I had my face waxed today in which the technician was nasty. She was cleaning with paper towels and window cleaner on a glass table as I was walking. I inquired about getting a wax. She started to get the thread out to do my eyebrows to which I replied: Are you going to wash your hands? Instead of washing her hands, went to the hand sanitizer pump, and washed her hands that way. As she was waxing she kept changing back an forth from threading and waxing, without consulting me first. She waxed my forehead without consulting me, I did not know it was part of the wax .She took a plug of hair out of my hair line into the temple. I don't know which one I hated more the fact that she took a plug of hair out, or the fact that she lied and said she didn't do it. It went back and forth for about 5 mins of denials. I finally took her finger and placed it where there was wax residue into the temple. I asked her at that point do you feel that (the sticky residue from the wax where there used to be hair) she replied: it was only a few strands. I'm pissed off to no end! Which one is it did you snatch out the hair or not ?Lies they do tell! What makes matters worse she should've comped me after that but instead she wanted the full $40 would you believe! I asked her : Are you going to take off some money from taking a plug of hair out of my scalp to which she replied no. I asked again then she says I'll take off 5 dollars. Unfuc$&ing believable! I had a very good experience my first visit the second one sucks like a baby on a thumb! Cannot recommend! I this woman was unhygienic she did not wash her hands after cleaning off the table, she did not prep my skin before Service. She thread and waxed all over my face without consulting me,and then she slathered me with some oil, after the fact and I had to micromanage her because she left hair behind to which she had to go back in after she initially said She was done. Wanted to like this place because it was reasonably priced and close to home but this woman blew it for me! if you see a short Arabic woman with black frames glasses and I hair in a bun at this location run like the wind she's unhygienic and she will jack you up! Got brows threaded but I don't think they know how to properly do it. As they only did the top of my brows and not the bottom. Makes no sense, her response was that the hairs are too small. Im visiting from California and I have never had this issue. I would not recommend for threading services as they cannot remove all hair just the ones they want. read more

It has been three days since I got my nails done and they are already chipping. I got a gel manicure, that took forever, and they are already coming off! The gel should last two weeks... I had a horrible experience with eyelash extensions there. Instead of just filing in the gaps of my original lash line they glued the lashes to my water line. My eyes were in so much pain and irritated that I had to ask them to take it all out, even then there was a bunch of complications! They weren't coming off properly so they just started ripping them off with tweezers. When I informed them of the pain they just blamed me?...? read more

Went to get my eyelashes done as I was in the city, and was HIGHLY disappointed. First, the lady put on no gloves while touching my face, and pulled out some Walmart glue on eyelashes. As she showed me the final product, I was horrified because they were the exact opposite of what I asked for. Then she cut them down and made them very uneven. I told her to cut them again and she did worse and I said I was done. This was the worst experience of my life, and I'm embarrassed to be out in public with these on. Thank god they are cheap and will fall out soon. A solid zero. read more

This is my go-to place for threading. However, they could do some more simple things such as trimming the brow hair and/or plucking missed hairs to give a more shaped brow. Other than that I'm always pleased with their work. I've also never had to wait, and have always had really good experiences with the employees there-Very kind and welcoming. read more

I came here on 05/14/2018 to get my lashes and brows done. I've been here before to get my brows done (waxed) and loved the results. However after two day, my lashes, they started falling off. Mind you, I did as the lady told me and didnt use make up remover, avoided washing or rubbing near eyes, etc. She told me lashes last 2 weeks. So I came in yesterday to tell her what happened, she told me that I had to wait for another lady (Assuming her manager) tomorrow . Today would be tomorrow at this point. I came in ( 30 minutes ago from right now) and the same lady was there told me I missed the manager/owner and that it's 10 to redo lashes. I explained to her again that I just got them done 2 days ago so I would like to either get them redone for free or a refund. She ends up doing them while on the phone and tells me afterwards that this would be her last time doing this and that she is not certified. Once again, this was my first time ever getting my lashes done and with them at that. I smiled and walked out. Moral of story, do not get your lashes done with them. They are only great for waxing and threading. read more

