead of time because our kids were fussing. Sat down and was told by her that "her boss said we had another 30 minutes to wait and we had to wait outside because no one was allowed to wait inside". Soon as we step outside, we get a text that our table was ready....even though she just told us we had another 30 minutes. We sit down and our waiter gives us a high chair and I notice her lurking in the background the entire time. As soon as we sit our little one in the high chair, here she comes saying that we can't have the high chair because it's a "a fire hazard". Well why the waiter give it to us to begin with?!?! The wait staff and the food was great. Hostess = HORRIBLE! read more

Second trip was amazing! Met Ron the owner as he was polite and very responsive to previous review. Everything was fantastic and prepared to order. Will be back read more

My new favorite breakfast place! Service was OUTSTANDING! The food was AMAZING. Folks, if you like a good bloody mary then this restaurant makes the BEST! Ask for Dawn!!! read more

OK, I understand the Covid issue but this is not acceptable. After waiting 30 minutes to get a table, it took another 20 minutes for the waiter to come by the table. A hour later we finally got our food. Won't be back here. read more

We love this place for brunch. I always get the traditional Eggs Benedict because it's always terrific! The atmosphere is very good, and the service is too. I don't give a Five Star rating carelessly, but place and it's people have earned it. J.W. Warren, Auburn AL read more

This is probably my favorite breakfast place. Also you can get on the waitlist before you get there which is awesome. Their menu is so fabulous all kinds of cool options and the drinks are list is also out of this world. I can't recommend this place enough awesome breakfast/brunch place in Auburn. read more

The food is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I waited about 55 minutes for a two person table, and when we were seated we were sat on the outside patio at a table right next to the parking lot. There were two, and at one time three, running cars parked next to us. The entire dinning experience we were sweating due to the heat, inhaling the fumes from the running cars, and having to listen to the engines running making it hard to have a conversation. The food was decent but we could barely enjoy it. read more

Everyone loves this place! The wait can be long (60+ minutes) but the two times I've gone with my husband, we've found seating at the bar and received full service. Great atmosphere and a variety of options. read more

It came highly recommended but we were disappointed. My daughter's medium over easy eggs were barely cooked and when she sent them back the replacement was barely cooked too. My peach pancakes were mediocre; the peaches definitely came from a can. The service, however, was very good. read more

Been sitting at my table for over an hour and the food still hasn't come out. Leaving now...

We went on a Sunday so it was rightfully very busy. Checked in online and waited an additional 45 minutes because they stopped seating people for 20 minutes. You could tell the front of house staff were frustrated and doing their best. Food and service was outstanding once we were seated!! We'll be back (just maybe not on a Sunday) read more

Got here around 10:30am. Didn't get seated until 11:35am. Took about an hour to get our food. People who came here after us got food and service before us. The food was good, but the wait and service was definitely not worth it. Sat here waiting for the check for about an hr as well. Left at 2pm. First and last time here. read more

Great food and service. Went online to get on the waitlist. I HIGHLY recommend doing this or you will likely have to wait over an hour. My wife had the gluten-free pancakes. She loved them and took most of it home... good portions. Nice crisp bacon. Nice atmosphere. Even saw Bruce Pearl there having breakfast! Go Auburn! read more

We have always enjoyed Another Broken Egg in the Florida Panhandle. we're so glad one was opened locally. The breakfast/brunch is the very best. Do yourself a favor and use Yelp to get in the wait list before you leave home. Otherwise, I'm confident you will enjoy your visit. Do try the Beignets. I think they are better than New Orleans read more

Let's get this part out of the way...prices are high. You can't get around it, it's not going to change so just expect it and it won't be disappointing. The person that said the one in Birmingham is better, I disagree. They couldn't keep their restaurant clean. Research their food score history. This one in Auburn has been open 3 weeks. I think it's a very smart move to open while students are on summer break. Gives them time to work the kinks out. The food was good. No complaints there. I ordered the cinnamon French toast. I liked it and thought it was good. As with any restaurant that hasn't been open long there are some kinks, but it looks like they are working through them. I will definitely be back. read more

Recently had a bad experience since they 'recently changed" their outdoor patio policy and are no longer dog friendly, so I won't be returning. read more

very disappointing food. staff was nice. seated quickly, but breakfast took an hour from order to being brought to table. after about 30 minutes waitress dropped a plate of beignets to apologize for delay. nice gesture, but beignets were rock hard. when food finally arrived, eggs clearly had been scooped from a bin that had been sitting a long time. tasted as bad as they looked. bAcon also looked old and tasted bad too. fruit was also not great. it's unfortunate wait staff was so nice he food so bad. Would have been 1 star but for the waitstaff effort read more

