Pretty average experience. The general feeling from my visit was meh. Offered a quick bite before boarding and okay coffee. Service was good for an airport location. Ambiance is hit or miss it can be packed or empty depending on the time of day. The pastries were decent though.

This place always has fresh pastries, and delicious coffee. Never use the bar area. At lunchtime they have wonderful salads, great variety. I think it's good value overall, and in particular at an airport. Lots of seating. Friendly staff.

After walking the airport I felt like this place looked and sounded the best. The display of sandwiches caught my attention, and they had coffee. Lot of seating area here. Seen they had a breakfast sandwich and made my choices. The staff were nice. Took about 20 minutes for the sandwich. The sandwich itself wasn't too bad. When asked for avocado I said yes. It was a comical amount of avocado they didn't add. The egg itself seemed like one egg only. The sandwich seemed pretty thin and skimpy with the bread a bit over cooked and oily. Not a fan of the cheese. I'd give the sandwich a 4/10 Probably wouldn't get it again. As for the coffee it was great. Super tasty and came out in like 5 minutes.

Back here again. We had a 6am flight and found Annie's open at 4:30 when we walked by. We were tired and needed coffee. They have a cappuccino machine, so the coffee was fresh and hot. The food looked great, but we didn't eat.

A wonderful healthy (I think) option in the airport. Expensive, obviously, because it's in the airport. I got the chicken salad box with 3 sides (kale caesar, shaved beet salad, and pesto rigatono) for $15.40 - it was fresh, wonderful, flavorful, and did not make me feel gross. Friendly Staff :)

This review is just for the coffee- the Nutella Latte was just what I needed running through the airport trying to get to my flight on time. Did I have time to get a coffee- no? Did I want the coffee- yes! So I made time and I am so glad that I did. Excellent coffee, made just right. I noticed a bunch of baked goods, a salad bar and some other offerings that look led good.

Annie's Cafe at the Austin airport is the Louvre of airport salads. It let me pick four works of art. The choose four compartment setup is honestly the best concept I've ever seen in an airport and I've seen some things. Hey airports, listen up, if you copy this concept, traveling would instantly be 50% less tragic.

What attracted me to Annie's was the display of premade sandwiches in the case. They just looked like a great stack of goodness. Of course you can have them cold or let them run through the Panini press and get the cheese nice and gooey. They also have several different salads that look good too. We tried the broccoli salad and it has a sweet chili flavor. Many sweets are available too. The order is placed first then go to the cashier who gives you a number. Grab a table and they deliver to you in about five minutes.

Second Lady I had a bad interaction with.

I had a very disappointing experience at Annie's Coffee & Bar in the Austin Airport on 5/25/26. While waiting to order, another customer and I noticed there was no clear indication of where the line started or which cashier was taking orders. When I politely asked an employee, I was told, "There's two cashiers, we are taking the ones who are paying attention." The response came across as rude and dismissive considering other customers had been waiting behind us where we thought the line started. After placing my order, I noticed my receipt showed a hot coffee even though I had specifically ordered it iced. When I brought it up, instead of remaking it properly, I was handed a cup of ice separately and expected to fix it myself. I explained that I ordered an iced coffee, not a hot coffee with ice on the side. The employee then focused on what was printed on the receipt rather than acknowledging the order had been entered incorrectly. My original drink was thrown away, I was asked to move while waiting for the replacement, and after asking her how long it would take, she was refusing to inform me until I kept asking then she said "5 minutes" and I said "that's fine." When my coffee was finally handed to me, the interaction still felt unfriendly and dismissive. By that point, I no longer felt comfortable drinking it. This was NEVER about an iced coffee. It was about how poorly the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but respectful customer service goes a long way. I hope they can do better moving forward since most of them seemed to be in a bad mood and taking it out on the customers.

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews, u always have great service and good food. This time, I got a Salad Sampler which lets you choose any 4 salads so I got chicken, beets, arugula, and chick peas... it was so good! The staff that put your food together are usually very friendly and informative. It's not fine dining by any means but the containers are so you can travel with your food if your departure time is close. They also make really good burgers and if you only want drinks, they have a bar on the other side. I'll keep coming here and definitely recommend it.

We choose this place because at noon on a Sunday the 29th of June there was a very small line and the sandwiches looked good. I should have turned around as soon as I saw the gentleman at the sandwich and pasta section paying more attention to females walking by than the customers in front of him. I ordered the Croque Monsieur sandwich, the pesto pasta, and a croissant. It took 20 minutes for them to heat my sandwich up on a Panini press. And then it was burnt. I know this is an airport restaurant but this is the worst experience I have ever had eating at any airport around the world.

Ham and cheese was heated but center was ice cold. Over priced and bad for Austin's image. Guitar picker was soothing and welcome relief.

It was flavorful, smooth and nicely balanced. My latte was paired with a bacon, egg and cheese taco from Venizos down the street. Notably, the taco was stuffed with ingredients and the homemade flour tortilla elevated the taste. Also, they serve pastries from Sour Duck, which provides additional choices. In addition, they have a moderate amount seating inside and small amount of covered seating outside.

Most recently, I tried the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Chai Latte, and the Berry Crisp Latte. What I was hoping for were robust, unique, signature flavors, but left unsatiated, wanting better coffee/tea elsewhere. In addition to the diluted iced drinks, another common theme you'll find is an unproportionally large amount of outdoor seats to indoor and challenging parking, and for those who work remote, there's still an ongoing hunger games for outlets. On the plus sides, there are a few food truck options, most notably Veracruz and Wow Poke and occasionally will host a fun event and/or concert. Overall, I really want to love Radio, but the cons make it hard to justify becoming a regular.

I then realized reservations would be important, and it might be too late to get them. I put my name on a waitlist on OpenTable, some reservations opened up, and I grabbed them. Sunday I got to the area early in case parking was hard to find, but fortunately I found free street parking pretty easily. I was able to check in with the hostess early, but then we waited for my friend to arrive before we got seated. I'm so glad I had a reservation, because I heard them quoting an hour and 15 minute wait to walk-ins. They had a very orderly system to manage the crowds. We were seated on the patio (as requested, because the weather is perfect!) Our server brought us water promptly. We looked over the menu, and wanted to try everything but I made myself make the decision quickly and not second guess it. I got the lox plate to get something different than what I tend to eat at home. She got a salad, because she's on a keto diet. I'm actually on a break from keto. That's why I'm going out to brunch! Maybe sometime in the future we'd coordinate this better. My lox plate was delicious, but it seemed a little short on lox. I had leftover bread and vegetables in relation to the lox. My friend said the kale in her salad was massaged well. I appreciated how they brought us tiny rice krispie treats with the check! All in all, Paperboy is busy but on top of things. I'd love to go back!

My latte was tasty enough and it was what I ordered, however, to avoid any confusion, I think that they could make their fills equal their cup size a little more.
