If I could give Eden a hundred stars, I would in a heartbeat. They saved my nails and gave me an…read moreincredible gel tip manicure. I mean, look at the photo! Before Eden, I went to a different salon that gave me a botched, painful manicure, but I was able to schedule an appointment with Eden for the next morning. They removed the gel tips, were really gentle with my nails, and fitted the new ones with care. I was nervous because I'd never had gel tips before, but I love my nails now. It's been two weeks and they still look perfect. They're comfortable, pretty, and feel good on my fingers. If you're going to get your nails done, get them done here. (I'm bringing my mother-in-law next time!)

For $80 (plus a $14 tip), I was expecting a more luxurious experience, but the tech massaged my legs for maybe 45 seconds and didn't massage my feet at all, and seemed to move through the steps very quickly. It was an average pedicure and should not have been labeled fancy pants and should have been $60 maximum.

I don't know if it was a language issue, but it was really bizarre. They just refused to say whatever they were going to. There was plenty of people around for them to ask if it was a language issue. So, unsure if they were just having a bad day. But overall I like my nails and hope they last.

My eyebrow waxing also came out great and she paid a lot of attention to the details. The manicures were the parts we did not enjoy. Only two of us got manicures and one's polish was lumpy and uneven, the other was jabbed so many times by her tech that her cuticles were still bleeding when we got home. Do with that what you will.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the technician was not very nice and seemed impatient the entire time. She stabbed my finger twice and cut it badly enough that it started bleeding. On top of that, the pedicure gel was already smudged before she even finished. It wasn't fully dry/cured, but she still put it under the light and called it done. The polish is uneven and messy. I've honestly never had a manicure or pedicure turn out this bad. Very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work.