The reviews about the long wait and super S L O W service are 100% correct. The food was fine but going there on game day was a huge mistake. The waitlist gave us an 11:05 time but we didn't get seated until 11:30. Yes, it's an estimate and a really bad one at that. If you have anywhere to be, choose another joint. Our server couldn't have been any less interested in her job as she was as enthusiastic as a piece of wood. Good luck finding anywhere for breakfast on game day. read more

This is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever been to. At every another broken egg cafe location, I have had terrible service. However my experience this morning at the auburn Alabama location takes the fucking cake. After the employee on the phone gave me wrong information concerning table wait times, I placed a to-go order at 10:55 am. I was told it would be a maximum of 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, myself and 3 other customers who have also been waiting 1 hour + have still not received our food. I'm not sure what the issue is but this is ridiculous. Will never eat here again. read more

Our dining experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe was a mixed bag. The seating process was smooth enough despite the long wait time. We added our names to the Yelp waitlist and got a table in about 45 mins (not bad when you're used to Manhattan wait times! :P). Once we placed our order, the drinks arrived quickly enough but it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. The waitress checked on us twice during this time and apologized for the delay. Apparently, this is a common occurrence during Sunday brunch. While the menu was long and interesting, the food itself was not very impressive. The poached eggs on my crab cake Benedict were not poached correctly and the crab cake was bland. All in all, not a terrible experience but I'll probably not return. read more

great place that made me yoke. The eggs are just as good as you'd expect them to be. and the service is great. they could twist my eggs around a butter knife and id only stop eating to ask for the knife back. So i can butter their S tier toast. read more

Our son is a college student in Auburn, Alabama. We did not know about their call ahead waiting list, so when we tried to go to that location on Family Weekend in September 2021, there was a three-hour wait, and we had to pass. We went for the first time in January 2022, and the food and service were fabulous. We were back in Auburn and went back to that location in early August 2022. Again, fabulous. We like the place so much, we bought two of their mugs. (Tried the location in Buckhead, Georgia, today. Same good food, but not nearly as good service. Did by another mug, though, since each has its particular location. Looking forward to Another Broken Egg Cafe soon opening their first location in Maryland, where we live.) The Auburn location is so good that we will continue to try to get there each time we visit the area. read more

Fantastic Brunch today! Service was super fast and excellent! Andrea, our server was such a pleasure! Specialty Sausage and Fennel Omelet with creamy reduction sauce was superb! Bloody Marys feel just like we are at the beach! This is the best! Thank you Auburn Another Broken Egg! read more

Third and last trip till I start seeing better reviews. Waiting on food is extremely long for a bad meal. Went in Sunday and had the brisket Benedict--stringy impossible to cut meat! Coolish hollandaise sauce. Only good thing was the city grits. Today I ordered shrimp and grits plus a side of fried green tomatoes those were not good either. The shrimp dish was blazing spicy hot. The sauce was gravy like and unappealing. The texture of the grits were like mashed potatoes. I give up!!! read more

Reserved my name on waitlist and when I got there they said I had another 40 minutes even though my table was ready. Went out the door and ordered food somewhere else and they were texting and calling asking where I was because my table was ready even though they sent me away. And I wasn't the only person they did this to today. read more

My girlfriend and I went two days ago, and I waited this long to write anything so that I wouldn't still be heated. This was some of the worst service I've ever seen. I've been in the restaurant industry for about 6 years, and I was simply dumbfounded at what had happened. It took 10 minutes just to be greeted at our table. Took much longer for the drinks to get back. The server just didn't care. When he took our order, he had no knowledge of the menu. When the food eventually came out, after half an hour, our orders were wrong. Thankfully the manager had some sense of urgency and wanted to fix the problem, but our server was just terrible. The food was alright, but nothing to write home about. I understand that it's a new location, and I know the struggles of having a properly trained staff, so I get that. I'll give them a chance in a few months, but overall, I would not recommend. Footnote: multiple tables left the restaurant before their food arrived because of the quality of service. We were more patient, but it was interesting to know that it wasn't just our server that wasn't on the job. read more

Got lucky this morning without a wait time. Absolutely loved the decor. Very welcoming. I had the Southern Benedict. Doesn't look like a lot, but as you dig in, it is! The fried green tomato made the dish. Delicious! Husband had pancakes and he loved them. It is a bit pricey.. $42 for breakfast (included tip). I aim to try everything on the menu. Not your typical breakfast menu. Lots of exciting choices. read more
