I decided to give this place another try and I'm glad I did. I called ahead of time to ask about the wait time. Went in signed in and waited at the most 15minutes. Jasmine started my no-chip mani, then I had someone else work on my toes. My feet soaked for a good 12-15 minutes (which I enjoyed since I was coming from work) My experience this time around was pleasant and enjoyable. No loud shouting, the flow seemed organized and they also added a fresh coat of paint to the interior. Bibi rang me up, she was friendly. I honestly enjoyed my services and will definitely be coming back. read more

Lash extensions are my newest obsession. Its like the push up bra, spanx, butt pads, high heels, etc. Every female has so many options to change whatever they want bigger, better, more defined. Poor, poor males...they have nothing. Maybe a sock to stuff...or lifts for their shoes. Bibi does such an amazing job on the individual extensions and oh so cheap! www.lifebooker.com/referral/sleopold22 $79 for glam look with a touch up! FAN-FREAKING-TAS-TIC! Also, I got a pedicure and a no chip mani. They have about a ba-zillion colors in regular and no chip polish so you will not be disappointed. Easy street parking. Easy appointments either calling or they always respond via FB. As stated in my other review, the salon is pretty standard nail place with some extras. They have very nice massage chairs for the pedis! read more

I have gotten my nails done all across the city of Chicago and by far Bibi's shop has surpassed every nail job I've ever had. I'm extremely picky and hard to impress but this woman did it. Even when I find a place I like I always find something they could have done better but not here! I was also lucky enough to walk in on a slower day (although I hear and believe it gets packed so call In and make an appt first or be prepared to wait) definitely worth the wait. I told her what I envisioned showed a picture of the shape I wanted and she killed it! Super happy!!!! If you want beautiful, show off, make me feel confident nails this is the place to come to! read more

Love my nails! Excellent Job Good customer services also. 4 stars only because of cleanliness inside the shop other than that I'm satisfied. Walked out with my eyebrows, nails and feet on FLEEK. I recommend making an apt first and can get real busy. read more

Despite living so far away, I drive all the way to One Stop every couple weeks just to have my lashes done by Bibi. I have been loyally going to Bibi since October and I do not think I will ever go anywhere else. Bibi is super talented and always fulfills my lashes better than what I wish for each time. She is always accommodating and is always willing to take me in the nearest time she has open. The other staff members are super welcoming as well. I would advise to go early in the day as it does get really, really busy in the early afternoon. read more

I got eyelash extensions done by Emma and I honestly love them. I've gone to multiple eyelash extension places in the past and they start falling off after a week and a half, but these last me a long time, are comfortable and do not irritate my eyes as they tend to be sensitive. I definitely recommend her, really knows what she is doing. read more

I love this place. BIbi is the best lash and brow tech ever. My eyes are very sensitive and BIbi is so patient and understanding. And the salon is such a friendly atmosphere. I will not go anywhere else. read more

Bibi did an amazingggggg job on my lashes! First time going there and she was able to do exactly what I wanted! Definitely going to be going back! Also great prices! read more

1st experience was great . Good customer service . Amy was excellent definitely will be returning.

Acrylic wayyyy too thick, nails unevenly filed and at different lengths, corners sharp. I had to keep telling the girl where to file and eventually gave up. Definitely getting them done elsewhere next time- so unhappy with the way they look. read more

I decided to give One Stop Salon a try because of the great reviews I read on Yelp. I must admit, when I arrived I wanted to immediately turn back around because there was a 45 minute wait. Well....l it was certainly worth it. This was by far the best no-chip manicure and no-chip pedicure I have ever received! Now the clientele is a little hood. Okay..... it's really, really hood, but the service is great and BiBi (the owner) is very accommodating. All the technicians are good, but my favorites are Mike, Kevin & K-Fab. read more

I went to this nail shop with the impression they would do an amazing job on my nails because of positive reviews that I have read online and have heard from others. Unfortunately, this was not the case. For starters, the pricing is unreasonable when you compare it to the quality of the job. I asked for a VERY simple design (picture is below) and it was not executed to the level I would have liked it to been. My nails are lumpy, the shaping is not crisp, and the design is sloppy and lopsided. I am VERY unhappy with these nails. The cost of the nails were $70, I asked why, and the nail technician responded that the nails were $60 and the add-on of the two hearts were five dollars each. Additionally, my cuticles were not pushed back nor cut leaving the nails sloppy near the cuticle area. The acrylic application was very chunky and extremely thick, and towards the tip of the nail it became very thin leaving a huge lump on my nail. Two out of the ten nails were applied crooked, leaving a very unappealing look. If refunds are available, I would greatly appreciate that! read more

Bibi does wonders on your eyebrows!!! She does an EXCELLENT job!!!

