I did tell the technician beforehand as a heads up that my eyelashes were stubborn and straight and the perm might need to be left on for slightly longer. This is what other technicians have told me, and it has totally been fine in the past. I do want to add that the lift turned out totally fine and there wasn't any issues with the actual technique. However, when we reached the tint portion of the service, things really went downhill. First of all, out of all the lift and tints I've had done, the tint is usually put in while the rubber pads are still intact. She took everything off, then proceeded to do the tint. I thought this was strange but whatever. Within about 30 seconds of the tint being applied, it got into my eye and caused intense, excruciating burning. I was in significant pain and asked for it to be removed, but it was not handled with any urgency. I have a very high pain tolerance and this truly felt like I was being blinded. The technician was getting frustrated and kept telling me to relax, which was very frustrating considering how much pain I was in. She then proceeded to clean my eye at a snails pace. The situation felt unsafe and honestly alarming. I kept asking if there was a water fountain or sink I could rinse my eye in and she dismissed me multiple times. What made this even more concerning was that during my service, the technician left me mid treatment and began performing a Brazilian wax on another client in the same open space. There was no privacy for either of us, and I was left unattended while dealing with a chemical reaction in my eye. This was extremely uncomfortable and felt highly unprofessional. After all of that, the tint was on my eyes for a total of maybe 30 seconds before I was in blinding pain. Despite this, I was still charged $40 (just for the tint). I was happy to pay for the lift which was $75. When I asked her if I really had to pay for the tint considering everything that happened, she said it was my fault because "my eyelashes were small" and this doesn't happen to girls with long eyelashes. I want to iterate again that I have NEVER had an issue with lift and tints in the past, and I have had over 20 of them. The tint also got all over my hands and stained my clothes, which I cannot get out. There was no acknowledgment or effort to make this right. Overall, this experience felt unsafe, unprofessional, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

I booked online, paid my deposit, and used a TikTok promo code. My appointment was for 4:00 PM, but they texted asking to push it back by 30 minutes. I completely understand delays, so I agreed and waited outside, coming in at 4:30 PM. The receptionist greeted me and thanked me for waiting. I sat down, grabbed a blanket off the table, and waited assuming someone might offer water or a beverage, but no one did. The receptionist brought color samples, and I requested plain white. A young technician came out, didn't introduce herself, and just confirmed my color choice. She then spent at least 5 minutes searching around for supplies before actually coming over to the chair. By the time she put the blanket on me and started drilling, it was around 4:36 PM. During the drill work, I had to pull my feet back multiple times due to painful pinches. The positioning of my feet while she painted was also pretty uncomfortable. For the callus work, she used a dry tool, a soapy cleanser, wiped my feet, applied oil, and used the tool again and that was it. The service online is listed as a 1-hour "Smart Pedicure," but she was completely finished in under 45 minutes (by 5:16 PM, I was already at the front desk paying). There was zero massage or relaxing element to the appointment at all. To top off the awkwardness, I tripped/fell getting out of the chair when we finished; to her credit, the tech was nice enough to help me up. Overall, I felt rushed and shortchanged. I tipped 15% because I know times are hard, but I definitely did not get the quality or experience I paid for and will not be returning.

It's a game changer. I spent 209 because my nail art was detailed and on every nail and this included the pedicure and fee for dual service. If I had not had this much design work it would've been 160 ish and that is extremely comparable to all of the other ones I've had and it matches the quality and location of service. Her reviews were consistently the best and pictures of her work were by far the most beautiful. I naturally had 8267 questions, so I gave her a quick call before making an appointment. She was so patient and so incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. I made my appointment right after via StyleSeat (so easy and convenient). Day of the appointment: I got to her suite (which is SO cute and cozy!) a few mins early and she was ready to go. She explained the whole process to me and got to work, still answering the other 72 questions I had come up with as she worked her magic ;) bonus: she's so fast!!
