I had a very negative experience at Seattle Smile Company. On a Friday night, my front tooth crown broke, and I reached out to the office after hours. Dr. Kashi responded and said he could help. I went in and he removed the damaged crown and placed a temporary replacement. Unfortunately, the procedure was extremely painful.
I paid $1,600 for the treatment, only to discover afterward that the two porcelain crowns adjacent to the treated tooth were significantly damaged during the process. Initially, Dr. Kashi did not believe he caused the damage, but after I returned to the office the following day, he admitted fault.
While I was issued a refund and offered a free crown replacement, I no longer felt comfortable having Dr. Kashi continue work on my teeth. I am now left needing three new crowns, which will cost thousands of dollars out of pocket.
To make matters worse, the temporary tooth does not fit well--it's uncomfortable and has caused ongoing pain. My smile has been significantly affected by this experience.
I would strongly advise caution to anyone considering treatment at Seattle Smile Company. This has been incredibly stressful, costly, and disappointing. read more