Very full, so make sure to make an appointment. I got my eyebrows done, but I waited quite a while because someone had scratched out my name on accident. So make sure to check your name on the list if you've been waiting for too long! I asked for a simple cleanup and I mentioned that I was growing them out so I didn't want too much done. Lo and behold I ended up with an arch and too much taken off... read more

Make sure to make an appointment cuz this place gets packed! It's worth the wait! Everyone is very attentive, friendly, not pretentious at all which i love, good quality work for great prices. Although the salon is located in a somewhat "sketchy" neighborhood, but for a hell of a GREAT service that BiBi, Amy and crew provide, I wouldn't mind going there again! read more

This place doesn't just do nails, they do eyelashes and eyebrows too. This is definitely a one stop salon. I come here for my mani/pedi and then have them wax my eyebrows. I used to only get my eyebrows threaded but one day I was short on time and since I was already there I had them wax them. They did such a good job of getting the shape right for my face and filling them in nicely that I decided to stop getting them threaded and come here exclusively. They also have a punch card for when you come and if you forget it (as I often do) they will combine them for you. Great service! read more

Waited for a whole hour and they skipped me several times. Don't waste your time coming here if it's your first time.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I have tried so many different salons. And seem to never be satisfied. But Bibi has changed my mind about all of that. She is so neat, the salon is very clean and her work is spectacular. I am always pleased with her design work. Her no chip manicure always lasts me 2 weeks minimum. I think these nails are going on 3 1\2 weeks and no chipping. She is always very up to date with her designs and color of polish. I can't help but rave about how much I love One Stop Salon! read more

I called yday to make an appointment for today at 9 am. I was referred here by my friend. However, after arriving at 9:01 am ; it is 9:36 am and the person is still not here that I had an appointment with. My time is valuable. I am not happy about this place or experience. :( read more

I've been here a couple of times for nails and eyebrows I finally made an appointment for a haircut and when I arrived no one had any idea who made the appointment I was told to take a seat and the guy would be right with me I see that there are 3 ladies ahead of me! What is the point of an appointment if I'm going to be seen way later. I decided to leave because I was so frustrated because I had plans and I wanted to have my hair done before a certain time. Before giving up on this place I decided to just call and see if someone can call me when the man was done with the other ladies he picks up and says "oh no honey I don't call people either you wait or call and make an appointment" I ALREADY MADE A DAMN APPOINTMENT! sorry but you lost my business. read more

I had my lashes done today by BiBi and they are hot!!!! I have been getting complimented about how natural my lash extensions look. Bibi was fast, nice, and Iistened to what I wanted. I work downtown Chicago and go to school in the suburbs YET I always make a stop to my favorite (and only) salon for my eyebrows done by Amy and my lashes done by Bibi. Other staff is very lovely. I have had other small services such as mini facials by others just unsure of the name. I wouldn't see myself going anywhere else for the services I receive here. Keep in mind, my work place is actually a salon. Sooo, I could definitely save myself a trip. In my opinion though, I wouldn't risk it. I have been coming here for almost a year and love it. read more

Bibi is amazing! I made sure to make an appointment as you some of you ladies suggested and you were absolutely right! I set up an appointment and as soon as I came in and checked in, Bibi greeted me and remembered me from over the phone! Appointments are always seen before walk-ins which is nice because they get very busy. Bibi and the staff here are so sweet and knowledgeable. She did my nails exactly the way I wanted. Usually when I go to nail salons I'm always hesitant to ask for a full set because they are usually so rough on my nails but Bibi did an amazing job! This place is close to home plus I found parking right across the street for free! I think I have finally found a nail place I can actually stick to! read more

I had an event to go to Sunday night and came in Saturday night after another salon had completely ruined me. But BiBi saved the day. Bibi is incredible! I went to the salon for my first time today to get my lashes touched up, and boy did she touch them up!! They look amazing. She took a lot of additional time to make sure they were perfect, and the glue does not sting or irritate the eye at all!! Bib's down to earth attitude and kindness really show- I will definitely be back for my lashes, but also to try out their nail services. a++++ Give this salon a try! read more