Since saw that their Brazilian wax was only $40 and had time to kill I tried it out. It was the most painful Brazilian waxed I ever had in my life. The lady who did the wax didn't know how to do it properly. The wax she used wasn't heated enough and the wax paper she used didn't stick and she kept on adding more wax on me. She ended up using her hands(she had gloves on) while pulling the clumps of hair and wax off me, I kept telling her its too painful for me but she told me this was normal. In all my experience going to different salon for wax I can tell she didn't know what she was doing. she even added baby oil to ease the pain while getting all those wax off with her hands. After an hour she got all those wax off me and got it done. Seeing how I was after the experience with teary eyes looking like Sadako from the ring and sweaty from baring with her just to get all those wax off, the lady apologised and gave me $5 discount. But ladies if you want to have a Brazilian wax go else where. The $40 aint worth the painful experience. read more

I had a terrible experience with the eyelash extensions there. They looked cute for a few hours until later on when I went to wash my face to at the end of the night to take off my makeup. I was very careful to avoid the area of the eyelashes but regardless, MULTIPLE of the eyelashes came off, making it look like I had big gaps in my eyelashes! I was forced to take them all off that night because they looked so bad. Additionally, customer service was terrible, the woman that did my eyelashes was on the phone with someone the entire time and gave me zero instructions on how to care for them or anything afterwards. I walked in on New Years Eve around 2pm and was able to sit right away to get my eyebrows threaded. The person who usually does my brows wasnt there so I allowed a different person to do it. Unfortunately she seemed like she rushed through it and afterwards I was very unhappy due to how thin they were. She took off about half of the width of my eyebrow and thought that looked good?! I was already pissed because now I have to grow them back... So after that, I decided to try a no chip manicure. (this place just started doing nails a few weeks ago) The girl who did my nails looked like she just came off a break and she was either drunk or off of something because she literally looked like she had no idea what she was doing. She couldnt even hold the nail brush right! It looked like the brush was going to fall out of her hand the whole time. While doing my nails she only wanted to do one coat because she said it might be to thick... I looked at my nails and could see many spaces and I told her i need that second coat and there were bumps as well. She proceeded and somehow didnt realize she failed to put the top coat on one of my hands! I had to stop her from putting cuticle oil on my hands and tell her to put on the top coat. At this point I was very annoyed and ready to leave. This was ridiculous and my nails look like my little sister did them! Now barely 3 days later, 4 of my nails have chipped pretty bad, oh and did i mention i paid $40 for that manicure and $10 for my brows!!! And they add a 15% gratuity automatically!!!! I am very dissatisfied and would not suggest getting your nails done there and be VERY specific with how you want your eyebrows if you go there. Dont let them rush through it, or just go somewhere else. read more

Do not get a facial from here! I walked past and saw that they offered facials. I walked in and asked the girl how much she charged. She said $45. I had time to kill and thought it couldn't be that bad. She told me to sit on the black leather reclining chairs which is odd enough. I thought facials were done on a flat bed? She then proceeded to smother my face with cleanser and used PAPER TOWELS to wipe it off! I should of told her to stop and just left at that point! She then proceeded to use a very harsh scrub and again proceeded to use paper towels to wipe it off. To finish it off, she used this terrible clay mask. After wiping it off with paper towels, I asked her if she had moisturizer. She handed me the hand lotion!!! After I left, my face felt sticky and greasy. Went in over the weekend and as far as customer service it's amazing. But I got my eyebrows waxed and I'm so disappointed. First off, she kept waxing the same spots over and over. Then as she was waxing, she was pulling my eyelid and my eye kept opening with every pull and she was PULLING MY EYELASHES. That knocked it down a star for me. I left and was satisfied how they looked. Then I get to work and look in the mirror and notice she missed two long hairs, on the side she was pulling my eyelid, clearly she was waxing the wrong spot. That knocked it down to 3/5 stars for me. But then later I get home and I look in the mirror and there's dried up blood, I look, and the other side that she kept waxing repeatedly, she waxed so much it tore the skin and now I have a small cut there. So now that's 2/5 for me. Only giving 2 stars cause the customer service was good and I got a discount for being a mall employee but I will never go back here. Beauty is pain but i never have almost had my eyelashes almost ripped out and my skin cut from wax. read more
