Five stars for a Dentist? What?…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Opsvig's for almost 10 years. He is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had. His state of the art office in North Bend is worth the quick drive on I-90 (it's actually only 20 minutes from Bellevue). I am extremely dental phobic. Dr. Opsvig goes out of his way to work with me to reduce my fears and is very gentle. He refuses to prescribe treatments unless they are absolutely necessary. If he says you need a procedure, you do. No messing around to pad his income sheet. His staff is friendly, efficient and helpful with working appointments in and around your schedule. So, if you need a new dentist or want to change and don't mind the drive East, give him a try. You won't be sorry.

I had problems from poorly-done fillings from my previous dentist, and he did his absolute best to fix the damage (and further decay) that had been done as a result of them. I was relieved when I found out they offer CareCredit because I was without dental insurance and fixing all those poor fillings really added up. A year ago I went Cascadia Dental for a root canal. Two days after the second procedure I woke up…read moreat 3am crying because my jaw would not open and this was two days after they did the root canal I told them my jaw really hurt. Then they said they didn't know what was hurting my jaw. Mind you this was a 3 to 4 hour procedure. I thought I had a stroke so I went to the hospital ER. After many tests and CT Scan the ER Dr. Said I had severe extreme TMJ most likely caused by the dental procedures I had done. It has now been a full year and I suffer now from this severe extreme TMJ. It's excruciatingly painful. I Cannot eat normal. I Cannot Open my mouth normal, I constantly have extreme severe headaches feels like my skull is being crushed. And insult to injury, I still need to have the filling completed on the root canal, but I cannot because I cannot open my jaw anymore without extreme pain. Cascadia Dental should have told me to wait until my first root canal was healed before rushing in to do a second procedure so soon after the first one. NOW MY WHOLE JAW IS INJURED AND IN CONSTANT EXTREME PAIN !
