Again, the pedicure was fantastic but the manicure was horrible. Nails were thick and she made my cuticles bleed. I gave this place one more try but it is the last one. The pedicure I got was basically someone rubbing a little lotion on my legs. There was definitely a language problem because I told her NOT to cut the toenails too short as this causes ingrown toenails. She obviously did not understand and cut them way way way too short. I am dealing with the pain from that now. The polish job was sloppy...got polish all over my cuticles and missed the sides of my toenails. Now I am off to find a new nail salon.

I went mid day on a Saturday and I was a walk in, it wasn't busy and I was grateful to be seen with prompt and attentive service! I requested the gel manicure be removed due to unsatisfactory service but upon the nail technician…read morebeing told to remove the work, they immediately became upset. They were rough handling my hands, used a drill bit at 10 speed to remove the nail polish. They only lowered the speed of the drill bit at towards the end because I was crying. The other staff member seated next to her did nothing to resolve the issue. Afterwards, she used her finger nails to dig into my cuticles and skin. I don't recommend anyone get a gel manicure by this particular staff member. Also, when applying the gel polish and using the LED light, the light instantly began to burn due to improper application of the gel polish.
