I used Annam Cargo service today and I was not pleased with the lady at the desk who handles the paperwork and payment. She asked me if I can pay "cash" from which I replied I prefer credit cards. She said there's a surcharge 3% of the total and I agreed to that. After I finalized my end with a signature on her tablet, she pulled the card out and tossed it across the table to me like a dealer at a casino dealing out new hands. What happen to the good old manners when you give something back to customers (no matter how big or small), tenderly hold it with both hands? There was no exchange of pleasantry either. Where did this person learn her manners from? On the other hand, the young man that stuffed and taped up the shipping box was very nice and courteous. But overall, my experience in this place is shattered. I believe it is time to move on with another shipping business, someone more respectful. read more

My wife live in Vietnam and I use an nam cargo to ship things over to the wifey often. They basically recognize me now and have my file put up whenever I walk in. They even offer to let me drop off my stuff and they would call me for payment when they are done so that I don't have to wait. The price is very reasonable and they have nice and friendly staffs. I highly recommend using them if you need to ship stuff to Vietnam. read more

An Nam cargo have average price compare to other cargos and will charge tax for goods. But service is pretty fast and reliable. They took extra care to pack my package as well (they will not just ship item in the box that i packed but unpacked my original box and repack it). Overall, great service! read more

I get to know this An Nam Cargo a while back and still think its the best. Back then when I stumbled on this place service, I thought it was normal Vietnamese place with the attitude toward customers. Things had changed traumatically with new workers arrived. I didn't get a chance to know the owner but most of workers there were young and nice people. Items get shipped quickly and reliably with reasonable price to say the least. I've never had a case where items are missing or delaying. I personally think this place, An Nam Cargo, deserved first place compare to other similar services out there in my opinion. read more

This cargo place is super dishonest, rude and don't expect any responsibility from them if you are ripped off money and your goods. They won't listen and just stand by their defense. They are a bunch of angry people tricking you into paying for service and disappear at your own expense. DON'T BE A VICTIM! They pay for reviews to be updated to upstage any negative ones and that's a terrible scheme. Everything was smooth until i found many other places which are much cheaper. Collect money from "phí hai quan". I still used their service until i lost 5 sunglasses and 1 facial oil (total $212). My mom called the agent in Vietnam and they said "nobody wants your stuff" and hung up. Next day i called their office and they told me they will check again and let me know. Never got a call back from them til now, so disrespectful and not responsible. Wish that i can give them no star lol read more