Bibi is amazing - skilled, quick and full of good nature. My lashes are deliciously natural-looking and pretty, holding up nicely on week three without the crazy clumping that I came in with. A total diamond in the rough! I can't wait to go back here. My pedicure was so thorough, well priced, and the color just won't quit! This is probably the first time in memory that I have to go back because my feet are getting too scaly, and the polish hasn't even chipped yet. I really have high hopes for the manicure lasting a super long time as well. All the staff is super friendly and good at what they do. It's pretty far into Humbolt park, which gave me pause when I first found it on lifebooker, but its well worth the trip over there. read more

I'm rating one star because of the following 95% of the individual semi-permanent eyelash extensions fell in One week ($125). The salon does not look like in the inside the way it looks online, it was really dirty, unorganized, and hood looking. The only reason why I'm giving two stars it's because the owner was super super sweet! And that's really the only truthful review about this salon. read more

I've been going to one stop since 2016 and most of my experiences were the best however it's one nail tech that i go to that days later my nails just fall apart. I went in the summer and got rhinestones added by her and a day later some were gone. 12/4/2018 i went in and the next day my nail was already lifted I called and BiBi said that I can come in and get it fixed but i came on my only day off to get them done . Today (a day later) i wasn't doing anything and my index finger nail just fell off. I don't trust anyone else with my nails but one stop and it's too far for me to travel. I called BiBi again and she said she couldn't do anything over the phone which is understandable and i told her i got off at 7 she said they close at 7 my nails are so cute but they're just falling apart and i don't know who else to go to. read more

QUALITY SERVICE + TALENTED & FRIENDLY STAFF + AFFORDABLE PRICES = ONE STOP SALON! I've been coming here for months and can honestly say that there isn't another place like it. The first time you visit, you're greeted and well treated. By your second visit your considered a regular and they call you by name. By your third visit, your treated like family. They cater to all budgets...whether your going all out & pampering yourself for a special night out or just keeping your look in line. For my birthday I treated myself to a NoChip manicure, deluxe pedicure, eyebrow and a Brazilian wax! I was scared to do it but I had total trust in Bebe, the end result was amazing! That all being said, go judge the place for yourself and you'll know what I'm talking about. read more

Worst nail shop in Chicago (very unprofessional / poor customer service). I was a frequent patron at this salon and I always tipped everyone who serviced me. Unfortunately, they had a new guy to do my nails (this was late Saturday night); the acrylic he put on was too thick and I didn't notice it until I got home. I was rushing / preparing for my bday getaway. Anyway, when I noticed how thick the acrylic were that same night, I contacted BiBi (who usually does my nails). I informed her of the issue and I sent her pics (she acknowledged that the acrylic was too thick). Unfortunately she was unable to redo my nails because the salon was in the process of closing for the day (which I understood) and they were closed the following day (which I was aware of) and I was scheduled to fly out early Monday morning. I was fortunate enough to find someone to do my nails on Sunday (I refuse to have jacked up nails especially on my bday). Sunday I text BiBi pics of my newly done nails. Now here's where the problem comes in---BiBi in my opinion refused to accommodate me by offering to do my nails for free when I came back to her shop. She knew I was a great patron of her shop and I never complained about the service I received. This incident occurred a little over 3 years ago and I've never been back. This shop isn't worthy of my 1 star rating, but that's the lowest rating that I can give. BTW I originally wrote my review on Facebook when this incident first happened (it wasn't as detailed as this one), but now since I'm all about giving reviews on Yelp, I decided to post it here. read more

Let's be honest, there's many places you can go to get your nails done but seriously, this is the place to be! Not only are the services stupendously diligent and prices beyond resonable but the customer service is outstandingly inviting and soothing. I never wanted to leave! Jump at the chance to check this place out as they are newly established and have some great deals - not to mention they cater to all different service types ie facials, eyelashes, waxing, etc, etc. Don't forgot to inquire about their no-chip manicure/pedicures which are amazing! My technician, Bibi, had perfectly polished nails she'd done over a week ago so I jumped at the chance to experience it myself. So far, so amazingly good! Thanks guys - keep up the great work and I'll see you soon! read more

I fell in love with this place my first time! Everyone that works here is wonderful, I went with a friend and we felt so relaxed and pampered. I just moved to Chicago and was concerned about finding a place to get services done. I found One Stop Salon on yelp and decided to try it out because of the reviews. These customers certainly did not lie. The services were of a top notch quality and the customer service is outstanding. Bibi did individual lashes for me and she took time and care to make me look great! They look very natural and I get lots of compliments. Tony did my manicure and he was so lively and personable.
